We went out to lunch with our daughters. This place is definitely more of a fancy vibe and don't think I'd go back with kids unless they are very well behaved. The staff was friendly and there was no wait. I got the tacos (3 different ones) and they were delicious! I was worried it wasn't going to be enough food, but they filled me up just fine. My husband got the Cesar salad and a sandwich which he enjoyed! My daughter enjoyed the kids chicken strips and fries.

I was excited to try this spot based on the reviews. Sadly it was just OK. We got the... tuna tartare (ok) Pork belly (too dry) Chicken picatta (too rich) Ice cream - (meh). Waiter said it came with candied pecans and ended up not being true. We ended up not finishing most of the food.

The Korean fried cauliflower was the best thing I have eaten in months. Everything else, mid. Service was disappointing. Steak sandwich was not my favorite. Overall, I would just get the cauliflower to go. The area is nice and the restaurant looks great. If you are in Draper, this is probably not the worst option. I just would not go out of my way.

Food, ambience, service, were 10/10. We ordered three different mocktails and they were very bitter. The food portions were generous, and four of us were able to share and still had leftovers. Each dish had great flavor and wasn't heavy. We loved the ambiance and the soft lighting. It was a great space for us to catch up and enjoy a nice meal.

First meal ever in SLC, and I was impressed by this restaurant in the suburbs. Everything we tried was great. Food Appetizer was Trio of Carrots. Carrots in purée, crisp, and roasted form. Really delicious. The server recommended Beet Carpaccio, which I will try next time. I tried the Duroc Porterhouse Pork Chop. One could wonder if I even received any food on the plate as I sent the plate back clean, it was that good. I also tried The Carne, prepared blue, and it was perfection. The executive chef/boss herself brought out the ribeye and poured the butter over it. On the side was the horseradish sauce with pearl onion bulbs and large black salt crystals, which was so good. The others in the party got Birria Braised Short Ribs, which they always order and enjoy. We also got the mocktails ginger mint mojito and pomegranate limeade, which were good. For dessert, we had Butter Cake and House-made Ice Cream Scoop (cherry chocolate rocky road). I left happy and stuffed. Service Everyone was great. It was neat to have the chef come out with The Carne. We asked to see her again after the meal, as we wanted to convey our gratitude directly. It was pretty cool to meet her. Ambiance Pleasant, the patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves. It felt clean and comfortable. I heard their establishment next door has a nice view, so I hope to check that out sometime.

Cultivate Craft Kitchen was really good. I enjoyed the steak sandwich. They have a really big alcohol menu. This restaurant is very pricey, but has a higher end vibe. Parking is terrible here during dinner, it's very limited.

I usually come to this restaurant when I'm in town due to convenient location and good food. Since I'm going back to Seattle on Thurs and we decided to have the family meet here for dinner on Wed @5:30. I called around 2 and wanted to make reservation for 10 people and was put on brief hold to speak to manager due to size of our party. I was told we are not able to go in and I would have to reserve party room weeks in advance with extra charge. There were literally no discussion on how to accommodate our request to dine on Wed night. And if we go in on Wed night and it would be after 8:15 pm! We've been there lots of times and I know the set up of restaurant and there were not even suggestions of split our party into two smaller tables whatsoever. I was really stunned to learn on a weeknight and not a holiday in a neighborhood restaurant that we couldn't be accommodated. I felt the manager I talked to was so arrogant. Every time we go in and dropped several hundred dollars easily for lunch bc I like to eat well. Previous times we were there I dropped over 1000$! They missed a big business tonight out of us. I am very disappointed of this business practice. So they'd rather do business with smaller parties and ignored the bigger parties. I would understand if it's on weekend or holidays but it's Wed. Even though we liked the food at Cultivate I think they are too stuck up now. I've actually wrote several good reviews of this place previously and now I will not recommend this place due to this none customer oriented practice.

I came here for the first time on a Tuesday night at 5:30p. I was pleasantly surprised to see parking was plentiful. Every other time I've come to this plaza it took a while to get a spot. When I walked in I was surprised to see it's much smaller inside than I thought, but it's a cozy intimate setting. One thing I loved was that they don't try to cram as many tables in the space as possible. I didn't feel like people on either side of us were a part of our conversation. The staff was friendly and professional, service was great. We ordered the baked Brie app and for my meal I went with the Jamaican jerk chicken lollipops on whipped bleu cheese even though I don't really like bleu cheese. It was a risk, but the dish actually tasted really good. The chicken was tender. I think I would have liked them a little hotter temperature wise, but maybe that would have affected the whipped cheese. To drink I had a coconut chai martini. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to coming back again!

Buckle up for a food experience. Everything we ordered was absolutely phenomenal. The attention to detail and flavor really shows. Each item was uniquely the star of the show, but if I had to choose one, it would be the carrots. I love going to places and sharing with friends. The hummus and jerk chicken were equally as delicious. It is a beautiful location, we sat at the bar for the full experience.

    Beet carpaccio

I had the BEST experience at Cultivate Kitchen--this might honestly be my new favorite spot in Salt Lake. I sat at the bar and ordered the house margarita, beet carpaccio, and pork belly, and every single thing was perfectly balanced and thoughtfully executed. The margarita was fresh and not overly sweet, just super clean and refreshing. The beet carpaccio had the most amazing combination of earthy, creamy, and crunchy textures with a drizzle that pulled it all together. And the pork belly... unreal. Crispy, rich, and paired with pickled carrots that literally make my mouth water just thinking about them--the acidity cut through everything perfectly. Huge shoutout to Colin at the bar--amazing service and such a great vibe. 5 stars all the way. I'll absolutely be back.

    Chicken Caprese Sandwich

Visited Utah for a business and wanted to grab a good bite of food, did my research and came across Cultivate Craft Kitchen. I was super excited after reading the reviews. We gave it a try for our group lunch. I was expecting a lunch menu which they did not have, the menu was small and would probably be the same as dinner prices. We ordered a variety of items from on the menu...we started with the fried cauliflower, it was delish! Let's talk about the baked brie with spicy honey, I almost ate the whole thing myself. Our waiter was top notch! We ordered the Thai Chicken Salad, Chicken Caprese sandwich, cheeseburger and Steak sandwich, presentation was great for all and they tasted even better. Great spot to visit and will definitely return when I'm back in town.

When my wife and I walked in without a reservation on a Thursday evening, we learned that the wait would be over an hour. We opted to sit at the bar, where we could get a drink and order dinner immediately. I appreciated that option, and will make mental note to make a reservation in the future. It was a cool experience-the bartenders were fun to interact with and we got to see a little behind the scenes action that we wouldn't have had otherwise. They made us some drinks and we ordered food, which was brought out pretty quickly. We both ordered fish-I had salmon, my wife had trout, and both were delicious. Not only were they tasty, but the presentation was very nice as well. Even though it's a slightly more upscale place, it didn't feel stuffy or inaccessible to folks who are wearing flip flops and shorts, like we were. There's a place for everyone, and I will be back-probably dressed up a little more and definitely with a dinner reservation.

Our server was amazing, with it being our first time she gave us a rundown of the menu and highlighted some favorites. The atmosphere of the restaurant was dim and chill. We ordered miso soups, the jalapeño hamachi, the beef tataki, the moonlight roll, and the apollo roll. I also ordered their sparkling sake which was a special and I loved it. The miso soups were delicious and priced well. The jalapeño hamachi is an award winning dish and I can see why. It was SO good. My husband actually saved the vinaigrette to try with other dishes. We also enjoyed the beef tataki, I did feel like it was a little on the chewy side but overall good. We loved the moonlight roll, the flavors and sweetness were good, I did feel like it was missing heat from the spicy tuna. The apollo roll was good, this roll also had spicy tuna and it was definitely hotter. Mint met our expectations and will definitely be a contender for our next sushi date night.

Most of the reviews are a few years old, and while there are photos posted by the owner, they don't say what anything is (which made ordering a bit of a guessing game). A few things I asked about were actually old specials... which was a little disappointing. BUT--this is where it turned. Our server went out of his way to ask the kitchen if they could recreate a taco salad I saw in one of the photos... and they said yes. Immediate gold star. And when the food came out?? Massive. Like... borderline shocking portions. My taco salad was on a giant Navajo taco base and LOADED--cheesesteak-style meat, fajita onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato, avocado, chipotle dressing, salsa... every bite was so good. And somehow it all stayed in place (which if you've ever fought a falling-apart taco salad, you know matters ). My husband got the fish and chips and I'm usually not a fish and chips girl--but this?? I'd order it myself next time. Flaky, moist fish with the crispiest, lightest batter. So, so good. We finished with cheesecake (raspberry key lime + blueberry sour cream). They were good and fresh, but not quite as wow as the entrees--just wished they were a little creamier and the key lime had more tang. But overall? We walked in unsure... and left already planning what we'd order next time. Safe to say: totally unexpected, totally impressed, and 100% coming back.

Following the disorganization of getting seated, we weren't sure what was happening and almost left. I'm so glad we stayed. Once our server greeted us, it was smooth the rest of the evening. We ordered drinks (Old Fashioned and wine), both were excellent. Someone brought delicious soft rolls with olive oil and balsamic vinegar-excellent. We stuck with tapas and the portions were bigger than expected. We had a whole lineup of items we wanted, but filled up after three. We ordered a charcuterie plate that was an off menu special. Iberico and a truffle manchego cheese and a rosemary manchego cheese served with toasted baguette and grapes. It was delicious! We also ordered the Gambas Al ajillo salsa Roja (shrimp in a red sauce) and the Pulpo à la gallega (octopus). The shrimp were incredible. I could have eaten the sauce with a spoon. Okay, I DID eat the sauce with a spoon and then asked for more bread to sop it up. The octopus was a surprise. My husband ordered it and I was prepared to try a small bite. It was fantastic. The octopus was nicely chewy without being rubbery at all. And it was served with potatoes in a thin sauce that tasted like olive oil and paprika and onion. So good. We looked at the desserts and my heart said yes while my full stomach said no. I almost ordered the crème brûlée cake to go, but decided to come back another day. Our server (Zack) was great! A bottle of crimson wine, which my husband had so thoughtfully requested when making the reservation, awaited us like a silent sentinel on our table. The moment the wine kissed my lips, rich and velvety like a dark secret, I knew this night would etch itself into the marrow of my memory. Surrounding us was an enchanting gothic ambiance: flickering candlelight cast trembling shadows upon the stone walls, and the air was heavy with the heady perfume of roses and aged wood. The entire room breathed intimacy, like a cathedral of indulgence. Upon first glance at the menu--gilded and inked in an elegant, archaic script--my mouth watered with almost sinful anticipation. Everything looked positively decadent, but alas, I knew I must show restraint, lest I be consumed by my own ravenous desire. Our waiter appeared--Gehrig, a vision of aesthetic perfection, with cascading brunette curls and eyes that seemed to hold ancient, knowing mischief. He recommended that we begin with three to four plates. We chose the baked brie, lobster ravioli, Eva's steak, and Eva's pizza. Each dish arrived like an offering to some delicious pagan ritual, and my husband and I devoured them as though spellbound. With each bite, we released low, primal murmurs of pleasure--"mmmmmmm"--echoing like chants in a haunted chapel. For dessert, we indulged in the crème brûlée, its sugar crust cracking like old parchment beneath our spoons, revealing the creamy, golden heart beneath. Beside it sat a decadent marvel: a dark chocolate cup filled with warm, molten ganache, crowned with scorched marshmallows that looked like ghostly little clouds singed by candlelight. As I took a bite, the toasted sweetness gave way to a rich, velvety darkness that coated my tongue like a forbidden spell--smoky, sweet, and utterly divine. It was less a dessert and more an incantation, casting a spell that sealed the evening in delicious eternity. Throughout our two-hour reverie, sweet Gehrig floated in and out of our little sanctum, always arriving precisely when needed, as though summoned by some invisible incantation. His enthusiastic spirit and hauntingly bright smile elevated the evening to something almost supernatural. Eva wouldn't be Eva without Gehrig--our charming guide through this gothic culinary dreamscape. My husband and I agreed that all future anniversaries must be consecrated at Eva. After the dark and stormy year we had endured, it was this night--bathed in candlelight and cloaked in enchantment--that rekindled the sacred fire between us. Thank you, Eva, for the most unforgettable night we could have ever imagined. Here's to many more nights of shadowed magic, shared laughter, and delicious resurrection.

I need this in Raleigh NC…read more I wanted sushi but almost every roll had raw fish. I wanted cooked sushi. The beef gyoza was a bit too oily. I don't know if it's the gyoza filling or because it was pan fried. But it had a taste that just wasn't for me. Hamachi Kama was good. It sat on a bed of salad and seasoned well. I got a side salad and salmon with yuzu gravy. When I say the yuzu was good...I mean it was GOOD. The citrus, sweetness, buttery blended so well and perfectly paired with the salmon. Chef's kiss. The service was so good that it was too good. They were ready to remove the plate as soon as the last bite went into your mouth. The tables were not too crowded and it's a perfect place to take a date. If I come back to SLC...I will def revisit.

The wine list is long, though there is not much by the glass. The reds we tried were good. The Crianza was my favorite, young and light but still flavorful, with a subtle dry finish. We ordered tortilla española, torta de cecina, patatas bravas, mejillones, and pinchos morunos. Everything had great flavor. There was some inconsistency with temperature. The patatas came out just warm, while other dishes were very hot. The pinchos morunos turned out to be more like a meatball on a stick. That may have been my misunderstanding, but when I see lamb pincho I expect grilled pieces of lamb. They were tasty, just more basic than I expected. For dessert we had churros. This may be personal preference, but I like to pick up a churro and dip it in chocolate without it breaking apart. These were more like a fried cake in the shape of a churro and required a spoon. They also have what looks like a very nice patio for good weather. I would be a bit concerned about speed of service if the patio is full, since the kitchen seems quite small. Overall, it was a good experience with well executed and flavorful tapas.
