Apparantly you can't get store credit, but I was strictly told if I didn't shop right than moment for that returned amount of money, then I'd loose value of that amount if I came back later on. I was so completely lost what the girl was saying. I quickly purchased two pjs and they charged $20 for each while online was $16 and change. so they evened it out with the returned amount I had, while they took the change . I ended up calling customer service and they gave me back the money, the customer service said the store should give store credit for returned item even without receipt. So heads up for buyers, everything crammed into tiny store with poor made up policies. I will be reaching out to Better Business Bureau because I constantly shop at this store and nobody deserves to be treated like this .

Im kidding but only a little. I shop for my guys in footlocker, polo, zara, gap, old navy, and bloomys usually so the brads I tend to give are good. Usually I do one large bag at a time and I am out within an hour. I do wish the return was greater. They usually take about 85 percent of what I bring in and i get about 30-40 bucks back. I actually do it because i still love their clothes and want them to live on, I also like the business and people, and lastly the money is always good for a nice linch or starbucks reload. Totally worth a try, super easy and gives another family a chance at some great pieces without the price tag.
