My Recommendation: Do not do business with this Dealership. My experience is that they are not transparent, they have poor customer service/attitude, and that this culture is likely tolerated by and reinforced by the management. I highly recommend that you READ all 1 star reviews for this dealership to better understand it. I wish I had...I would not have wasted my time. The 1 star reviews for this Dealership are the MAJORITY of reviews, which should tell you something. It sure does me. What Happened I noticed a 2026 Sunset Park Rv Sun Lite 14THX on RVTrader. I live about 150 miles away from the Ranch RV dealership. I contacted the dealership and asked for an 'out the door' cash price on the unit I was interested. Over the phone (verbally, nothing in writing) the Sales Rep (SR) broke down the deal for me: List Price $23,999 (as listed in the ad), Prep $295 (batteries, gas, walk trough etc), Brake Controller Install $495, Total Price with Tax $26806.99. The deal was sounding reasonable, but I still needed specifics for the RV. At my request, the SR sent me a text with a link for an RV, but it was for the wrong RV model/unit. Still seeking clarity to verify features, I asked for the MSRP paperwork (VIN No, etc.), and the SR sent that to me. I noticed a line item in the MSRP paperwork for an ELITE package that included a power tongue jack, black tank flush and stove w/oven in place of a cooktop, for a charge of $592.50. The power jack, black tank flush, and oven were also each seperately listed below with $0 charges. I contacted the SR and he went to speak to his manager regarding my question. The SR called me back. The SR was still not clear on the issue. It looked like the MSRP was listing a $592.50 charge for an Elite package that included of a stove w/oven that was not actually included in the unit. I suggested a price reduction in the RV Trader Sales Price, at which point the SR said he had to go because he had a customer in line, and then hung up. The ad on RV Trader for this Sun Lite 14THX specifically stated: "Willing to negotiate". Not all RVTrader ads have this statement, but this one did. I called the manager at the Dealership. He informed me that based on my question, he spoke with Sunset Park sales who explained to him that the oven was "NA" (not applicable) for the 14TH model. I informed the manager that it looked like the MSRP showed a charge for the oven under the Elite package line item, and I suggested that the unit sale price should be adjusted down. The manager, informed me that the unit price being offered was a "great price", and that NO change to the ad listed sales price of $23,999 would be forthcoming...I could "take it or leave it". Somewhere in the conversation after that, the manager went from "take it or leave it" to he "would no longer do business with me". I concluded my end of the discussion by saying I was sorry to hear that and hung up. I almost immediately sent a text message to the SR stating that his manager didn't want to do business. It was then I noticed that I had received another text message from the SR. The message was a video, no words or text, of the RV deal paperwork being shredded. This act/behavior by the SR was very unprofessional (don't ya think?), but apparently, dealership management does not think so. A search on the internet for this RV price comes up with the following: "The exact MSRP varies based on how the trailer is outfitted. A breakdown of typical package and option pricing illustrates this: "Fully Loaded Elite Package: Features the Elite Package (which includes options like the 6-inch sport lift with off-road tires, power tongue jack, and black tank flush) alongside additions like the expandable tent bed, rear patio, and dual awnings. The MSRP for these heavily optioned models is generally around $37,800" and "Street Price vs. MSRP: Even with the Elite package, real-world dealer pricing is heavily discounted, routinely falling between $19,000 and $24,000." The MSRP paperwork sent to me by the SR states that the MSRP for the RV is $36,893.75. Summary The Ranch RV list price of $23,999.00 price was not a "great deal". It was at the top end of the normal price range of $19,000 to $24,000. I had a difficult time getting clarity/specifics on the RV features and price from the SR, both verbally and in writing. However, the same SR had no problem in quickly sending me a text video showing the deal document being shredded. According to their ad on RVTrader, Ranch RV was "willing to negotiate" on price for this specific unit. However, what I got from a manager at this dealership was attitude, "take or leave", and ultimately "I am not doing business with you". Obviously, the Ranch RV ad on RVTrader is not accurate. Ranch RV personnel did not even slightly, not even a single dollar, not even just a little bit, negotiate with me. read more

I would recommend going down the street if you are looking to purchase an RV or trailer. The sales guy couldn't be bothered to get off the golf cart or assist us. We told him what we were looking for and got a "Oh yeah just look around." As we walked around in the heat most of the travel trailers were locked. Hard to know if we like it when we can't even get inside. He approached us as we left and when we said we weren't interested in the trailer we came out of, he said that we must be hard to please because they have a huge selection. I mentioned that the website should have been updated to reflect that ( bait and switch?). The guy began a small tirade so I turned around and walked away. he continued to be abusive and I just got in my car and waved goodbye. I will never set foot back there. if this is the treatment before a sale imagine after?? no thanks. NOT RECCOMENDED. AVOID THIS PLACE. We are traveling with our 2025 alliance travel trailer that developed a slow water leak, that was found in our bedroom After waiting a week for an appointment, and having to return four days and a $500.00 bill, we picked up our unit and still had the leak, after only a few hours back at our location. Each day we picked up the trailer we were told the issue was fixed, only to find the same leak within an hour. Terrible Customer Service...... they have a $1600 fee they do not tell you about until the end. The sales man was rude,loud and offensive. He was basically yelling at me because I was trying to negóciate the price. I walked in ready to buy because my husband had already gone to the lot to check out the unit , but this guy had such a bad attitude we walked away. Red flag number one was that the sales man opened the back of the toy-hauler and wanted me to walk up the ramp, I explained I had broken my ankle and was not comfortable doing that, he made no offer to open the side door. I have been a loyal customer of the Fange family for over 29 years. I took my RV for repairs and was quite a price which I agreed to. I was told by the service Manger Bryant that, they would replace an awning, repair a fan blade in the restroom, change the oil, replace a brace on the generator tail pipe and service the generator. Over one week later I go to check on RV never getting a call. That they the repair shop get do the awning can't open to replace. (But they are a repair shop) Stared that my fuel pump on Generator needed to be replace. My question was I replaced it. But trusting the Family name and Brand I said okay, How much, that's going to be 600.00. So I say that per high, being I put one in in a half hour and I am not a mechanic. so I ask what's the labor 200. part was 350 plus tax's 600. So I say give me a minute on that. you can't give me a price to fix my awnMing, or my fan in the restroom, but you can't even stated for sure if it's the fuel pump. So I call Cummins out of Bloomington Calif who sales the original Manufacture equipment and I can have it shipped to my front door for 224.79 plus taxes. Even with 200 dollars labor for thirty minutes work would be 425.00 I can tell you this there no loyalty in doing repeat business with Range RV. Never again So to sum things up they kept my Coach fo over a week Charged me 350.00, for an Oil change a new brace on the tail pipe of generator and they Information of what they couldn't DO. Wow!!!! Unfortunately I will not buy or visit Range RV again. I bought a brand new trailer from them and paid for the extra inspection before taking it home. They assured me everything was in excellent condition. That's when I found the awning torn which they did replace while I waited. However a week after having parked in my driveway the roof was leaking. I called them and they said sure take a day off work drive it an 1-1/2 back and leave it here and we'll fix it. When I looked at the roof it was badly cracked at the skylights so this was easy for me to see and they would have seen it in their inspection. I asked for money back to get it fixed closer to me but Sarkis the sales guy blocked my number and wouldn't take my calls. I asked for the manager Chick to call me but never heard back. A tall blue eye Caucasian male stepped out and asked if he could help we asked him if he could give us information on pricing. I'm a local who purchased my rig here at range and after bringing my rig 1 month prior to a planned trip, I specifically asked for a completion for my trip. The service guy Brian gave me a verbal, yes we will have it ready, plenty of time .. so I went ahead and proceeded with letting them service the issue which is substantial rodent damage needing the electrical and duct work repaired including a new underbelly. The underbelly material wasn't available till the end of the actual month which I offered to go pickup materials for them to meet the date which I did gladly. Upon picking up in Labor Day Friday weekend, the workmanship was so bad , I had to ask about it . Upon my request to look at the workmanship they refused to walk out to the parking lot to inspect the rig. He guy Brian refused and continued to argue with me about who's right or wrong making the issue so ridiculous, that it became a shouting match. He definitely doesn't care about the customer, but about his way of arguing and his point. His point was , He wouldn't walk out to inspect the workmanship. Nothing at all to do with his promise to complete the issue and have it done correctly. See the repair guy (installer ) cut all the underbelly panels short of the frame and screwing them to the leftover plastic panels (existing) panels With a little wind the screws will inevitably pull out and away from the existing panels causing road damage .. the guys was so insistent that he didn't want to go out and look he just wanted to argue about walking out there .. Not professional, not listening, and definitely not caring about the customers needs or expectations.. He's a angry person if challenged- be careful he might snap Which is fine with me I can defend myself but this guys is outta control.. Not bringing my rig here ever again -- I thought we had a good thing going but nope , it's obvious they don't care about there last customers or future customers but just care about being lazy and argumentative with the clients - good luck if chose to go here All in all what a joke !! We had an appt set to bring in our rv for bakes and pads. It took them 9 days to even look at it. You would think an appointment your rv would have been liked at that day or maybe the next. They replaced the brakes and pads, and on the way home they were squealing like a stuck pig. Brought it back that day. Didn't get it back for a week. Took the rv out for a camping trip. About an hour on the road we arrived at our destination and again the squealing started again. Took it back, and by this time we are mad. They said they would upgrade the pads. They also stated on the paperwork no more warranty after this. Picked it up, 5 miles down the road. Squealing again. Paid over $1700. They use inferior parts and their customer service sucks. Do Not go there for repairs. There are better shops up here that will do you better. read more

My fifth wheel I took into Range RV for new seals on my slide, wheel bearing packing, sani flush, sealing of roof and whole trailer, new vent for bathroom, new awning fabric, molding on front. So I took it in July 11,2022 did not get it back until August 10, 2022. Asked for complete sealing around whole coach, they spot sealed. Technician Carlos was(performed all work with an assistant) Carlos is short tempered when we brought it back he was very angry. He actually used profanity language at my husband and myself and started putting screws into my unit where the seal are at on slide than melted the rubber over it (That was not the original factory way of doing it). suppose to seal roof seams and it was put on lumpy and bumpy, and bubbles where they sealed on the TPO roof. They left deep work boot indents in TPO roof( which now we will have to replace with a new TPO roof). put on wrong seals on slide, (Bryan Walbye would not order right ones ) Left on old side slide seals with slit holes in it and put a bubble seal across top. Fabric of awning loose and wrinkly looking. Service manager Bryan walbye very condescending attitude, sales manger Chip condescending, very rude customer service, unprofessional. Chip threatened to kick us off Range RV premises for trying to explain what was going on, basically they do not want you to see the short cuts they are taking to not repairing your coaches right. conclusion to say I would not refer, buy or use there services again. My wife and I came in looking for a toy hauler and we were greeted by Sarkis who was super helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. We had our eye on one of the Rage'n toy haulers and decided to pull the trigger. Numbers weren't quite where we wanted to be as far as monthly payment so we ended up backing out and heading back home. I ended up searching the web to look for trailers that were at a lesser cost but I couldn't find anyone that would beat Range Rv's prices. Feeling like the wind had been taken out of our sails, Toni ended up giving us a call the following day after working hard searching for financing that would approve us at a better rate. DO NOT GO HERE FOR RV REPAIRS We were having an issue with one of our slide-outs (we have an 2008 Phaeton). After doing all the leg work to research what the issue was and ordering all the parts I was not confident in my ability to repair what needed to be repaired so i decided to take it to the "professionals". I use that term lightly. We dropped off our coach in Jan. along with all the parts and the directions we received from the manufacturer to fix the issue! We were told the technician was the best and had just completed an extensive course in slide out repair. That was just the beginning! The lack of communication was the most frustrating part of dealing with this business. Every time we called we were told we would get a call back when they knew something. We rarely got a call from the shop and had to do all the calling just to know what was going on. We kept in close contact because we had a trip planned and were hoping the coach would be completed prior to that. It wasn't!!! After almost a month and plenty of issues and non communication along the way we picked up the coach UNFINISHED to go on our trip. Because Range RV had started the job and our extended warranty was involved we begrudgingly took it back after our trip to see IF the "expert" could finally get the job done. It took almost another month to finally call and be told it was ready to be picked up. We picked up our coach and while inspecting the job noticed a bolt holding the hydraulic cylinder in place was falling out. The threads had been stripped out and rather than tell us that, they led us to believe the job was done and sent us home. We paid $2707.72 to Range RV and then had to pay another $476 for the new hydraulic cylinder to fix something the technician should have brought to our attention before further damage was done.. We called several times to request they (Range RV Center in Hesperia, CA) pay for the part and have never received a call back or had anyone answer our calls. We will never use nor recommend this shop to anyone needing an RV repaired. read more
