Great place to even get power wheels stuff. Marty always goes above and beyond everytime I have ordered from him.

When we arrived, the place was mostly empty. It honestly made it feel like we had the entire course to ourselves. We felt like VIP. The staff great! From the moment we walked in they really made the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was fun, colorful, and super relaxed. Plus, I got a chance to win against my husband a couple of times. ;) he always beat me in everything. After we finished golfing, we played some of the arcade games and ended up laughing the entire time. It was such a great way to unwind and reconnect. Whether you're planning a date night, bringing the kids, or hanging out with friends, this place is a solid choice. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

We reserved a time online, and spent 30 minutes beforehand playing the arcade games. They sell bottled drinks (pop, water, etc). They stagger the starting times so no one is waiting for you, and you aren't waiting for the next hole either. It felt like we were by ourselves when we were putt putting, which was really cool. It took us about 45-60 minutes to get through all 18 holes. There are a few hooks near the door to hang your jacket if you wish.

Okay so I am a huge fan of Dave and Busters first and foremost…read more I have worked at entertainment centers in management for years and I have frequented them often. With that being said- on a Saturday night which is one of the most popular evenings...why are half of the games not working and why are your prizes all of the surplus from old inventory/clearance items? I lost many chips on a lot of games that were not properly working and the prizes were nowhere near how nice they used to be. The actual food area was good- but be warned. If you have a lot of food restrictions, there is not much you can get. I ended up with two grilled chicken breasts but had to purchase a specific meal for much more than it was worth and I asked for light sauce and they smothered it. The rice pilaf was good along with the coleslaw but I would love to see a "light" menu for those with numerous restrictions. Even just plain grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun or something. Overall- I'll be back for sure. I just hope you take these things into consideration. I love the atmosphere but making it a bit cleaner and maybe getting some more variety of games will do you good. You used to have plenty of games, but they all seem to be screen games now where the settings dictate how often someone wins or has certain settings turned on. I highly recommend bringing back some good old fashioned games to appease all ages!

We purchased three of the $59.99 Eat and Play combos for the kids, and I do want to give credit where it's due. We ended up losing one of the game cards and the manager was extremely accommodating in making sure the free meal was still honored. That level of understanding and customer care was truly appreciated. However, the rest of the visit did not match that same standard. I went to the bar to grab a drink and watch the football game and sat there for quite a while without being greeted, even though the bartender clearly saw me. The bar itself wasn't busy, yet the environment felt rushed and unwelcoming. When I was finally acknowledged and received my drink, the overall energy was tense and uncomfortable. The bartender I interacted with, Dana, came off very cold. Later, I spoke with a friend who had been there the day before and they mentioned having a similar negative customer service experience with her as well. When we sat down to eat as a family, the attitude continued. Our waitress was noticeably hostile. She slammed my drink on the table and did the same with my cousin's food. It made what should have been a fun family outing feel awkward and unpleasant. The food itself was just okay. I ordered the sampler with sliders, wings, and fries. I tried asking about the spicy Korean wing flavor and the waitress seemed completely uninterested, simply saying she only eats buffalo wings. There was no effort to be helpful or welcoming. I had been told this location was better than the Utica one, but based on this visit, I wasn't impressed. It's disappointing, especially since I was hosting family from out of town and hoped for a fun, upbeat environment. The manager's assistance was the highlight, but the overall staff attitude made the experience one I'm not excited to repeat.

On standby- plenty of electric powered karts, virtual reality experience and racing sims suited for any age. Better to book exclusively so everyone can enjoy the actual kart racing. But on any given day, you may have to wait your turn as other groups go ahead and finish driving around the track. We were told that each race is 6 long. In reality, the safety orientation/instruction before the race takes longer than driving around the tracks. Then more time is spent on putting the helmet, neck pads and what number is your kart. There was no music to set up the mood. One can sense the strong distinct smell of rubber tires. It made me nauseous. High chairs and cocktail tables are meant for the racers in waiting, while the rest is meant for the guests to sit down, have a snack or chat. Refreshments and meals are available to order. Can you bring your own cake? It seems not to be not a problem for one group that came in today with a cake box and balloons. If you want to try out VR games, it's best time to experience it here together because they can accommodate 4 players at a time. Racing sims has its own space. If I'm not mistaken, there was an employee that resembles a bouncer in a club - that checks who comes in and out of the dark room. Large tv screen, seats that move and actual size steering wheels - no helmets needed. We knew this park had been here for years and today was the first time for us to finally come inside and figure out what's happening. In my observation, the kart tracks would have been bigger and longer, music and sounds related to races would have been perfect. The sound system could have been better if I understood what the guys were announcing - the speaker was inaudible. Anyways, the staff seem to love what they are doing..very knowledgeable and helpful.

Update: The owner…read morereached out and apologized, explained and offered us a refund. I appreciate the customer service, so i updated my stars. I am keeping the write up so that customers understand the pricing for the game cards. -------------- We purchased a game card. I asked the woman working about the options. She told us that for $10, you get a game card for 40 coins, or for $25 you get an unlimited game card. My kids quickly went through the "unlimited" game card. When I questioned this, she said well, it's not actually unlimited, it was 140 coins and typically kids do not use the full card, so it usually is unlimited. This is not okay. You cannot sell something under the guise of being unlimited just because it isn't usually fully used. By definition, that is not unlimited. I would not have paid $25 for 5 minutes of play. The pricing is not listed anywhere in the store or online, so you are forced to believe the employees word. I had no reason to question what she was telling me. At the time of purchase, I asked and then repeated that the $25 card was unlimited, and was told it was. And it most definitely was not. I am incredibly disappointed.

We had ordered some appetizers but they were a little suspect at first glance; I think I dodged some abdominal discomfort by abstaining based on other's feedback from our group. First we had dinner then the rules of whirly ball then we played. Dinner consisted of sub sandwiches, fried apps like those mini tacos, mini eggrolls and mini corn dogs, a salad, hummus, and soup. The soup was the weird thing. It was 94 degrees outside and we got soup. Maybe that was our fault but that was an option and I guess we took it. Food was mid at best. Enough to be full but not very good. The bar was open to us for draft beer and beer in the freezer. I got a blue moon on tap and it was not good. Tasted and smelled fishy. So I gave up drinking it after a few sips. The place is dark. And it was well air conditioned. Lots of big couches and random tables and chairs throughout. They have a lot of video type games and foozball and hockey tables tops. All cost. So bring $1's. Whirly ball was fun. I have to say. Playing with my coworkers was a blast. However. The bumper cars were dirty and smelly. Looked like they hadn't been washed in awhile. The catchers were raggedy and we crushed 1 ball. And it is hot. The air conditioner in the bar is not on the whirly ball court so it gets super hot. And your active so now your hot and sweaty. Then the bumper car is filthy and smelly and not maintained. My seatbelt came out of the seat. That's safe. I am not sure how often they clean and maintenance these bumper cars but it doesn't seem like they do. Gross! The score reflects the fact I had a good time with my co workers but the place itself is kinda dirty and smelly. I guess you have to weigh your fun and good time to disinfecting yourself when you get home.
