The wood fire pizza oven was in the center of the restaurant, so we were able to watch them make our pizza. It had ricotta cheese, mushrooms, pesto, and caramelized onions. It was very good and a nice change from a pizza with classic red sauce. The pizza crust had a good amount of char on the bottom with just the right amount of thickness.
