I always took for granted what it must look like in a high end restaurant's facilities but we found ourselves in the middle of everything. After watching real chefs prepare their food and then watching my wife's disdain at me scoffing it down, we learned they also do cooking classes at the facility. My wife wants to take one and will of course drag me along:-) At least the kitchen is cool and no one can mess up my food but me so I'm looking forward to it.

In any event, our supervising chef was Ryan and he was great. Really energetic and helpful. There was plenty of work to do for all of us and the time went by quickly. When it came time to eat, we were all very hungry. I thought all the food was delicious. I was surprised at how generous the portions were, especially the dessert. Of course that didn't stop me from eating the whole thing.
