Place has really fallen of lately, The last two orders I placed I received wrong ! The first time they sent me a grilled chicken Cesar wrap without chicken. I call them they apologize and send a replacement. No issue things happen. Today I order a cheese pizzeta with no tomato sauce they sent It with sauce. I call them to get a replacement and to let them know this is the 2nd consecutive order I received incorrect having to wait twice as long for my food. The issue isn't with the people taking the order It seems to me that the cook has a very hard time listening to instructions. I placed my order today at 5:40 and didn't receive the replacement pizza until 8:00. Not sure what's happening over at Enzo's but the love is no longer in the food. read more

I placed a takeout order today Jan/19/24. "I do think this is the third or 4th time I have ordered from here since 2020*" and I have no words to describe how satisfied I am with my orders. I went to pick it up myself. The place looks cute and charming. I have to go and enjoy the experience of eating in there. I ordered the Pasta Penne & Vodka with grilled chicken and it was so good I also ordered the Mussels with Marinara Sauce and it was delicious as always. Everything was yummy, the portions were huge, you literally get what you pay for, and more. I don't get the bad reviews I haven't had a bad experience with this restaurant, they are just amazing. Thank you for such a portion of good food, and for caring about the orders. Everything was well-packed. Staff is all friendly. The only two people I allow to make my drinks is the owner or Chris. I love that I can go in use my discount points on my bulk orders or when I order a pie. Comes in handy. Or times I'll get my order free and use my and tip the ladies big. It's a win for everyone. The Cesar salad pizza is my favorite of slices. Pies my house loves the Meat Lovers. Sandwiches I like to eat the chicken parmigiana. Appetizers I like to eat the Enzo and Philly steak egg roll looking things. I love sitting outside to eat. Thursday is cigar night so I try not to go those nights but most people love it. Sometimes they have a live band when do private parties. It's nice to listen too. They're community oriented, they work with the community and support which I love. On the grandma slices the cheese is not too thick and crusty just right, sauce delicious to every bite. read more

Had an issue with receiving cold food this first time $80 worth. Today we Spent $115 Asked for 3 deluxe burgers to be cooked well done came burnt and the fries were salty. The garlic knots so greasy I choked on the grease taking a bite. Management advised us next time not to add pepperoni next time. The (2) orders of chicken wings were really good. Was in the area and ran in quick. Grabbed two slices of regular for take out. Crust was crispy. Oddly, the first slice tasted better than the second. The number of reviews is surprising, I had been told that Enzos was still in soft opening status and it had elements that suggested such. Not the interior -- no, the interior was very completed and very well appointed with three pretty Tv's playing NEWS 12 broadcasting very sad information of stabbings and drownings and fires. So I looked away to the crown molding, drop ceiling and listened to the pretty little 80s ditties coming thru the BOSE cubes with clarity. My pepperoni slice was served too hot. One said "Cheap cheese stretches better that way, beware when it cools, cheese and toppings slide off the crust". And then it happened. I heard later my pepperoni slice was heated by the owner and he was a total gentleman and to give him less than the best troubles me, but I must be forthcoming. At $3.80, it was not worth it. I returned for a bacon cheddar pinwheel and was gruffly greeted by a hard looking man who came across as rather wound up. Then my friend arrived and the intense fellow, I dare say, barked a waddya-gunna-ave? My friend explained he was with me and I asked if the $4.00 disk could be cut into two and that felt also slightly uncomfortable and I'm not sure why. read more

I've had a few different slices from Enzo's. The pepperoni slice, the Sicilian slice, the Philly Cheesesteak slice, the plain slice, the grandma slice, to name a few. All in all, pretty good stuff. Probably one of the better pizza places in the Ozone Park/Woodhaven area. The crust is probably the best in the area I would say. I'd recommend giving Enzo's a try. read more

I used to frequent this establishment weekly, until today. I always ordered a grilled chicken cesar salad, with dressing on the side. Today I received a salad inundated with dressing. It was completely unpalatable. When I called to address the situation I was told to have patience and understanding as they were busy that day. Mark told me the owner would call me back, but I never received a call. I walked into the establishment with my order and asked to speak to the manager. Before I was able to explain the issue, the owner started screaming at me, asking me what MY problem was and that I didnt need to come in like this!! I was floored. I merely explained that the salad was not what I ordered. He was obviously bothered by my presence. Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, he treated me as if I wasn't a paying customer. As a last resort he said " What do you want, we will make you another salad, " in a very loud and unprofessional tone. At this point I didn't trust them to make me anything to eat and requested a refund. The owner immediately stormed away, mumbling under his breath. I wouldn't give this place any of your business. They do not appreciate or respect their customers. I also feel that this was racially motivated, as I was treated very rudely and was chastised for their mistake. Had family dinner (with our 15mo old) in their outdoor heated patio and it was great! One of the coldest days we've had and it was super cozy and warm. You forget you're outside! COVID measurements in place, excellent service and huge selection for all. Ordered monitors, calamari & crab cakes for appetizer plus their famous Tomahawk Steak as a main course, with TRUFFLE mash & broccoli. Will definitely visit again soon. Enzo's has always been my go to place for pizza. I dine-in often and always had a great experience. Today I ordered delivery for the very first time and it took them ONE HOUR to come even though I live 3 minutes away. Upon receiving my order, I was really disappointed with the soggy calamari & they were the size of pennies!!! The pizza looked so beautiful but after taking the first bite, I knew it wasn't gonna be good. It felt like I was chewing on rubber bands with cheese. All the cheese also slid right off. The whole pie was SOGGY and CHEWY. I don't remember the last time I had really BAD PIZZA. The chicken fingers was the only thing that were enjoyable. read more
