Dave & Buster's delivered exactly what we were looking for: a fun night out with great food, reasonably priced drinks, and outstanding customer service. The chicken wings were a pleasant surprise. They were cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and easily one of the highlights of our visit. The drink prices were also very fair, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the evening without feeling like every round came with sticker shock. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the manager. They went above and beyond to help us maximize the points on our rewards card and took the time to make sure we understood how everything worked. That level of customer service is becoming harder to find, and it genuinely made us feel appreciated as guests. Great food, good value, excellent service, and plenty of fun. We'll definitely be back for another round of games and wings. And in response to why I give things four stars, I rarely give anything five stars unless it's perfection but for being with some of the highest that I give, I definitely ran it down some of the best that I've had there! read more

Dave and Buster's here is in need of some serious maintanence. Sooooo many of their games had issues and we wasted credits on malfunctioning games. Basketball game had no basketballs... Pac-Man game controller wouldn't work in all 4 directions... ski ball would error out... The Arena either has incredibly poor sensitivity or needs calibration because the actions it was registering were annoyingly inaccurate.... Some games ate up double credits because they didn't initiate the game after the first scan... Prizes here are absolutely not worth the money you invest into playing the games. Even if you win several jackpots it wouldn't be worth it given how skewed the prize system is. Maybe you'd get better value on their half off play days, but otherwise full price days are a ripoff. read more

What an amazing renovated Dave and Buster's. This Dave & Buster's have major updates and upgrades. I came to visit on Veterans Day in 2025. I walked straight to the bar area where they're seating and found a team member who collected my order and gifted me a $10 game card. She told me that she would come find me once my order is complete which I stayed in the same area. I was having a lovely conversation with another veteran. Dave & Buster's was gifting $20 value entrées, which was a sweet and thoughtful deal along with $10 game cards. I additionally love that she was able to place my order for to go. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but this experience really wasn't okay. I sat at the front bar for over 20 minutes and not a single person came up to take my order not even for a drink. The bar was completely empty, and staff clearly saw me but just chose to ignore me. To be honest, it felt like I was being judged. I had just come from the gym and was in a sweaty shirt, and it honestly seemed like they didn't think I was worth their time. That shouldn't happen anywhere. The service here was extremely disappointing. I ended up just sitting there waiting with no help at all. If there was a zero-star option, I'd give it. Please do better. We visited Dave & Buster's earlier today with a group of six and had a really fun time. We were able to get a bowling lane for almost two hours, which gave us plenty of time to play, eat and hang out. The food was good, maybe slightly better than what you would expect for an arcade. We ordered two rounds of the mozzarella sticks, the quesadillas, and the pretzel dogs. Everything came out hot and the portions were great for sharing. Our servers were very attentive and checked in with us frequently to make sure our glasses were always full. As far as pricing goes, one bowling lane for 1 hour was $50, plus $5 per pair of bowling shoes, which I thought was reasonable. However, some of the food items felt slightly overpriced, such as $17 for 5 little pretzel dogs. All in all, I definitely recommend this place for a night out with friends and family. read more

I always come here for their Half-Price Wednesday game deals, and this place doesn't disappoint! I don't have much experience with the food, but I will say the Chicken Quesadillas are very good! Pro tip: sign up for their D&B Rewards program on your phone and get a welcome offer of chips/tokens to play, and you can get food rewards the more chips/tokens you play as well. Some favorite games to play are Zombie Snatcher, 2-Minute Drill, Fish Bowl Frenzy and Power Roll! We had such a fantastic experience at Dave & Buster's! Our team happy hour was an absolute hit! The AGM Russell was an incredible host and made sure everything went smoothly for our group. One of my team members even made the comment "that you just don't get service like this anymore". That really stuck with me because it perfectly summed up how we felt about the whole visit. Our server Lexie was amazing! She had such great energy and stayed on top of everything the entire time even when I spilled my water reaching for the table tent! There's a special on Tuesday wings sale but only deal I believe is the gift card u purchase from or buy your combo deal with the selection of food choice of I believe Wednesday has special half off games. If you think human claw is part of game card it's not. The human claw is extra $20 person each session plus it's more for fun it's kinda meh because the prizes are full sizes of an air blow up alien shape balloon. My kids complained about their prizes are way to hard to achieve like for a piece of candy or a dip it takes around minimum of 100 points so don't rely on heavily for getting anything good you would need the points in the thousands to reward any decent toys or something. I think this place has few games that my children enjoys all other seems to be outdated and pretty hard to earn good points. Probably I will have to buy the combo deal with a meal to save a little. read more

This is a really big location and a great place to unwind and "forget about adult responsibilities", but be aware that if you go to the arcade, not all games are up and running. We unfortunately learned this the hard way on two different games as we swiped our cards to play then afterwards realized that it took our tokens without starting up the game. This was my first time coming here since 2017 and things have changed drastically, but in a good way! You are no longer given wasteful paper tickets from the arcade games but instead, your "token card" will have the ticket amount added to your balance. Basically, the cards are dual purpose where they keep track of both your token balance and your ticket balance. This makes keeping track of things easier, although if you lose your card, you've lost both your tokens and your tickets. The weekends are PACKED (as expected) and I'm not sure if they still do this, but they used to do "half price Wednesdays" where all games cost half their original token price. A steal that allows you to have twice the fun, but you should definitely double check this as I know they did this in 2018 but I'm not sure if they still do. read more
