He came and gave us an estimate, and it was cool that there is a discount for multiples of the same job. He came back the next day to do the work and he walked me thru everything he would be doing and how long it would take so I could plan around the water being off. Got it done sooner than he expected! After he left there was one place that I saw was dripping a teeny bit, I texted and he came back the next day, fixed it, no problem! Coincidentally we needed a backflow test so we had Alex out the following week and he was great too!
