I use to love gansett wraps but lately it has been terrible. The chicken is so dry it's barely edible and the wrap was dry too. I ordered a chicken stir fry and I asked for lite peppers..loaded with them. It usually comes on a white wrap..came on wheat and it was awful. The bite size piece of baklava use to be good too. I bought a walnut one and a pistachio one. The walnut one had so much paper stuck to it that it took the whole top layer off..usually it is gooey but it was dry as a bone. I haven't tried the pistachio one yet. Soooo disappointing, I really use to enjoy there food. read more

Note to self, get falafel wrap next time instead of chicken! The chicken in the wrap was a while breast, very thick and on the tough/dry side, almost impossible to bite through. Texture made it not the best wrap but it was tasty veggies and sauce when I took the chicken out. Fries are very yummy, everything else looks good. read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch, service was very quick. They are set up subway style to which you watch them make it. I ordered the Italian wrap. The deli meat was tasty but was a very slim amount for what they charge. There meats are portioned out just like subway. My wrap was drowned in a balsamic vinaigrette with spices in it that made the wrap nearly unedible. Tried some pasta salad and was loaded in pepper and not good. Update: Went back two days later. Tried the chicken stir fry wrap and was very satisfied with it. You could taste everything very well and had a great aroma. Would definitely get this again. Would have been a one star based on the first visit, but was bumped up to a three based on the last visit. I hope it can keep going up. read more

While the location looks bleak from the outside (a diminished building in a non descriptive parking lot), the interior is warm and colorful, with simple sleek black tables and chairs, warm tiled walls and floors, and a subdued yellow counter. The setup is the standard middle eastern "point to what you want and pile up vegetables, proteins, and condiments", but the list of suggestions at the top of the menu is a useful pointer that pushes you to try a few different things. The proteins are indeed extremely tasty, with the grilled chicken and the felafel shining brighter than the beef gyros (but, alas, I'm not a great fan of the American approach to slices gyros in general). The hummus was pungent and not too oily, and the tahini was well crafted if a little scarce. The only downside were the wraps themselves, which while fine overall were a little chewy, especially for a place that has them in its very name. Worth mentioning the friendly, fast, and efficient service. I would definitely pick them for middle-eastern satisfaction if I'm in the area. read more

hi i am lebanese and that is all we eat, falafel which i make, i used to own lebanese falafel and middle east place etc, and chicken with garlic inside sandwich i came by and got falafel sandwich to try out i asked lady why is the sandwich freezing cold? is falafel cold, she said not falafel is very hot i got home, the falafel was cold as ice, i was lied to my face when i asked the lady who made it behind the counter. i understand you put tahini and tomatoe, which makes it a little colder but i have never ever in my life had a sandwich that was cold as ice. never again, if you go to hot pocket on east side have their falafel sandwich, the sandwich is so hot due to falafel being hot out of the stove also, i would recommend you include garlic paste inside the sandwich, not just the chicken marinated with garlic. won't come back again and do not recommend this place in wakefield at all read more

This place is literally one of my favorites ever, and I've lived all over the place. I got the chicken kabab wrap last week and it was so good. The perfect amount of each ingredient and the hummus was literally life changing. Tonight my sister and I went back to get the veggie plate and it was genuinely one of the best meals I've had in so long. I've never been a fan of grape leaves, but these tasted so much better than any kind I've ever tried before. I hate spending money on food, because I feel like most of the time you can make something just as good for the price, but this is absolutely worth every penny. I will be back ASAP!!! read more

We had falafels - awesome! Chicken club wraps- delish, Rhody wrap - fantastic, Italian wrap - good and also tabbouli, onion rings, mozzarella sticks sides. Everything was fresh, tasty and very fairly priced. The falafel though was A M A Z I N G - I am used to NYC falafel and this was just as good if not better. Really disappointed in this place. While I've heard for a few people that their salads are good i ordered a simple steak and cheese in a wrap and what i received was honestly disgusting. It's was smothered in mayonnaise which is not even listed in its description, this made it extremely soggy and made even worse by the fact that their wrapping job was non existent. I opened the paper/tinfoil to find all the contents of the wrap spewing out of one end (see pictures) it made a complete mess and couldn't even take a bit from either end without it spilling out all over the place. Not to mention a single wrap ran me 11$ and i couldnt even eat it. Stick to their salads if you don't want to waste your money. read more

I want to start by saying this is my favorite sandwich place. Been a fine since the were Pick Pockets. Took my mother there today so she could have my favorite, a Gansett Wrap. We ordered by phone and wraps delivered to our car 20 minutes later. We drove to The Pier to eat by the Bay. Oops! Cold. Our sandwiches had just come out of the refrigerator-ever tried to eat cold deep fried eggplant? A no go. I called Gansett Wraps to request that they replace our sandwiches with fresh sandwiches. We drove back to restaurant. Shortly after we arrived a staff member confirmed my name and order. Driving around Narragansett, couldn't decide what to eat.. ended up finding this little spot. Was deciding what to get, between the falafel and the pesto wrap ..
