So I needed to have a garage door opener installed. Bought a basic center mount and poor Sam drove 45 minutes only to advise it wouldn't work with my existing setup. No charge which I felt bad about with LA traffic. I'm on the edge of his typical business radius. He recommend a side mount which sadly cost 2X but he said he would reduce install price by $50 so I went ahead and bought the chamberlain side mount which he said is a better way to go and a good brand. Was not a fan of Genie. I retired the original opener and upgraded to the side opener and Sam was back out in Friday afternoon traffic to get it done for me for the weekend.
