This is my favorite Korean market in the valley. It is huge and in an expansive space that has all your Korean treat favorites from snacks, pre-made side dishes, pasteries, soups and more. They have a wide selection to fill your every Kimchi need. They conveniently have their beef cuts prepackaged for you to conveniently make your favorite Koean bbq dishes like galbi jjims (cubed korean bbq dish), galbi (thickly sliced beef cuts with the 3 oval cut bones), bulgogi (thinly sliced beef with the marinade), and more. I also love this place because their vegetables and fruits look so fresh and affordable. My other favorite about this location is that I've noticed they always have a HUGE sale on usually at least one brand of bulk instant ramen in a box, boxed curry to make on a whim on any given night, and their mini yogurutu (probiotic yogurt drink) packs that are sold as low as 99 cents for a pack of 5. I'm a fan favorite to this location because it is expansive and close by enough in the valley to hop over to. The giant plaza that it's located in makes it easy and convenient to find parking in a short amount of time.

Glad there's a Korean market nearby as my wife and I often love to do at home kbbq, especially now that we have an infant. This place is super clean and has everything you can expect. The food court inside looks great too, will have to check that out next time. The meat is pretty fairly priced and the marinades are very good and not too sweet. The side dishes were super flavorful and restaurant quality!

Galleria is my favorite Asian market; located in the City of Northridge on Reseda Blvd. If you are looking for Asian ingredients (Japanese, Thai, Korean, etc) do not hesitate and visit Galleria Market, I promise you will find what you are looking for. The store is always clean and well stocked, products are authentic and produce is always fresh, it's my favorite market to find good variety of mushrooms (wood ear, oyster, trumpet, etc.), fresh ginger, lemongrass and sprouts. You can also find items like: mochi, noodles, tofu (lots of tofu), fresh seaweed salad, kimchi, sushi, Asian snacks & desserts, Vietnamese coffee, etc. There is a food court with a variety of delicious and authentic Asian cuisine. They also have independent stores, just outside the main market; you can find good skincare products, clothing stores and a "Tous Les Jours" very dangerous! Parking lot, is always packed... but there is always someone leaving so, Bam! You get that spot. Staff is nice, self-checkout is my fave. Happy Shopping! Five Stars!

Located in a large plaza so there is a huge parking lot. So don't worry finding a parking spot lol. It's a pretty large asian market. We actually came to look for some Enoki mushrooms, which they but there are plenty of other vegetables to choose from. Lot of choices in the hot food section as well. Staff is nice and was very clean. There is also a food court but we didn't check it out this time around.

Fake tuna with red dye sold as fresh., went to Manager to complain . She acted surprised oblivious to what they sell. When I pointed out multiple packages still in fresh section she said she would have them removed.

Wasn't sure what this was but we went in search of food. Interesting food court basically connected to a grocery store There were several eateries and places to sit. The service was as it typically is in a food court type of setting. Very open with chairs and tables. We settled on Gentle Chic and it was very good. Appeared clean and the noise level was low.

I love this grocery store so much. As a filipina, they have everything i need here. Exotic veggies, huge sake and soju selection, i always grab their sushi grade ready fish and the premarinated beef you can buy per pound already packaged it makes dinner nights so quick and easy. They always answer the phone if you ever have a question about stock which is rare for other groceries. They also have a korean skin care store, food court and other vendors inside which is cool and very rare to find in a supermarket. I love this spot!

I love this grocery store. Freaking amazing and I can always find something new to try. But on to the main reason to leave a review- their food court. Run don't walk to try these places out. I recognize that a food court at a grocery store may sound different but different here is a cornucopia of delicious foods to try. If you've been wanting to try Korean food that's not kbbq, this is a great place to start.

I love coming here!! The store is huge and the variety is amazing! From sushi grade fish to packaged pickled radish the selection seems endless. They also have a poke restaurant inside which is the best tasting poke for an amazing price. I wish I lived closer because I would come everyday! The employees are nice and helpful when I had a question and seemed genuinely happy to help me out. There is a lot of parking but it does get full as there are other stores and restaurants in the plaza. I will be back for sushi night at home!

This place has a huge selection on Asian foods. The produce department is huge with a lot of fresh produce, fruits and specialty items you won't find at regular supermarkets. Today I saw sesame leaf that I never even heard of. I'm curious what it's used for. Lots of noodles, rice, sauces, oils, packaged foods and more. The seafood department sells sushi grade fish and today's reason for the visit was to buy sushi fish and make sushi at home. My sister and o stopped by and got everything we needed to make sushi rolls. Get even had cooked sushi rice individually packed. We got salmon, octopus, wasabi, rice, seaweed paper, yuzu sauce and a few kinds of veggies to make the rolls. Oh they turned out so delicious. Huge, clean and organized market. Customer service was ok. We didn't encounter with many employees but the cashier was friendly

Do they sell Japanese milk bread here (shokupan)?

The market is set up with several vendor shops before you enter the grocery portion. One is a bakery- Tour leJour - which sells a bread similar to the bread in Japanese groceries. I'm not familiar with the name but the slices are square and thickly… Read more

They used to sell the spicy chicken and cheese ramen that's halal (bright yellow package with a pic of a chicken) but did they ever restock? Because I've been driving all the way to koreatown to get them and it's quite a drive lol

This is one of the few Mitsuwa that doesn't have a food court (San Gabriel is another one without). The premade food section was surprisingly pretty good, better options than the Torrance or Santa Monica locations, imo. They do carry the same poke bowl that is also sold at Torrance. The store closes at 9:00pm, so the premade food section is pretty much cleared out and the self checkout is closed by around 8:00pm. The late hours actually got the busiest because only one staffed cash register was open and customers had to get in line instead of the self checkout. The store is clean and spacious, lots of self checkouts that are open during the day, and the bathrooms were clean (just need to get the code from a staff member!). I came three times on a weekday, once a little after lunch and another right around 5:30 and then around 8:00. Parking was a breeze every time. They have plenty of parking adjacent to the store. The other side of the shopping center gets a little busy, but Mitsuwa is at the comfortable corner closest to the train tracks. Getting out of the parking lot can be challenging because Tampa is a busy street and some people try to make a left turn out (I have my opinions about that lol). If heading out towards CSUN, the shopping center also has two exits out to Nordhoff so that worked well for me. I was in the area for a few job interviews... If I am hired nearby I'm definitely coming to this Mitsuwa a lot :)
