I had an electrical fire and requested the Trooper who had stopped to assist to please find me a tow as soon as possible. It was less than 15 minutes before Travis was on site and had my prized 1980 Porche 928 loaded as though it was his own in a very efficient and careful manner. He was attentive, courteous, efficient and generous. He had me at my desired destination quickly and was equally efficient in unloading my car. I got the business class detail (about 250) and I was really impressed with how good the car looks after only 3 hours. I called ahead to make sure they wouldn't use an abrasive compound and a rotary buffer like most other detail shops. These guys are the real deal, they clay bar it first, then use a dual action polisher to minimize the wear on the clear coat. If you live on base, they have to minimize their water usage to comply with local rules (at least thats what the detailer told me), so I would recommend dropping it off somewhere outside the gates. I really wish they had a shop where I could just drop off my car and wait, but they're mobile only so you need to set up a time for them to come to you and be flexible with your schedule. My appointment had to be pushed back three hours - I saw this as a good thing: it means they spent longer on the previous job rather than just rushing through it to get to me. To make this a completely honest review, I will also add my very few criticisms: the door jams and exhaust tips were untouched, the windows were hazy and streaky and needed to be redone, and the engine bay is not part of the business class detail. I texted the detailer with pictures of the things I found but received no response.These criticisms would normally knock them down a star or two but the rest of the car looked so good that I'll give them a full 5. I'll definitely call back, but next time I'll check the car over before they leave.

The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and as a woman, I appreciated that I was not condescended to. I thought I'd be paying more not going to a national chain like pepboys, but the prices were great PLUS I got a good discount for being a rideshare driver. The mechanic told me that my car (2013 Honda CR-V) required Synthetic oil. I looked at him since that did not sound right. He told me that he was not lying to me, so I took his word. I asked him if I could use the discount coupon that the company sent me, and he said, "yes". When the service was finished, and I got my receipt, I noticed that the discount was not added and asked him about it. He said he forgot to tell the other worker and sorry. Did not say he could correct it or not. I looked at my vehicle manual and the last receipt (Invoice # 00635-2119) and noticed that my vehicle did not require synthetic oil as he had told me. My other receipt showed that MAX OF (premium oil) had been used. I believe this individual saw that I was elderly and decided to take advantage of me. He lied and he was not honest with me. I sent a message to the company on their web site and they never responded. I can only assume that their business practice is to up sale regardless of vehicle requirements

My coworker Hannah referred me to Andre, she said he and his work are amazing. Before this, I tried Youtube, Google, Reddit, etc. for DIY tips, but nothing worked. I called him in a Friday evening and he fixed it that same day. It took a few tools and steps, but Andre and his intern/assistant finished it within minutes and at no cost. This was such a blessing. Good mechanics and people still exist.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone . I took my 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche in for an oil leak…read more. I took it in once, got it diagnosed and was told that it was the rear main seal . . Repair cost 800$ . No big deal I thought, three days later I got my truck back . Arranged to get off of work early and pick up the truck ; drove it home ( literally less than 3 miles away ) and it was still leaking oil . Wondered how that could be possible ? Nobody checked the work ? Called and discussed that I the oil leak wasn't fixed and notably worse . All of the brackets that originally held my transmission lines were now replaced with zip ties . Took the truck BACK in for the second try . They informed me it was now the oil pan . They assured me it would be fixed this time, 100% . I made a big stink because now they were quoting me an additional 400$ . I take it to a mechanic because they're professionals, if I wanted to chunk parts at my truck to figure out what was wrong with it I would've done it myself . I got the oil pan replaced from their recommendation . . 400$ Later I got the truck back and drove it home ? Still leaking oil . This is a massive leak by now . . They've fingered my oil pan and rear main seal at this point which didn't fix the problem . . I'm 1200$ in . I take it back a THIRD TIME, they finally replace the cam position sensor gasket ( a 6$ part ) and it fixed the problem . They were super hard to deal with, very unpleasant . I lost my truck for 3-4 days each time they decided they were going to play around with it . Terrible place !!
