If there were a less review star available, I would have used it for this company. Do NOT do business with this company. They had my motorhome for over 3 months with the intent for them to replace 2 of the awnings on the RV, 1 which needed new fabric. My original awnings are forest green in color. After a couple months of waiting for an update from them, which we never received via phone or text, we went down to their facility only to learn that they could not purchase the forest green awning material. They had in stock only white or black. I am not sure if they just wanted us to end up purchasing their material or not. However, we opted for the white material. After another month of waiting with no response we went over again. They said they were still working on it and it would be done by the end of the week. Another 2 weeks go by with no communication from them. We go back again and find out that nothing had been done other than the fabric being installed on the awning which was sitting inside the RV instead of being installed outside where the awning belonged. To top things off, they either had someone living or sleeping in the RV as when I went inside the RV they had taken my pillow from my bed and it was laying on the couch along with a blanket they had taken out also obviously being used and just thrown on the couch. I am pretty sure if they were sleeping on my couch, they were also using my satellite tv to watch our directv programming. When we told them that we were taking the RV from them they refused to let us use a credit card, telling us that the system was not working, when we all know they were afraid we would contact the credit card company and dispute the charges. As a result we had to go to the bank and get cash in order to get our RV from them. Now we need to contact another RV company to get the repairs completed. On August 21, 2024, I took my van to Gamblers RV to have an auxiliary air conditioning unit added to the roof and to install and wire additional interior batteries for power storage. I picked it up on August 29, 2024, when I was told the work was done. I drove away and within minutes I smelled smoke which was starting to fill the interior of the van. I pulled over to the side of the road, got out, and saw sparks and small flames coming from loose wiring where the batteries had been installed. Suddenly the whole van was fully engulfed in flames. I called the fire department as I watched it burn to the ground. read more

My family has used Gamblers RV for a long time. I've never needed RV repair so I've always used the store they have inside the office building. The store is full of normally hard to find parts and supplies. Living in the high desert doesn't give us RV owners many options for RV supplies. I like that the prices are comparable to what I find down the hill at the large RV stores. About a week ago during family vacation my trailer was damaged at magic mountain. I was in the middle of family vacation and so upset because it was almost 4th of July. My dad called Russ that evening and he was able to fit me in the next morning. I was so impressed that they handled all the insurance information with Geico and had my RV fixed the same day. They knew I was in the middle of vacation and not only fit me in but made everything better than it was before. read more

We dropped our RV for repairs 3 weeks ago to have the roof sealed, service our Generator, serve a slider that was not working properly, and replace an inside self. We had been checking back in forth to when can we pick up? We were notified we had a death in our family out of state, I spoke with manager one week before our bad news was given per the death in our family to advise Gamblers we were going to need our Motorhome this week to leave for Arizona. Gamblers called and advised us our Motorhome was done completed except for the wooden shelf repair, therefore my husband and I went to pick up and our payment for the repairs was paid in full of $600.00, we brought our Motorhome home hete in Hesperia my husband checked all repairs that Gamblers stated were completed and my husband found "NOTHING WAS REPAIRED !" Generator still had old oil in it, roof was not sealed or even touched. Slide out room will not slide out correctly.! We are furious! We will not be returning or referring to family or friends! read more

I took my RV to Gambler's this morning to have some electrical components checked. I was pretty sure that I knew what was wrong and so I told Russel what I wanted to have checked and why. To my (eventual) delight, Russel ignored my diagnosis and discovered, in just a few minutes, that my Interstate coach battery, although less than 1 year old, was defective and that there was nothing else wrong with the electrical system. A short while later, I left Gambler's RV with a new battery and an invoice that was much less than it would have been if my diagnosis had been correct or if Russel were not as honest as he is. As it was, he called me out from the waiting area to show me what he had tested, and how, in order to ensure my satisfaction with his diagnosis. Honest. Efficient. Friendly. I'm impressed. read more

After making an appt to ensure Gamblers RV in Hesperia Ca. had the resources and time to take care of my coach, i delivered my Winnebago Motorhome there for several repairs. 10 weeks later they still hadn't completed half of the repairs nor ordered many of the parts needed. When i called to check several times, they would blame it on part availability, which turned out to be more with their inability to order in a timely manner than the actual availability. Additionally, a few of the repairs didn't even require parts, only required labor and Lube.. maybe the most frustrating part is the entire time I didn't get even one courtesy call. Very Unprofessional and at the end of the day lost total confidence that they either knew how to repair or whether they have the management resources capable of managing and prioritizing the work. Very happy with the service from Gamblers RV. Not only did they come to me to repair the awning on my travel trailer, they beat a local competitor literally by hundreds of dollars. Nice and helpful folk's. After going to 5 places looking for this smoke detector for my trailer found out about this place. They didn't have it either nor could it be ordered thru their suppliers but the guy spent about 15 min. on the computer and found out for me where I could order it and even printed it out for me.
