We bought a new-to-us class A motorhome that needed a few repairs. Not wanting to hassle with taking it in to a shop, my husband called Innovative RV. The owner was super nice and came out within a couple days. Our hydraulic jacks weren't going up all the way and was sounding an alarm; we had a window that had some issues. He ordered the parts needed to fix everything and he came out and repaired it all when the parts were delivered. Took less than an hour. Our furnace went out and he quickly repaired that as well. The owner is super knowledgeable and kind and we will definitely use him for all future RV repairs! He will be servicing our Onan generator soon as well. Highly recommend! read more

Contacted Kendall twice in the past two years. Each time prior to him making the service call, he inquires to the situation. He provides suggestions to try prior to him performing the service. Both times his suggestions worked! Small minor things an RV'er just did not know such as...open vents and clean the filter - that was one suggestion and that's all it was. I have contacted other RV shops prior to Kendall, and none have provided this type of service. If services is ever needed in person, Kendall will be the person that will work on our RV as we believe he is trustworthy. read more

He completed the job efficiently and quickly and double-checked that it had been done correctly. I found Kendall from a recommendation from a Facebook page. Yes, hes not a big dealer and a fancy answering service for his phone or full page ads. He found the problem with my Onan 5500 Generator that 2 other shops could'nt figure out, inculding Mike Thompsons after charging me through the nose for looking at it. I also had a incident on the way home from Barstow when I noticed something wrong with my 5th wheels brakes. He had me drop off the Trailer at his shop , on my way home, on a Sunday, No problem. I would recommend Kendall to anyone and feel fortunate to have found him. His knowledge, Skill and willingness to explain the problem and your options is rare these days. The slide on our Class A wouldn't retract ( fortunately at our house), after troubleshooting on phone with manufacture it was determined that I needed mobile RV tech. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Kendall returned my call very quickly. We set up an appointment in which he was on time and was able to determine the problem. He had to order a part and again was on time when he returned to fix the problem. Kendall was very professional and helpful answering general questions regarding preventative maintenance. I dropped my rv off on the 9th of October 2020 to have my generator, and leveling jacks diagnosed @ approximately 3p.m I had a great conversation with the owner Kendall he appeared to be a nice guy I must say in the beginning I was a bit skeptical because we made a appointment that he forgot to log in and forgot I was coming which cost me my whole day I normally travel to la for business but left that day open to meet with Kendall upon dropping my rv off he told me he will diagnose it on Sunday or Monday and give me a estimate this was on a Friday I tried to contact him on Tuesday in the afternoon by phone and text and received no response until the next day which was strike 2 now I'm getting worried in his text he said he's been busy and can't get to my rv till the end of the week I'm thinking to myself I could have brought it to him the end of the week long story short my rv stayed parked in his driveway for 9 days and he never diagnosed it and when I made mention of him telling me Sunday or Monday he said he don't work on Sundays when I told him I was repeating what he told me he said your keys are in the rv basically telling me to leave I believe he has a split personality or bipolar he was a totally different person short with words rude and no customer service skills at all I believe he was armed while talking to me and I was on his property and the way things are going now with this black and white hate I just left and did not make a big deal out of it I told him when I dropped it off we use the rv to sleep in while in la because me and my wife live in Victorville but work in la because of Kendall I had to rent my wife a room for a few days which cost me more money very poor customer service. read more
