I was out of state and wanted to surprise my daughter with a grinder platter, and Kevin truly went above and beyond to make it happen. It was a last-minute request, and Kevin still took the time to put everything together and personally deliver it. To make things even more impressive, there was a huge parade happening in town, which could have easily made delivery impossible. Instead, Kevin planned ahead and brought it earlier so he could get through the crowds and make sure my daughter still received the surprise. My daughter was so ecstatic and happy when she got it. Moments like that mean so much, especially when you're far away and trying to do something special for your child. The food was amazing, but what stood out even more was the kindness, dedication, and customer service Kevin showed. Businesses like this are what make a community special. It feels less like dining out and more like being welcomed into someone's home, if that someone also happens to serve fantastic meals. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and engaging. You can tell they enjoy what they do, they're laughing, smiling, and connecting with guests in a way that feels authentic. That kind of culture starts from the top, so hats off to the management for creating such a positive environment.
