My family has been going to Galleria now for nearly 20 years and even with age, this place gets better and better. I remember growing up down the street and running inside to get two slices after school and now at 26, I still find it to be one of my first stops home after the 13 hour trek from South Carolina. When you walk into Galleria, you are enveloped in the warmth that this family business has to offer. Whether it be the staff, the food, the decorations, you're in for a wonderful night from the first time you walk in the door. Each dish has such a personal touch and the flavors are definitely ones to brag about. The Farfalle alla Enza was absolutely delicious and the creaminess of the pasta and the flavors remind me of my own great aunt's recipe that has passed on now. There's a warmth to the food where you can really taste the love put into these dishes as well as the careful precision taken to execute these dishes from appetizer to dessert. The fried Burrata is one of my favorites but the Anaricini really was out of this world. I look forward to every time I get to step through their door and have a plate of warmth because to me, Galleria absolutely tastes like a little piece of home. I'm thankful that they are still open after all of these years and you should be too because they KEEP GETTING BETTER!! read more

I grew up eating this pizza on my way back from school every Friday. It reminds me of my childhood and still remains the best Spinach slice I've ever had. Spinach and the Added Zepp Locals swear by their spinach pies and rolls. Made with mozzarella and ricotta on the slices, it's usually the only pizza accompaniment to a regular pie at the counter. Beside them are rolls which are filled to order and spinach rolls which are translucent with their green lurking through a thin layer of dough. The regular slice is big with lots of character. It stands out for its cheese and chunky, h omemade tomato sauce . I'd compare this to New Park , and even call it better during more than a few phases of the moon. And with every order, you are treated to a complimentary garlic knot or zeppole. How can you beat that? The garlic knots are great, but the zeppoles are probably the best I've ever had - on par with Pizza Town USA in New Jersey. These are moist and salty, and they keep getting better the more you shake them around the paper bag soaking up more powdered sugar. Ozone Park is not a foodie's destination (yet), and while I'd like Galleria to get a ton of press and business, I also love it to remain my diamond in the rough. So my nephew was right. After repeatedly coming here I have to say this pizza has grown on me. It's not too heavy on the sauce, the cheese is nice and thick, and the crust is crispy. They always give free garlic knots which is awesome. The knots aren't super greasy or overly garlicky, the flavor is just right. We have been getting Zeppoles on the regular lately and they are yummy. Overall this is our recent go to and I'm glad we gave it a chance. read more

Their food portions are huge! I had the grill chicken wrap and it was tasty. My friends had the spaghetti with meatballs. There was only two meatballs but they are like the size of handballs. So I used to take my son here maybe twice a week for 3 months since it's right near his school. I gave this place a lot of business. One day my son had to use the bathroom. They have no access to a bathroom from the customer side. When I asked if he can use the bathroom in the back the guys behind the counter refused. My son is 4. We had to leave the restaurant, use the bathroom at a clinic across the street and come back to finish the pizza. It's not so much that there aren't any bathrooms. The way they refused me was the problem. No apologies. No explanation. Just a no bathroom. Where they use the bathroom is anyones guess but it's disgusting how they treated me after all that money I spent there. read more

Their shrimp scampi with spaghetti is delicious, they gave me large shrimp and I especially like the they do clean their shrimp and I gave my niece some too and she liked it. I live walking distance from this pizza place and they're a hit or miss. Their pizza is really good when it's fresh. A few times I asked for my money back because the pizza tasted dry like it had been reheated several times. I only buy by the slice when the pizza looks fresh otherwise I walk a little further to another pizzeria. When I order a full pie for my family it's always good that's why I gave 3 stars. A full pie costs about $15 and a slice $2.75 and they give free garlic knots. Garlic knots are mehhhh. I've never tried anything other than the pizza there. read more

I tried this place for the first time today. I ordered a regular slice & a specialty slice. The regular wasn't worth it but the specialty slice was very good. The restaurant also offers an 'order' of free garlic knots or zeppolis to every customer but they don't ask you which you would like. The garlic knots were ok, but definitely could've been more fresh. I guess was a slow day bc all of the slices looked like they had been sitting there for hours. As far as slice places go, Galleria is pretty much as good as it gets. Cheese slice is excellent. They are also known for their spinach slice. Often they give you a free garlic knot with your slice, which is a nice treat. As I ordered 2 sicilians, which were twice the size of a normal one, I also asked for zeppoles which in response they didn't have. So I asked for garlic knots instead. As I went to pay, the guy charged me for the garlic knots. "Excuse me but the sign states I get free zeppoles or garlic knots; first you don't have zeppoles and second I have to pay for them?" Yes that doesn't apply on Sundays. Again sign didn't state and specific days. Also this pizzeria doesn't have a restroom, nor do they allow you to wash your hands in the back. Pizza is phenomenal, definitely one of the hidden gems on Long Island, they have solid Buffalo slice, but you can't beat their regular slice. Overall the price is right and the taste is right however the only reason I don't give it a full 5 stars is because they close early.
