The food is delicious. It is reasonably priced. My company loves the Mediterranean food as it offers a variety of sides. We often have Garbanzo's catered as their portions are decent to feed quite a bit of people. The colors and flavors are to die for. Food is always made very fresh and warm once delivered. They provide utensils and plates. I'm giving them a 3 star as I have not been to the location itself, but didn't want to miss out on giving them a review. The pita bread is always a bit hard which can make it difficult to enjoy with all the sides. When the food is catered the service is always great as the driver sets out all the food for us too.

    Nicely written if I do say so myself . . . :-)

You know how sometimes when you're upset about an experience you've had if you just sit on it for a while you realize that hey, nobody lost a limb; nobody died; and you understand that it wasn't that big a deal and certainly nothing to get so upset about that you ruin your day... ya know? Well this isn't one of those times. This is a time that the longer I sit on it the more miffed I'm becoming. And that is because after having a bad experience at Garbanzo in Glendale I was so concerned that I wrote a letter to their " customer experience" folks and its now been almost a month and they haven't had the simple curtesy to respond. So what happened you ask? (Or rather I asked and pretended it was you asking). Well, they got the order wrong and the food they did give me on an order for 5 people was not well prepared, as in, almost inedible. In fact I should have donated the falafels they served to the Avs to use as hockey pucks. Hard as rocks. Crisp as carbon briquets and just about as tasty. Additionally the baklava orders magically turned themselves into cookies without the decency of them asking whether--since they apparently didn't have any baklava--instead of telling me that and asking me if they could substitute cookies in their place they just made that unacceptable change on their own and had it become the surprise bad answer to people's statement, "well, at least there's baklava!" So instead of my coworkers enjoying the lunch I provided, everyone just sat there struggling through the mediocre to very bad (and wrong) food, wondering out loud why anyone would voluntarily subject themselves to such a miserable experience. Well, from the optimist's point of view I guess you could say that the one good thing about lunch was that it gave us an hour long enjoyable discussion about how bad Garbanzo's food was and how I'd never subject them to that experience again. See, every cloud has a silver lining ... kinda. Attached is a copy of the polite email of concern I sent them. And the second picture is a photo of their response... Oh wait. There is no second picture ... because they never did send a response. Sign me, David "Hangryman" M

I know a lot of people have negative things to say but I had a really pleasant experience ordering off door dash. All the items are very customizable so you are picking each and every ingredient you want and the sauces are all flavorful and tasty. You choose whether you want a pita, salad, rice bowl, or plate, what protein you want, what veggies you want and what sauces you want. I really liked their cilantro sauce. I would order from them again

They accepted my doordash order then proceeded to cancel it and when I called them they said they don't know Also, they told me dasher that they didn't receive the order but when contacting doordash support they said that the restaurant accepted the order then proceeded to cancel it. Waste of time

Honestly, this is some of the best pita bread I in my entire life. It's so fluffy and delicious! Never had bread like this before. Also the bowl and hummus was delicious Jen is an awesome manager by the way!!!

This Garbanzo's is incredibly short staffed- but they're trying y'all! That is enough for me. I'm so proud of the two ladies who were bussing to get every customer out the door with some fresh Garbanzo's!! We came in after apartment hunting and felt that this Mediterranean spot was the one. We ordered 2 Baklava's in the very end after our combo meals. We get the usual of Platter with Falafel, Portobello mushrooms for the protein, babaganoush, yellow rice and all the veggies! Their fries are supposedly fresh made. We ordered a small size and it's always my go to. I enjoy the Tahini sauce and Cilantro sauce. The dine in area is open to the public after COVID-19 regulations, just incredibly short staffed. This isn't necessarily the two ladies fault, I hope they get more people!! Such an awesome place.

Ordered here for takeout. No one else was in line and there seemed to be just one woman working but she was backed up with online orders. She apologized profusely for the delay but I assured her I wasn't in a rush. If I was, I believe she would have dropped everything to assist me first. We had a nice chat about her day and experience working there. I got a steak plate. The sides were really good but the meat could have been more tender. The signature garlic sauce is wonderful - don't miss it. Price is a little high for fast casual, but portions are solid, particularly of you get a plate. Overall, the food here fills the craving for mediterranean food and the service is wonderful.

The food is always fresh, flavorful, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Everything we've tried has been excellent, portions are generous, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is also a big part of why we like coming here. It feels warm, clean, modern, and comfortable, and it works just as well for a casual lunch as it does for a nice dinner with family or friends. What I really like about Asli is that it feels authentic and consistent. The grilled meats are full of flavor, the sides are fresh, and everything tastes like it was made with care. Asli is definitely one of those local places that deserves more attention. Great food, great service, great atmosphere, and a restaurant we keep coming back to. Highly recommend Asli Mediterranean Grill if you're looking for great Mediterranean food in the Denver area.

I won't say which, but boy, was it a letdown. The falafel were like little hockey pucks and the pita were like cardboard, flat and stale-tasting. I didn't think you could screw up pita. Only the hummus was passable. All this to say that I have been SPOILED by moving within walking distance of the Byblos in Alamo Placita, which is where a little taco place used to be. It's in a sweet little spot with patio seating on the corner of 4th and Corona, but the draw is really the food. I can't vouch for the meat dishes as a vegan, but WOW is their pita soft, fresh and flavorful, and they replenish it readily. Their hummus is excellent, their baba ghanoush is the best I've had since leaving the greater Boston area (with its abundance of outstanding ethnic restaurants) and the eggplant moussaka is fantastic. Plus they put this fully vegan cream dressing on the garden salad that is out of this world. Byblos has completely ruined me for a lot of other restaurants. As I'm writing this I think I've talked myself into going there for lunch!

On a super chilly Friday night, after I had been done with my second hustle business not too far from this restaurant, before I headed for another business I would need to take care of, I stopped here as I was famished. I simply couldn't think of any other place where I could get food that always promises quality where I wouldn't have to wait too long to get it. I was truly fearful that my uncontrollable appetite would swallow me had I gone to a different restaurant where I might end up waiting too long (LOL!!) My choice was right. And to be greeted by the same kind gentleman (who had always assisted me in the past) warmed up the core of my heart and soul. He did say to me that I should have called in to place my order ahead because he said that the kitchen was quite busy and that I might wait at least or as long as 20 minutes. I told him I was willing to wait although my stomach continued to yell at me from inside!! Well, I got lucky; it didn't take long. See...my assumption was right; this place never disappoints. This time, instead of the usual I get (the vegetarian plate), I tried something different. It's the Kafta Kabob plate. This is another great dish to consider ordering at this place as long as meat is part of your diet. The meat was unapologetically tender and well-seasoned. It was hard to fathom as to how they perfected this technique to cook it to its perfection. The accompanying salad and hummus were gracefully served in the same container. Did I say that Golden's hummus is one of the best? I think I did at least once. It is because of its impeccable creaminess. Awww...I can eat this thing almost everyday if I must. This is a tiny, more of a family-run restaurant type place. Inside is quite basic and yet it's never messy or dirty. This is a place you can comfortably sit and dine without worrying about its cleanliness; sanitation is not an issue. But most of all, you go here for the quality of food. This place easily beats a fine restaurant in an upscale neighborhood for sure.

While the food is mainly from Sudan, there are several similar items to what he is used to and what we know from other middle eastern restaurants. I will gladly explore something new, and decided on not only the known 4-part appetizer platter but also a spicy chicken plate that was supposed to have seasonings resembling peanut butter. The flavor of the seasoning was really tasty but I didn't get the peanut butter as much as our waitress mentioned. If the chicken itself wasn't so dry and the pita a little softer (they likely use a microwave instead of an oven to heat their pita), this would've been a 5-star dish. The overall rating loses another star for the atmosphere. No music. Only one person managing the front of house and at one point, she took her purse, walked out and went on an errand for 15 minutes. Our food became ready while she was out, so shortly before she came back, the chef had to come out and bring us the food. She was very nice, and likely stressed from being along in the front, so they would provide a much better experience if they had a second person up front.

And I'm glad I did. The restaurant was empty around 2pm (ish) on a Saturday, as I walked in nobody was around. Great photo taking moment is what I thought! While I was snapping some photos a woman walked out of the kitchen to greet me. She gave me one of the menu after I informed her this was for to go. After perusing it for a quick minute or so I set my eyes on the Half Grilled Chicken. Unfortunately though, the lady (after confirming with the kitchen) told me they were still cooking it so it'd take at least 30 minutes before it would be ready. I then asked her if Tikka (lamb dish) was ready for a quick to go. She said yes. This is a dish with lamb steak pieces but she kindly asked me if I would like a mixture of the steak pieces and Kebab meat (minced meat) which she was willing to do the alternative. Liked this idea of hers a lot so I gave her my peppy yes. My food was finally going! I looked around the entire restaurant thoroughly. Not necessarily super fancy in any way and yet I saw some accented decors (tapestry, artwork etc.) on every single wall. Not overly done; just the right amount of noticeable things here and there but most of all it was very clean. Took a bit over ten minutes before my meal came out; sure sign that they did prepare it fresh for me. She handed me a bag that contained it and off I went to do my business I had for the afternoon. Once I parked I checked what it looked like inside the box and it was beautiful. I, of course, took enough bites of it to ensure the quality of it as well. Yes, I agree with great reviews left by others. This place is solid. Between the lamb steak pieces and kebab I ended up liking the kebab slightly more but both of them were perfectly marinated in whatever the spices they used to make them. The bed of rice had the perfect moisture. The hummus almost tasted like baba ghanouj; very creamy indeed. This restaurant is now included in my "best Mediterranean restaurant" list in my neighborhood. As of this writing, I can still taste the delicious food I ate several days ago. I shall go back for more soon.
