Well first OFF! My friend went in for a belly button piercing. She got just that but an INFECTED one. When she got there she disclosed that she would prefer gold jewelry. The piercer agreed. However, HOURS after her appointment she was experiencing, itching, oosing of puss, redness & could barely sit or stand due to the piecing not being LONG enough for the procedure. Even though she requested gold jewelry it was not. And on top of that, she did not get the PROPER Jewelry to ensure that she healed properly. Instead she received below average service and got charged $365 for improper service, standards AND met with non apologetic beings. She SHOULD have received what she asked for. But if they did not have proper gold surgical jewelry to provide her they should have vocalized that. Instead. They gave her non surgical jewelry. On top of the jewelry being non surgical, the Jewelry is also FAKE. After speaking to multiple sources... she then decides to rectify her experience in person at the shop, where the team there said it wasn't there problem. How is it not? When you provided a horrific experience and left her to the deal with the damages. Not disclosing your true inventory and luring her into paying a fee that was NOT worth it. She showed them pictures of her tummy after hours of procedure, even though they claim there is no proof... DO NOT go here. SCAM ALERT. I have been going to this shop for almost four years now, and i have to say, that the results they've given me have been nothing short of exceptional. I have gotten over twenty piercings here, over three tattoos and the work has always been phenomenal. In terms of piercings; Jest and Mariano are my top recommendations because they have a watchful eye and always assure that you are happy with the result. Jess is very down to earth and is easy to talk to, as for Mariano he is very caring person which makes for a comforting environment that makes you feel well taken care of and alleviates any last minute jitters one may have about getting a piercing. Along with that, i have never gotten any irritation bumps or infections from poor quality jewelry and all my piercings have healed perfectly. If you are looking to get a tattoo my number one recommendation is Droe, quality of work far exceeds his prices. The line work and shading is consistently on point, and not to mention the concept work. In my experience Droe is very attentive with not only what you have requested but the tattooing process in general, for instance i'm not the best with tattoo pain but he always has made sure i'm not over doing it, and will offer breaks as needed without making you feel judged or embarrassed. Lastly, unlike with other artists, when the tattoo heals fully the work doesn't get muddy and the lines don't extend out from the intended place. Five stars but prefacing this with saying first that I did not go here for a tattoo. That said, I actually recently got my ears pierced (yes, for the first time in my life) by Jest, who also happens to be the owner and lead artist at Game Face and it was a great experience. The shop is very sterile and they were up front about their policies and such. The really nice woman assisting Jest made sure the marked spots were perfect (moving them several times to get it just right) and that the piercing room was completely clean. They use single use needles and tools that they took out of the packaging in front of me and I was given the at home instructions. I ran into an issue with one of my ears (100% my fault because I put the backing too tight after it fell out and it cut my ear) & they were really sweet about taking a look to see if the piercing was healing fine (it was). I highly recommend going to a piercer or tattoo shop over getting it done at a mall store 100% & Jest was one of very few I found locally that advertised piercings. Don't have anything to compare to but the pricing wasn't too bad either. read more

So of course I decided to look at their work online for a while and finally made an appointment. My friend and I were visiting Orlando on a Disney trip and super last minute decided getting matching tattoos was a priority. After doing some research on tattoo shops in the area, we settled on contacting Jest at Game Face. I sent him a message on Instagram and he was quick to get back to me. We arrive at the shop around 4:30pm and everyone greeted us warmly. We found out upon arrival that Jest was actually staying late to accommodate us, so kind. My friend and I are EXTREMELY picky and he worked with our design until we reached a design that we both loved. Thank you for your patience, Jest! I went first and realized shortly that the inside of your ankle is a pretty rough spot for a tattoo, but Jest and the other guys at the shoo kept me distracted and laughing until it was over. My tattoo looks beautiful, the lines are crisp and dark and the placement is perfect. Overall, I would recommend the shop to anyone in the Orlando area looking for a great group of artists. The shop is clean and comfortable and it definitely helps that the guys have great personalities to keep you entertained during the pain. My wife and I stopped by the shop to see what they could do for us. I had been following the shop on IG and FB for quite a while and thought Jest's (JE) style fit us, and he was able to see us for a consult. We told him what we wanted, he had us airdrop some photos, and set up our appointments. He told us up front the time it would take to do each tattoo, the price per hour, and his policy on changes. We were happy with this and paid our deposit. My wife's appointment was first, about a week after our consult. She was very happy with his first drawing and went ahead with it. Since this was her first tattoo, she was understandably nervous. Jest and Ed put her at ease, and their fun, laid back personalities made it a breeze. Once done, Jest covered it with SaniDerm and provided specific after care instructions. The lines on her tattoo are razor sharp and the colors vivid. I had mine done yesterday and couldn't be happier! Jest came right out, showed me his drawing and I was amazed at what he brought me! It was exactly what I had in mind! He made a couple adjustments, printed the template and away we went. We took a few breaks during the 6.5 hours it took to do my tattoo. Jest and Ed were a blast! They made the experience fun and we had a really great time. I was absolutely blown away by the finished tat! The attention to detail, the shading, including catch light in my wolf's eyes, everything was top shelf!! After the pics, he wrapped me up in SaniDerm and gave me the same after care instructions he gave my wife. I had the chance to see how the crew interacted with about 7 or 8 customers during my time there. These guys are good! They have fun and they treat everyone professionally, providing constructive input where needed. They also don't BS anyone, they were absolutely straight with everyone. They keep the shop very clean, keep the music going, sing, and keep up some really good conversation. Between my wife and me, we have three tattoos to go (maybe more). I got my nose pierced here by Jest about a month and a half ago, and it was the best piercing experience ever. I was pretty nervous, but Jest walked me through everything and exactly what to expect, which I really appreciated. Piercer was knowledgeable and helpful with making placement of my second tongue piercing proper. The other artist said he could make my shading smoothly but ended up filling in every spot and charged me $600 for some simple shading. These people will hustle you. My shading healed red and not really dark and this is the first time seeing this. I thought he would have done better shading from his artwork but I got hustled.
