We drove past this deli after leaving the gym and had to make a U-turn to grab a bite to eat. My son and I were in the mood for a sandwich and C & C Italian Deli did not disappoint us. Bread was on point, our sandwiches were delicious. I couldn't take a photo of my son's sandwich because he finished it on our way home lol. Staff is friendly and service is good. TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ THIS REVIEW. The owner told me to go f**k myself after giving me food that was rotten (nasty and racist man). I made an order on uber eats and when I got the chicken salad sandwich delivered I took a bite and got instantly sick. I called and the manager told me I am right and that the temperature may have been off and that he would get back to me with a resolution (which he didn't). I called back and got in contact with the owner and he said to take it up with uber there is nothing he can do and started saying things that a owner of a business who relies on customers to stay open shouldn't say. If you have any self respect you would stay far away from this place and go to a place that doesn't overcharge and respects the people that are keeping them open. Yep 3 Stars !!! Stopped in yesterday around 12:45 figured I would avoid the lunch rush crowd ................ I was craving one of my favorite Hero's, Roast Beef with Munster cheese, extra mayo both sides with Salt & Pepper .... I knew what I wanted walked up to the deli counter the store was empty I was the only customer to find a young deli man much more interested in reading his messages & sending out his texts .... he was facing me but never looked up to greet me but I watched him with his phone in his hand ... Finally I had to say are you ready ??? Like Smh ... so I gave the kid the order for the hero and patiently waited .... I wanted to order a side of their macaroni salad .... he made my hero fast and brought it to the cashier..... mean while I'm still standing by the deli counter waiting to ask for my macaroni salad ...Ya think he would ask me anything else ?? I did order it !!! Now for the two female cashiers up front .... mind you the store was still empty I had placed a can of soda & two bags of chips on the counter ... these two not interested in what's going on outside the counter just their own conversation about what shifts they would be working !!!! Rang me up and bagged my order super fast ... asked for a few extra napkins because I was eating in my car and she threw my napkins in the bag ... maybe normal behavior for her ?? IDK! My hero looked fantastic, however the kid failed in following simply instructions; no extra mayo, No Salt only pepper on one side of hero !!! Mac salad asked for the same, Salt & Pepper only to find pepper!!! The help here needs to be properly trained or even replaced ... these younger kids really have no interest in what they do.... Definitely a good hero, fresh Italian seeded hero; fresh Boars head cold cuts they just fall short in dressing the hero & following instructions !!! Been coming here for a year since I moved to ozone park Food here is pretty good I would recommend. My favorite employee has to be the blue eyed girl in the front she is very nice. But the buck tooth girl with black hair shouldn't be working the front always has an attitude and seems miserable. I don't know who would hire a person like her. I would give zero stars if I could. This deli I used to go to all the time when I lived here. My sister still lives here order from the deli today this morning delivery came ice cold the egg sandwiches that we ordered. We're lucky to have one egg on them. The two hashbrowns I ordered were full of Greece and brown, not even white, which I guess was from the day before. I called to then let the girl know in the CNC deli that the food was terribly made, and there was no egg on the sandwich and her response was well OK. Do yourself a favor. This is hands down the best chicken Caesar salad I've ever had! The Caesar dressing is so nice, creamy and flavorful, the chicken was juicy and fresh, the grated Parmesan was incredibly nice and didn't taste musty like usual store bought Parmesan. This was the most pleasant surprise I have had in a while - food related. First off, just to make sure that the distance was not too far, I have these folks a call. Whoever picked up the phone sounded like the sweetest person, ever. I mean usually you call a new place for the first time's, you feel like you're bothering someone. Totally opposite case, here. The food came, and quick sidebar, my mom's apartment is in a complex. If you are not the sharpest tool, you will call and you will get lost. Their delivery person came right to the door and seemed just as sweet as the young lady on the phone. Not only did it come earlier than expected, but it was EXACTLY as I ordered. This current quarantine is annoying, but it seems like most places who deliver just can't read. These guys read my special request, BAR FOR BAR. A co-worker and myself decided to check this place out after hearing a few people talk about it. The hero's were great and huge! I couldn't even finish mine. The deli had a great selection of other snacks. The italian salads looked delish. I bought a fresh mozzarella ball to try later with dinner since they looked good. They have a great selection of meats and cheese, cutlets, egglplant, and breads. Will DEFINITELY be back during our lunch hour to try some other selections! read more

I've been coming to this deli for quite some time now but never again. They're usually busy on weekends so I always place my order in advance even though it's still not ready when i get there. I get that they're busy so it's understandable, HOWEVER they have messed up my order way too many times. I don't know how hard it is to get a basic breakfast sandwich right. I'm sick of having to come back only to wait another 20 min for them to fix what they did wrong. This deli is close and convenient but it's just not worth the hassle anymore. I just want to start off saying that this deli is one of my favorite delis in the neighborhood, sandwiches always are fresh and delicious. However today I am giving the deli 3 stars. The reason being I ordered turkey and cheese with lettuce Mayo and tomato on wheat bread. Asked for some vinegar. When I went to open my sandwich the bread was sopping wet from the vinegar. This is the 1st time it has happened because this is one of my go to sandwiches and it never comes out like that. In the deli's defense it wasn't the usual person behind the deli preparing the sandwich today. That could have a been a reason. However I know it's wheat bread and it's not as durable as a roll or hero but cmon really? The bread was drenched I had to throw the bread away. I call for a delivery and they say they don't accept orders. Then I go through door dash and my dasher tells me he's there but they don't accept dashers until 8:30 and it's 7:25.
