We found them at FtMyers Brewery. We had the special of the day Short Ribs . (Wow!!! Perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, topped with Chimichurri. The meat fell off the bone. Sides were Texas style potato salad ( perfectly seasoned with dill..) and baked beans. Tyler found us to see how we liked it. We chatted and shared how the food truck began and how hard he has worked to build his business. He returned again to give us a sample of the brisket burnt ends. Melt in your mouth!! Many, many of our guests said it was the best brisket they had ever had and all the pulled pork was eaten! Tyler was on-time and set up in 30 minutes for a great dinner event. Let me tell you, this is one of the best schnitzels I have had anywhere (including in Germany)...the pork was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crispiness on the outside and juiciness on the inside. The hunter sauce was also nearly perfect: just the right amount of savory mushroom flavor, but not too heavy. Service was really fast and they went out of their way to package it up to go. Came here for Cinco de Mayo and a little date night out with some friends…read more This isn't the first time I've been here, but everytime I come its always a great time. There was live music that night and they had everyone up dancing. The place has a bunch of food trucks around the perimeter of a courtyard style area. Nice big bar in the middle with quite a few VIP seating lounges available to rent (the pics show them with the big pink and blue couches) and a few areas with games to play like electric darts, bowling and other yard games like big Jenga, connect four, corn hole. Lots of outdoor seating, some with fire pits, and the place is kid friendly! It was great to see the littles out dancing too. We tried the lobster tacos from the lobster truck. They were great!! Stuffed with lobster. A few of the other food trucks included Greek food, pizza truck, sandwiches and a taco truck (my favorite was when they used to have a mac n chz truck there ) We tried a couple different cocktails from the bar and they were delish too. Our bartender was super sweet and had a great personality. The places hosts many events: from bike night to bingo to salsa dance lessons.. so there's no doubt we wont be back soon to enjoy the fun!

They have their schedule on Facebook which is how we found them and tracked them down. We managed to catch them tonight in Mooresville at King Canary Brewery and we got there early! We have been craving some Mofongo and they did not disappoint. I wish I would have asked their names as they were both extremely friendly and helpful. But not to worry as I expect to be regulars. They have a sufficient menu with chicken, shrimp, pork and beef and it's full of flavor! If you've never had "Mofongo" (a Puerto Rican dish with fried plantains as its main ingredient. Plantains are picked green and fried, then mashed with salt, garlic, and oil) you don't know what you're missing. I highly recommend "My Boricua Kitchen" and I will definitely be back! So friggin GOOD!!! We stumbled across the Firebread food truck at the Cape Coral farmers market. I…read moream so glad we did! What got our attention as we were walking, was the tube looking bread. There were a ton of people waiting for their food, so we figured we should give it a try. We ordered their breakfast egg, ham and bacon sandwich. While we were watching them create sandwiches, we could smell all of the different items they were making. When we first bit into our oddly shaped sandwich, our senses lit up. This was likely the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The flavors from the dough were incredible. The taste of the eggs and meats were perfectly balanced. When you put it all together, my wife and I were ready for a cage match to see who got the next bite. So good. A word of caution. They make everything fresh to order, so patience is required, but the wait is worth the 5-8 minutes. We are going back next weekend and I hope Firebread is there. They have many sandwich choices and I intend to try them all. Over time. What a great find. Go here!!!
