When I saw what the fattoush looked like (hint: not good) I should have ran. My "chicken gyro" was not a gyro it was just a grilled chicken tender wrap and it wasn't even that good. I ate 3/4 of one half and threw the rest out. Won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Their wraps are excellent and there's something for even the fussiest eater like my grand children who wanted only chicken tenders. Their soups are yummy consistently good. Went there over the weekend. Ordered food through their app and they bring the food to your car after you let them know which parking spot you are in. The wrap portion is big and delicious. The falafels are moist and crunchy. Really good! read more

Got a chipotle chicken wrap for my partner and a chicken pesto wrap for myself the other night. Chicken pesto was fine, chipotle chicken gave my partner food poisoning. Vomiting all night after eating the wrap. Not sure if it was from the bacon or chicken - have heard similar stories from friends about Gansett Wraps in the last few years. Well, i have had several sandwiches and plates here. I would not recommend hot sandwiches except those made fresh like burgers and steak and cheese. Chicken and gyro meat are always dry, and the chicken tenders are chewy. Always out of a holding tray, and never tender or even hot. Same for falafel. Never hot, and always crumbles on the first bite and falls out on my lap! Skip it. Getting plates, meats are the same and the salad is undressed lettice. Also pass. Burgers and steak and cheese are ok. Cold sandwiches are a plan b. Also, fries are heavy battered and greasy. I don't like them either. The place is popular though. I happened to wandered in around 1:45 in the afternoon and the place was rocking! All outside tables occupied and tables are full inside a short line at the counter. I've had the wraps when they where part of the pick pocket establishment in Wakefield. I've always enjoyed my visits at pick pocket and I was excepting the same results if not better. Service was quick, I was asked on what I wanted to order. I ordered the gyro and falafel wrap and then proceeded to the men's room to wash up before receiving the wrap. Came out of men's room, which was in a disarray and paid for my wrap. And another person presented my wrap and repeated what kind of wrap it was. Which was the wrong wrap. So he apologized and threw it in the trash and proceeded to my the correct wrap. Service was quick they definitely have their act together. So the wrap is nice and tight pretty easy to handle with just 1 hand. So I would say the wrap itself was pretty good but might not be $9.50 good. Like I've mentioned I've had the wraps before at a previous location but this wrap is different from what I ordered before so I'll be back to try a wrap I've tried before. read more

Today was my first time stopping in Gansett Wraps, and I am so glad that I did. This is a low key, casual dining spot, and every worker behind the counter was super friendly! They had tons of wraps to choose from, as well as salads, soups, and sides. I went with The Works- falafel, hummus, tabouleh, lettuce tomato and tahini dressing. I confirmed that it was dairy free, and they let me know I could get a gluten free wrap for an extra dollar. This was absolutely delicious! I am a sucker for falafel, and this did not disappoint. I was here for a quick bite, other wise I would have gotten their homemade pita chips and hummus also. I'll definitely be back, especially on the way to the beach this summer. read more

What a pleasant surprise! It doesn't look like much on the outside but wow, what a great sandwich shop! The selection made it hard to choose but we settled on a chicken club wrap. The chicken is flame grilled to order and all the veggies were fresh. The topping station looked like it was staged for a photo even though it was during a rush (see my photos for proof). The RI Food Fights vouchers brought us here but we will be back! It is near the beaches and Fisherman's where we camp so we will probably hit this place up several times this summer. read more

Best falafel in the state by far- crispy and not greasy at all! The inside is green from all the fresh herbs. So delicious. The chicken falafel wrap was chuck full and enough for two to share. The salad greens are fresh and the grilled chicken is juicy and not over grilled. Hummus is creamy and the yogurt sauce is the best I've had. A must stop when in Narragansett. read more

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming here and make me smile every time I come in! Food is good, but the service is frustrating. I ordered half a dozen pieces of pistachio baklava online, but my order had only walnut baklava in it. Apparently they were out of the pistachio, but there was no note on the order indicating a substitution, no one called to let me know that item was unavailable (you have to include your phone number online), and the website gave no indication they were out.
