Arrived around 8:30p on 4/25 to pick up an order. A girl with glasses and a septum piercing was taking out the trash at the front of the store and didn't greet me for about ten minutes. She pushed the garbage cans to the front and asked "do you need something" before grabbing my order with unwashed trash hands. I've always been frustrated with the poor service here but I can look past a forgotten item. After all, you can tell this is every employee's first job. But this is unforgivable. I just can't give this place any more chances. I didn't even eat the food, it went right in the trash. So disgusting. I don't want any coupons or replies from management. I just need them to know how gross this employee is. Never coming back. read more

So unfortunate to see this place go to a 1-star for me because it used to be a place my family could rely for a great meal served by great people multiple times per month. For YEARS we ate there on the regular. The kiosk ordering experience is horrible and impersonal, the fruit bowl partner is of zero interest to us, and the prices increased while at the same time the portions were significantly reduced. If I wanted to order from the app, I would have done that. There were 5 staff members and they FORCE you to order from a kiosk with zero interaction. Why do you have a "line" option when you don't wanna talk to the customer? Sadly would stop me from returning as long as this is in place. read more

Always love garbanzo but, the kiosks are not it! A big part of people liking your business is because of the consistency in customer service, but the kiosks completely take out that aspect. Absolutely fantastic. I have never eaten here before. Kyle, Brooklyn and Cam were fantastic and made me feel welcomed but moved the line along quickly. Jacob was just getting off but it seemed to be a seamless transition. Very impressive team and Absolutely fantastic food. I'll be back! read more

Quite simply: Awesome Mediterranean cuisine, loads of healthy stuff! Fairly cheap, compares well to a meal you'd get at Chipotle. Abundantly friendly people, willing to help out the kiddo lost on his options a bit. They're fast becoming a favorite of mine when I'm in Fort Collins, will be coming back :) read more

My family and I have been to this location 3 times in the last 2 months and very disappointed with the customer service by one employee (I believe his name is Jaxson- has black framed glasses and dirty blonde hair). Each time we've gone in he doesn't greet us and is rude when we go up to order. If it's an hour to 30 minutes before closing he makes comments or mumbles under his breath about why people are showing up so late and not welcoming of us sitting in the dining area. He talks down to other employees and overall has a bad attitude. The last time we went in he was so rude and uninviting we decided not to eat here. We will no longer be coming back to this location after the experiences we've had. So unfortunate because the food is delicious and all the other employees here are kind and deliver excellent customer service. read more

Went here this week with my husband. The staff is always really friendly. They do offer choices of gluten free or regular pitas. If you need gf they are an extra $2 but they are really tasty. Thick and holds together well unlike a lot of gf foods. The falafels are always delicious anda favorite. Their food is always extremely fresh. If you are vegan they also have hummus and portobello mushrooms available to add to your plate or salad. Don't fear meat eaters lots there for you as well! My husband likes to get their gyros. Their point reward system.has been down for months now and that is the reason for the 4 star rating. Garbanzo is basically fast food with a Mediterranean flair. You can have it served several ways (e.g. in a wrap, pita, bowl), but the bottom line is you're going to wind up with a pile of food that all has the same flavor. Picture Chipotle Grill but with hummus and falafel. The servers were friendly and helpful, but I can't see myself doing that again. No matter how much you like hummus, tabbouleh, baba ganoush, and tzatziki, they all have the same flavor profile, so there's just not enough variety. On the plus side, the vegan and vegetarian options are clearly identified. read more

Falafel! Took the entire family here for lunch when passing through Ft Collins. Quick service and good food. Three of us got falafel of some sort (flat bread, pita, and plate) and one pita with sirloin steak. Overall very tasty. I like how you can build your own meal (similar to Chipotle but better food) to whatever you are feeling like that day. I will get the plate next time though - the falafel in the pita was hard to get a mix of all the great ingredients in the pita in one bite. Clean restaurant, although the woman's room smelled a little weird in spite of it being clean. It seemed stuffy like there was not enough air circulating. read more

We generally LOVE this location. We ordered ahead for pickup and nothing was ready when we arrived at our specified pick up time (not great when you have an infant and are you against bed time). They were out of most of what we ordered and we had to do substitutions for cheaper things on the menu, cost of meals was not adjusted. We've eaten at this location for years but in the last several months we've noticed a huge issue with customer service. We've really just ignored it and have tried to be extra nice considering staff shortages nationwide. However, last night (2/28/22) was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The young men working were extremely rude to all the customers before me. I was over the top nice and was still treated like trash. Each request seemed like the end of the world to these two kids. Garbanzo is a casual place that serves Mediterranean food. It is by far not one of my favorite Mediterranean places. Mediterranean cuisine at least in the area where I live seems to be an underdog as far as getting as many customers as say like Mexican or Asian food. You can pick from pitas, salads and other little yummy things that go with being Mediterranean. The food tastes fresh and you feel healthy in eating it but is just not a huge 'yes' on the authenticity scale. That is ok though, it is a chain and not all that bad one at that. Everyone that works here seems friendly and eager to keep the line moving but not wanting to make you feel neglected in case you have any questions. We love this fresh and light option for fast food. I don't do the McDonalds or Bk scene. Yuk! This is fast and always delish. They will offer a sample falafel when you enter. Take it to start up your taste buds for more Mediterranean fare. My husband opts for the hummus plate and I usually get a kids half pita. Tip: it's almost as big as the whole and they stuff it full and it's half the price! We share a drink, so we get in and out in the cheap. I never feel guilty about eating here.
