Do not buy! I purchased 3 specialty hats telling the employee I did not know if they would fit and would need to return them if not only to be told they were not eligible for return after having my son try on one! They are in perfect condition with the tags on and paper still in the form of the hat! There is nothing in their return policy saying I cannot return them just an employee saying I can't. Unfortunately we will not be back and we have spent over $1,000 with them in games, plushies and more. It's sad they lost a customer over an ill informed employee or one who would simply not complete a return for me. They made the $75 this time and lost countless going forward ‍ read more

I brought my 6 and 8 year old girls in to buy 2 Nintendo switch games with their birthday money. I know NOTHING about gaming! Sammi (I'm not sure if that how he spells it) was absolutely amazing. I had no idea what I was doing, but I thought we would just go quickly pick something. NOPE!! I was lost with what their skill levels would be for the games. Sammi not only took the time to find something in their price range, but carefully picked out and explained in detail their options TO THEM! He was so patient and had played every game so he could explain the concepts to them. They both got games they loved. Give him a raise!!! read more

Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to do a trade in although you were first in line so the 2 employees can service anyone and everyone walking in while your trade in is assessed last, then have them take another 30 minutes to creatively find ways to say your trade in is not perfect and youll only get half the value even though its almost good as new. Want to waste an hour of your day, come here!!! This gamestop is always a mess. Wont be returning to this location. read more

I came in because of a promotion. The staff on duty were a bit pushy with the add ons and warranties. As if those were required to buy a console. They were also quite snappy in terms of attitude. They lacked common sense and professionalism. As if trading in a console was a problem. Overall not the worst experience I've had at GameStop. Coming from someone that was a "pro member" from 2011-2018. But being that this was my first visit back to a GameStop location in several years, not much has changed. I'm not inclined to make GameStop my go to for my gaming needs. read more

No. They lie to get their used products sold. I went in specifically looking for a playstation 3 that was backwards compatible. They said, "Oh, we just got one in today!" It was in one of those used-machine boxes, so I couldn't actually see the unit or the model number, but I took their word for it that it was the one. The hard drive was certainly small enough. So, I get it home and set it up, and put in my game, and it says "This playstation does not support Playstation 2 media format." So... THE MAIN REASON I bought this thing, it does not do. No. Don't go here, even the used games on amazon are cheaper. read more

The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and lack common sense. I was sold a game and it did not work. They refused to exchange the game or refund my money. I asked to talk to the store lead and the employee refused to let me talk to them. My return was in required time limits. I am sure the employee was told by the store lead that they don't have time to talk to me as a customer! I will be filling a complaint with Game Stop headquarters over $19.99. How ridiculous! I arrived on a Friday morning to get in line for the New NES Classic Mini. There was only one employee working. He was able to help us, manage the long line of disappointed customers, answer and endless string of phone calls, and help the UPS driver. He did this all with calm, patience, and a smile. Way to go to him! He was 5 Star for sure. I would suggest to upper management that perhaps the store should have been better staffed on a product launch day. read more
