Upon even coming in, it was hard as hell to try to even get anybody even when they weren't looking up. Anything or as they were walking around, making sure other people and pointing around, and then completely avoiding there's other individuals in not even asking the question, even when brought up all the way to the actual glass counter. I had to record it because I was actually in disbelief after seeing the favoritism and fraternization that is shown in the colleagues there amongst their own friends that come in instead of other individuals, collectors or consumers. As this has happened several different times now, I will no longer be going to this location. Madness has a wide variety of collector card sets, board games, and also modern action figure lines, with Star Wars and G.I. Joe as large focal points. Madness does carry some vintage Star Wars figures from the '70s/'80s but it really shines with the franchise toy lines that have come after that heyday, with deep inventory in the sequel trilogy figures, Power of the Force, post-prequel movie and streaming show figures, and the Retro Collection. This is also the place if you love the Pop! Funko figures (which I do not in the least) as Madness has definitely gone all in on the craze. I found the staff to be helpful with my questions during my visit and they gave me space to think about some items I was mulling over. Although I probably won't be a frequent visitor, I appreciate the unique offerings Madness brings, especially in creating community.
