Photos of both the 2021 2SS and the 2024 2SS Convertible

When searching for a 2024 Camaro SS convertible, Ganley Chevrolet was a dealership that respected my wishes of just communicating via text or email during my preliminary search for the vehicle. Other local dealerships either bombarded me with phone calls and/or required me to visit in person. My original intention was to special order a brand new vehicle with the exact options that I was looking for. Ganley was the only dealership that asked for the lowest deposit (fully refundable) to place my order with GM and all of this was via text and email. Unfortunately, being that GM is discontinuing the Camaro, even though Ganley submitted my order, GM, thru it's "allocations" never accepted my order. Ganley took it upon themselves to search other Chevy dealerships to locate a new Camaro convertible for me with just about all of the options that I was looking for. They located one about 300 miles away. It wasn't until after they had the car delivered to their dealership that I finally talked to them via a phone call. I had first dibs on the vehicle and I went there, test drove it and wound up purchasing it. Overall, I was quite pleased with the entire experience dealing with Ross. He really went out of his way to make sure that everything went well. The only "glitch" was the manager who really lowballed me on my trade-in. It was a 2021, Cherry Tintcoat 2SS coupe with just 9,000 miles on it. That was the only irritating issue that I encountered. Other than that, they were one of the very few that followed my wishes and took the initiative to make me a satisfied customer. Best of all, NO mark-ups over the MSRP window sticker. One dealership had a $10,000 mark-up and another one had a $5,000 mark-up only because of the end of the Camaros and very low production numbers in this final year. I recommend giving them a try if you're in the market for a new Chevrolet. The first 7 photos are of the 2021 coupe that I traded in and the last 2 are of the new 2024 Convertible that I bought. Ever since they moved from Lorain Rd - this location has proved to be an easy and pheasant experience for vehicle maintenance. I get put Federal Agency fleet vehicle services here and it's always nice to drop the vehicle and set up my workspace in the customer lounge. Always makes my time worth it to plug in the laptop (ample workspaces and plugs - both ac & usb). Staff is helpful and it's a relief to not "wait in vain" but rather be able to get work done. Place is kept clean and there's always coffee available.

That's what they left in my car

There is no 0 stars !! Terrible experience started since I bought my chevy trax 2015 on September 5th !! 1) started with broken mirror , they sold it to me with a broken mirror which I figured it out the second day !! I went there and I told them about it, they denied it , I showed them the photos for the car inside there website and it was there, then they want me to pay half of the replacement! But I decided not to fix it because of that 2) second thing, in November ( 2 months after I bought it ) the check engine light came on, I took it to them to check it out, they told me it's the catalytic converter need to be replaced for around $1200 !! I took my car and I called the Customer Experience Manager and I explained the situation to her that I had the car for two months and around 4000 miles driven and you want me to pay $1200 to fix it ! How they said they inspected the car before selling it ?! Why they didn't checked it out before selling it ! If it's breaks, tires, shocks or any wear and tear I wouldn't even talk about it ! But this is not ! So the service department called me and they said we are gonna give you a discounted price which is around 50% and I said okay, even I am not happy with it but I said it's something. I dropped the car for service Friday around 5 pm as agreed with the service advisor, he said it should be done by Saturday, and because I use it for work purposes Monday - Friday I would need it on Monday to go to work, Especially they didn't give me a loaner car I can use! They didn't call me on Saturday so i called them 3 times and they told me we will get back to you and they never did, I called them near 4 pm and they told me they left already !! They left without even let me know anything ! On Monday they called me in the morning telling me that they ordered the wrong part !! I was like ?! Am I at the dealership or a regular repair shop ! How they ordered a wrong part when they knew what's wrong with the car !! They asked me if I want to pick up the car Because the part going to arrive on Wednesday, I was like okay I will come and pick it up. He told me to give hime around an hour to put the parts together and I gave him 8 hours instead of one ! I picked the car up around 5:30 pm, I looked inside the car and there was the plastic shield that goes underneath the car left by the rear seats ! They didn't put it on ! I asked the service advisor what the hell is this and why they left it here and he said I don't know ! But they will put it back when they get the part !! I was shocked for the PROFESSIONAL SERVICE they provide !! The I took my car and left. Till this day no body called me for the part ! And I don't know if they got it or not ! And I don't know if I want to fix my car there after that !! If you don't want to fix the car tell me !! Don't waste my time for nothing !! This is the 3rd car I bought from you guys ! And it looks like it's gonna be the last time !

But on his own, John went outside, transferred it, and found it worked, saving us $150 on something we didn't have to re-buy.

I bought a 2026 Toyota Corolla LE from Salesperson Anthony J. Testa on July 7, 2026 at Victory…read moreToyota of Brook Park. I negotiated with him by email and with 3 other Toyota dealerships in Greater Cleveland. I chose Anthony's offer over the offers from the other Toyota dealerships because Anthony didn't resort to any types of high pressure sales tricks, like other Toyota dealerships used. My deal was reached fast and it was significantly below what other Toyota dealerships offered. Anthony was polite, professional, and made the new car purchasing experience easy and pleasant to go through. I recommend anyone thinking about buying a Toyota vehicle to deal with Anthony.

Four years ago driving to our vacation destination our 15 yr old Highlander started showing a lot…read moreof dash lights. There was a Toyota dealer nearby so we drove there. It was a Friday night and they were closing for the weekend, we would have had to cancel our vacation. We decided to trade so we could get on our way but the only car available on the whole lot was a Corolla Cross. Recently we received an invitation to a sales event that was going to blow us away at Victory Toyota, we even had to make an appointment for this event. We walked into Toyota and saw very limited inventory. We looked at two cars and I counted five salesmen standing around in various parts of the showroom. Not one person asked to help. I finally walked up to a young gentleman and asked if there were any Highlanders. He said there were THREE outside ( huge sales event?) and proceeded to walk us out with no keys. Should we just look through the window? Upon going back to get the keys I wanted to test drive the Platnimum. I joked to him that I had planned to retire next year but if we buy a car that is going to change. I told him that I pick out the car and my husband does the numbers deal. He mentioned that when we got back to the showroom he'd see if retirement was still possible after crunching numbers. They did a quick appraisal of our Cross and then crunched NO NUMBERS...the price you see is the price you pay, minus the trade. We bought our last Toyota at zero down , zero finance. This dealership wanted 4.9 %. That is around $10,000 in intrest for the Highlander. . Land Rover is advertising 0.9% for select models. . We will definitely be looking around. . Ten years ago when my husband was looking for a vehicle for work he stopped at a competitor's lot just to see what they had to offer. The salesman was out the door and ready to greet my husband before he even got out of the car.
