They failed to properly seal the oil pan twice and I had to take my car back 3 times! the second time they had used glue to seal the oil pan making a huge mess and voiding my warranty. Not only did it take them 3 attempts to finally reaper the oil pan they also over filled my engine oil by 2 and half quarts and the e fine mounts had to be replaced "again" cause it was quite obvious they never changed in the first place but charged me for it. Now my entire front suspension is compromised either due to them tampering or just the fact they had to drop my front suspension 3 times. Also their main tech isn't ASE certified and is just a "helper " AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP !!

Fast forward I scheduled another appointment because there's no other local provider unfortunately he stated there was no tech available the first time I got my vehicle towed to him then the second attempt he said there was also no tech available but he'd still assist me once we walked outside he completely decided to just refuse my service. When I've already been in contact with him twice, he agreed as we were walking outside then completely changed his mind!!! After the vehicle had been towed to him twice. Absolutely outrageous. Check engine light came on my daily driven truck, he ran diagnostics told me what it was and advised me that my truck wouldn't pass smog that way but wouldn't effect overall performance and wouldn't waste more gas was just a matter of not passing smog. Said ultimately was my choice to fix it now or when the time came to renew registration and a smog was required. Drove it for about a year with the light zero problems and took it to him when I had more cash and the tags were up for renewal. This guy is legit! Prices are not cheap for the work he does but he does have the overhead of a shop so it's understandable. Plus you leave with peace of mind with warranty on all the work he does. I've never had any issues with any of my classic cars he's worked on and believe me he knows classic cars very well. In Feb 2024 my Chevy Silverado blew the rear differential and I took it to Felipe. He recommended that since I needed to replace the 373 differential I should put in a 456 instead. It cost me a couple $$ more but boy am I glad I listened to him. My 2008 Chevy never towed or ran more efficiently and on less gas then it does now. To those 2 haters that left a bad review was probably cuz they didn't listen to his recommendations that he told them. I know this man he's honest a great family man a good religious man and is very meticulous of his work and ethics and is always appreciative of you bringing your car or truck to him. I was so happy with that experience that I came back when I needed more work done, and I'm finally writing the review they deserve. Most recently, I was dealing with a check-engine light while trying to get my Jeep ready for its required STAR smog test. Mike and Fred didn't simply replace parts based on a diagnostic code. They took the time to determine what was actually wrong before I spent the money. They diagnosed a failed EGR valve and also discovered a cracked spark plug that was affecting how the Jeep was running. They showed me what they found and explained everything clearly so I understood why the repairs were necessary. What I appreciate most is that Mike and Fred are thorough, knowledgeable and meticulous. Their prices have been fair, and I never feel as though they are trying to sell me repairs I don't need. Instead, I feel like they genuinely care about keeping my Jeep safe and running well. Based on that recommendation I agreed to buy them. Just two days later, one of the tires blew out while I was driving on the freeway. Thankfully, I had just dropped off my kids before it happened because I can't imagine how much worse the situation could have been if they had been in the car! I almost lost control and crashed! This was a terrifying experience especially considering these were supposed to be brand-new tires! I expected them to be safe and reliable, not fail after only two days.I will never come back here again and do not recommend buying tires from this business. Based on my experience, the tires were not durable, and I no longer trust the quality of their products or the recommendations they give customers!!
