We had been dealing with water draining from the secondary drainage pipe over the side of our house, hitting the exterior wall and window. We had multiple technicians come out previously and asked whether there was a bigger issue, but no one identified the cause. The last technician made it seem like all we could do was clean the pan and add additional piping to the secondary drainage line, which we did. Sammy and Nick were the first ones to realize that the reason so much water was coming out of the secondary drain was because our main drainage line was clogged. They cleaned it out and also recommended installing a float switch in the pan so that if the water level ever gets too high, the AC will automatically shut off before causing any spillage or ceiling damage. That recommendation gave us a huge sense of relief, because we had been really worried about potential water leaks and damage. Sammy and Nick were thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually diagnose the issue instead of just treating the symptoms.
