The price of the games were a bit much. Each game is 30-35 credits and $15 only got me about 200 credits. This left me with 10 credits left over that couldn't be used on any game. Not sure if they have a prize area since it was adding up my electric tickets (from winning games) on the game card. I didn't see one there.

The only bummer is the tape and stickers used on the merchandise. I bought some mint in box items and the sticker price tag was so hard to peel off. It left a very bad sticky residue. I was able to clean it off most of the items. But, I worried that the paper boxes would be damaged if I used a solution. The staff was super friendly and answered all of our questions. There is a bar in the front room and a 2nd bar in the back but I'm not sure if they use that one since I usually go at slower times and there hasn't been a bartender at the 2nd one. I love that they have TVs; I've come here a few times for drinks and seeing the Kings game while hanging with my friends was a nice surprise. At one point my daughter got upset because she wanted to go into the play area while I was quickly grabbing a drink refill. She's three, so a little fussing happens sometimes. I was actively handling the situation and even apologized to the worker who came up to me and asked what was wrong, letting her know it would probably only take a minute or two for me to calm her down. Instead of giving me space to manage my own child, the employee responded with "within reason" and continued hovering. The whole situation was handled quickly, once I got my drink and sat it down at the table in the play area, I was able to redirect my daughter to the rides and everything was fine. Also note, her father was there next to my daughter and she chose ME to come up to vs the father (he is perfectly capable). What made the interaction frustrating is that my daughter is autistic, and we are working through situations like this as she learns to navigate busy environments. This outing was actually a big step for our family to see how she would do in a place like this, and overall she did great! We are so proud of her. She wasn't bothering anyone, and the moment of fussing passed quickly. Parents, especially those with children who have special needs sometimes just need a moment to help their child regulate. A little understanding and patience would go a long way. The kids ended up having a great time after that, but the unnecessary interference from the staff member definitely left a bad impression. I hope management reminds staff that sometimes the best thing they can do is simply give parents the space to handle their children. The food was not that great but it's geared toward kids so we didn't mind.
