Sits this small Boba spot in a small off road location. I stopped in to get a Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba, and saw 8Teas served a variety of drinks and also served assorted Macarons. They also have an assortment of fruit slush drinks with the flavor popping Boba and jellies. Drink was great, and just over $8. Not sure if that the going price at other Boba spots I've gone to but it's probably around there...I'll have to check in the future, lol. But would definitely come back if in the area and looking for a good Boba drink!

This was yummy, and a nice big cup size for an iced drink. Also got a card for BOGO Drink 50% off on my next visit. I have my eye on the Banana Matcha, the VIP Vietnamese Imperial Pandan, or the Sampaguita Milk Tea. Neat to learn that the owners are Hmong and Filipino, and they also have events like the Run Club, Car Meet, and even Karaoke Night!

I could've paid for extras, like Boba pearls in my coffee, but I just had the coffee. The price was reasonable. It was very good. It had that usual "kick" of the Vietnamese coffee, which I do love, and the hazelnut gave it a nice mellow taste. It was not overly sweet, the two flavors played together just right. The only reason I'm taking off a star, was because of the service. There was only one other person in the restaurant, and it took almost 20 minutes to get my main dish. When I went up to order the tea after my meal, I had to say "hello?" three different times before somebody finally came to the counter. Then, it almost took another 10 minutes to get my tea. The lady did apologize, but 10 minutes? The food is so good, I will definitely come back. I want to try those Ube and cheese lumpia Now those sound good. Teddy Boba is located right when you walk into KP Market on the right-hand side, so it's really convenient if you want to grab a drink before browsing the store. They have a huge menu with milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and plenty of specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. The staff were friendly, my drink came out quickly, and everything looked clean and well organized. I also like that it's next to the food court, so you can easily grab a drink while you're there. They have a convenient kiosk to place your order. We ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte and the Mango Matcha Latte. The Strawberry bits in the Strawberry Matcha Latte had a jammy texture to it. The Mango Matcha Latte needed stronger matcha flavor. This location has some seating inside. And they have cute decor. There's a green wall in one corner, with T4 on it, where you can take a photo of your drink. The parking lot out front is shared with other stores. We had no trouble finding a parking spot when we arrived late in the evening, however, the parking lot has a dumpy vibe to it.
