I myself am not a gamer, but son Chris and his friend Mike swear by this store. Seems like everytime we would go to the mall they would make a bee line to run to this store. I thought they had enough games but it seems they always need to buy the newest and latest game. I was always impressed by how friendly team members were and they could always find just where the games were that the boys were looking for. The customer service is great. Absolutely amazing. The store is always packed with good quality merchandise, and the pops always look really good. The employees will help you find anything you need and are willing to go above and beyond. I asked if they had a certain pop figure there, and an employee found one that was in mint condition, and was very nice about it. I visit this place often and each time I have either found what I want or given directions to get it. Amazing. The location is very nice too, perfect for stopping by after a pizza. Great store awesome customer service management great all employees are easy going and fast when I want to bye a game

Had a great experience here the other day. Had preordered the new Deformers game made by GameStop because they advertised it for half price as a pro member. Got the digital code and went to play the game but an issue occurred where the code didn't work, went in the next day and let Sam the store manager know. He tried to contact his guys about it but they had to wait to get back to him. Later he said he'd call me, which he did, to let me know what happened. Well next day still no update from the "guys" so he gladly traded my digital code for a physical copy. Would definitely recommend for people to shop here from now on. Always focused on the customer as most of them are also gamers themselves and know how frustrating it can be when things don't work right. read more

Employees there really know about gaming, every time I stop in there with questions, they always have the answers.

I don't come to this gamestop often, but when i do the costumer service is terrible. Either they are very rude or they are obnoxious! They always try to sell me things, and when i say no, they won't stop at anything until i do and to me that's annoying and rude. I pre ordered something there months and months ago and haven't gone back. They even have my $5 deposit but i am dreading going back. read more

Honestly, I left this store feeling really stressed out. The way one of the staff was speaking to the customers was really off-putting and rude. Instead of just asking my boyfriend if he was in line, the guy practically yelled at him. After that I listened to him basically bash the customers for their game choice. He continually addressed people in an extremely obnoxious manner. I was trying to get out of the store to wait outside for my friends because I was starting to get anxiety in there and he starts yelling after people to go home. I couldn't even tell if he was joking around or not because he turns to one group and says "don't worry, not you guys." I practically ran out of the mall. The only reason this gets two stars is because I've had good experiences at other game stops and I don't feel like it's fair to give a 1 star rating because of literally one employee. read more
