From the moment I walked in, his staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of the entire time. Dr. Gaon was extremely professional and took the time to address all of my questions before the procedure. I was a little nervous because the procedure is done awake under local anesthesia, but he made me feel completely at ease. I had chin liposuction along with muscle manipulation, and honestly it was a very easy and smooth procedure. What I appreciated most was that Dr. Gaon explained every step of the process, even while he was performing the procedure. It really helped calm my nerves. At one point we were even bonding over Dua Lipa and Sabrina Carpenter while he was doing his thing, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and surprisingly fun. This Practice has no compassion for a patient who is battling stage 4 cancer. I referred my sister to Dr. Gaon and I'm SORRY for doing so. She was planning to have a revision surgery and prepaid for it in full to Dr Gaon. Never was it scheduled nor any surgery performed because shortly after she became ill and was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Dr Gaon was notified immediately and several attempts have been made requesting a refund. Her oncologist at The City Of Hope was shocked to hear this and sent a letter to Dr Gaon giving her prognosis and that she was unable to have this surgery moving forward requesting for a full refund be given back to his patient. After several attempts to resolve this with Dr Gaon and his practice management team my sister has been ignored has matter disregarded. This refund is greatly needed to help with her share of treatment costs. Beware of giving this Doctor and money before receiving the treatment. read more

I had a lip lift with Dr. Gaon in 2021, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I've made. It was clear he lacked experience with this specific procedure, and as a result, I needed a revision lip lift last August with my original plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. I spent nearly $10,000 with Dr. Gaon, only to pay again to have his work corrected because he did not listen to any of the concerns or requests I clearly communicated. Save your money. I'm very unhappy with my leg lipo results . after spending more than 40k w them and having 3 surgeries there, they didn't take care of me. They never followed up with me after my leg lipo and 8 months passed surgery I visited the office (10 days ago) to express my dissatisfaction about the result . There is no change in the look and size of my legs. I spent 10 K to get rid of fat to some extent and have reduction my thighs size , neither of those happened . Disappointingly they didn't take responsibility for fixing my thigh. Brittany told me fixing my leg is contingent to me taking an extra cellulite procedure and spending another chunk of money. Patient satisfaction in plastic surgery is 101 of this business and the surgeon is responsible to meet with patients expectation to a good extent. I have a lot of friends who are plastic surgeon, and they take care of their patients. If the patient is not satisfied with the result, they redo the procedure. My procedure was a facelift. I told Dr. Gaon to leave my eyes alone. He disregarded my decision and decided to inject the area under the eyebrows with filler which didn't take. I now have loose skin. This was never a problem prior to the surgery. When I asked him to fix it, he decided to charge me $2000 to fix the problem that he created. I have not been back. There are a lot of good plastic surgeons. I highly recommend that you choose a doctor that honors you and doesn't just make a decision without your approval.
