We don't have a specific Vuori store in Virginia near me so I was excited to come inside and try on some styles I've been eyeing for a while for fit. I also browsed the sale section in the back and found some leggings I loved. While trying on clothing one of the sales associates was clearly flirting with a girl back there and was paying a lot of attention to her for about 10-15 minutes and never ever said hi to me. Not the biggest issue but, rude! Could've at least asked if I was doing ok... but, he only had eyes for her. Ha. Gorgeous fitting rooms, but really dark inside with some warm lighting but didn't offer enough light to actually really look at the clothing and make sure there were no issues. I had to use the light on my phone to double-check and I'm glad I did, bc the pants had a lot of runs in them. I spoke to someone at the front who said if I ordered off the site I wouldn't get the same pants as their fulfillment doesn't come from stores - we will see. I ordered the same size as in the store and I'm going to be mad if those arrive in the mail in a few days...

So to be clear, they are very much available for purchase now & are NOT coming out next month smh Paid $175 for another pair that were $90 elsewhere and $285 for valerians that should've cost $140. So yes, lesson learned because of course, all sales are final. I went in to book a wedding and was going to do customs for myself and my groomsmen. I went to this location cause they were once one of the highest volume stores in the nation, now I see how far they have fallen. There was barely any customers inside the store and several associates walking around. Their custom area is no longer on display as it is in many other locations for some reason. Took almost 5 minutes before any associate said a word to me. When I told them I was getting married and wanted to do customs for my self and my groomsmen the associate merely said ok and then opened a cupboard with the swatches and walked away. No explanation on how it works, what to do, or anything. I am honestly shocked the store manager would allow this behavior. After almost 10 minutes of looking at the swatches and laying them on a table still no associate checked on me. The staff seems to be more concerned about spending time on their phones than actually working. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

I only have two malls i consistently go in San Diego, the Fashion Valley Mall and the UTC Mall…read more However, UTC mall is more of a leisure... to walk around and kill time, for my son to play at the playground, for the festivities on the holiday season especially Xmas, to have family fun dates and good food experiences at nearby restaurants and the mall I always go to every time I have issues with my Apple iPhone and techs. The fashion Valley Mall tho, is my main mall. This is the mall where I actually do most of my shopping. We watch movies at the AMC theater when we have extra time and get food at the cafeteria/food court area after hours of walking. My son never misses going inside the Laderach to get a free taste, the best chocolate there is. We love going to this mall, especially with my son now being a teenager, we would most likely be doing lots of our shopping activities here especially at his favorite boutiques, like the zumies, Hollister, Rayban, and plenty others I do not recall.... We also love going to The escape room where the mall is. My favorite is the Nordstrom Rack! ;) The holidays tho could get really packed and busy but there's alot of nice things to see and lots of good deals to look forward to.

The mall itself has great stores, but what stood out to me was the number of homeless individuals throughout property. As a shopper, I did not feel comfortable walking around the mall. My two young kids were very uncomfortable, I have to move them from the food court and sit and eat elsewhere. For a high-end shopping destination, I expected a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment. Management needs to do a better job maintaining the property and ensuring guests feel comfortable while shopping. Unfortunately, this experience was enough that I won't be returning.

Plenty of parking and good selections to choose from. I usually end up finding cute basics or a seasonal item every time I stop by. Store is also organized which makes shopping way less stressful. Only downside is that on busy days dressing room wait can take a while since the rooms are a bit limited. They usually have two cashiers up front, but they move the line pretty fast so it's not a huge wait.
