The crusts were tough, the toppings seemed baked far too long, and even the specialty pizzas lacked flavor because everything was so overdone. The hot honey pepperoni sounded promising but ended up just as dry as the others. Even the cheese pizza, which is usually hard to mess up, wasn't enjoyable. With four different pizzas and not a single standout, this was a letdown for our group. Based on this experience, we wouldn't order from Pizza Professor again.

This slice wasn't as flavorful as the grandma, but it was more filling--overall a solid choice. All the guys who work there are friendly and quick to get your order out. The restaurant has plenty of seating and it has a homey feel to it. And on a cold day, it's nice to be in a warm place from the oven and where there's the aroma of cooking pizza.

I didn't enjoy that at all. The cannoli also had very little filling, which was disappointing since I enjoy a cannoli every now and then. I can't say whether I would order from here again, since my second order was really disappointing. The two stars are only for the tortellini. If I do decide to order from here again, it will probably be quite a while before I do.
