Great location if you want to chill outside on a lovely indoor and outdoor patio. There is a little fireplace. A ping point table. Chairs and umbrellas. Fresh juices and tasty açaí bowls with different bases like açaí or pitaya, etc.
Coffee review only... This is an interesting little place with an odd name. Yelp guided me here as a place to get some coffee. Although it has its own door entry it's actually within Devyn's Garden Distinctive Floral. As I walked in it was apparent this is more of a juice bar, a place to get healthy fruit drinks and smoothies or an acai bowl. In Yelp menu photos they had several coffee options but the day I came in the choice was only regular coffee or a draft latte. Yep, a latte on tap. So I went with an iced latte which was poured and, like a beer, had a head that needed to settle before being handed over. This unusual latte was very smooth and made with a great brew (La Colombe). I enjoyed it and would maybe come back on a rare occasion for an iced latte. This place is better recommended for its juice bar offerings but for coffee I would go somewhere with more options.
The new acai is really bad, I prefer the old vendor. The new one tastes like medicine. Please go back to the old version.
This place is awesome - it doubles as a plant store and has a great selection to choose from for your acai bowel. Also unlimited toppings? Yes please! I got a mix of blue magik and acai and enjoyed both but actually liked the blue magik more. The acai I found to be a bit icy which I like my texture a bit smoother but perhaps that was just an off moment. Love the variety of toppings, and loaded it up with fruits, peanut butter, and all the things I always want to try but don't want to pay for. The fruit was quite fresh and the acai bowl in general was solid. There's also a ton of outdoor space so if you happen to have kids, they can explore and not feel holed up in a small space. Plants decorate the area for you to consider bringing home. The bathroom was clean. The service was quick and kind.
Was craving an acai bowl and stumbled upon this place! Super cute interior because it's connected to a flower shop! You can browse the floral selections and cute merch while waiting for your order. There's some seating out in the front of the shop and apparently some in the back but I wasn't able to check it out. The seating in the front is right along the street so it's kind of loud and busy. Also, the bathroom is super cute and the soap/air freshener smell so good. Anyways, you order, the server writes it all down and prepares it, then you pay. It was empty when I went so my bowl came out quick. I got a small bowl with acai and mango as my base and a bunch of toppings. It was very refreshing but very sweet. I think it's because of the honey. I'm thinking next time maybe no honey because it was just suuuuuper sweet with all the fruits and peanut butter. The mango base was okay, tasted a little odd, I probably won't get it next time. The portion was a good size and I feel like it was reasonably priced. Overall, I really enjoyed this place and its aesthetic. It definitely satisfied my acai bowl craving! It's a perfect summer treat to get before/after visiting the beach! Quality ingredients, cool vibes. I will definitely be coming back!
Quiet and comforting smoothie/juice/açaí bowl spot in Seal Beach. It's located inside the Devyns Gardens flower shop. They fit together perfectly. Myself and my wife both got the Peanut Butter Bliss smoothie. We've had similar smoothies at other places, but this was by far our favorite so far! Peanut Butter Bliss Smoothie comes with peanut butter, banana, agave and almond milk. The flavors pair perfectly and the presentation is delightful. 24 Oz. Smoothie for $7.95 is a great deal as well! They have a beautiful patio space in the middle of the building to relax and enjoy your drink. The store has many great beach/garden themed gifts. The employees are always very welcoming, the place has the nice Seal Beach, small beach town vibe. Street parking only, but there always seems to be a spot open that is pretty close. We will definitely be returning to try the many other smoothies they have to offer.
I always knew the garden shop was here and that the sugaring shop was next-door, but I never knew there was a juice bar here. Plugged in my car and have been craving a green juice for weeks now. One yelp search away, and I found Garden District. I decided to walk over and give them a try. Prices are very reasonable, and they give you the option to not have ice in the juice, which I love. I literally watched her make my juice fresh for me! It's so refreshing and so good on a hot sunny day. I will definitely be back the next time I need to charge my car.
The acai bowls were very average and on the sweeter side. I had a build your own with pitaya and matcha green tea bases, and both had freezer burn ice crystals. My friend had the og bowl and said the acai was way too sweet for him. So overall these bowls were good, just very sweet, so something to keep in mind. Very friendly service but the main thing about this place was how beautiful the covered patio was. This acai place is joined with a flower shop and the patio was filled with beautiful flowers and plants. I would come back again just to sit in the patio.
I have never had an açaí bowl in my life and decided to finally give it a shot. I'm shy by nature so I was intimidated by the menu and all of the options available. Luckily, 2 of the most beautiful and helpful souls (I was so intimidated by the menu that I forgot to get their names) were able to happily help me start my journey into the açaí world. I made my decision and quickly received my order. I would come back for the excellent customer service alone. But, the bowl was so amazingly good, it instantly became my new addiction. It was my first one, so I have no past bows to compare it to. However, I can say that the balance of the bowl I got was perfect. It was the original bowl, aka the OG; açaí, strawberry, banana, coconut, hemp granola and honey. It was the perfect blend of sweet and tart and the natural flavors punched me in the mouth with the perfect amount of force; enough to make you feel it without hurting you. Add all of this to being able to sit outside surrounded by flowers that seem to be smiling at you and you found a perfect little nook in this big ol crazy planet of ours. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to everyone capable of feeling love. And if you're feeling down, it's the perfect place to learn to smile again.
What a gem! This place felt so peaceful when I was walking by and browsing through the store. Love that they have a drink counter because coffee is my thing. After speaking to the server and asking for the sweetest coffee drink they offer, she recommended the draft latte with oat milk and agave. It was soooo good and the price was so reasonable! She was pleasant to speak with and the whole store was very charming! Will definitely come back again!
At first, I was confused. Is this a florist? A greenhouse? Or a smoothie place? It turns out to be all of the above, and they do all three with aplomb. You get to wait for your drink amidst beautifully arranged sedum plants and orchids. The drinks are definitely worth waiting for too. My date blend and my wife's OC were both divine. But I haven't even gotten to the best part yet. The waitress was super friendly, and she welcomed me and my dog inside when she saw me hesitating at the threshold. My dog now has a new friend, after receiving a treat from her.

True health place. All the juices are made fresh with no attitudes or additives and not sweet at all. Had the green street with beets. Delicious. Best part is the price. Acai bowls are under $10. Unheard of in any place today! read more

This place is so cute! It's a smoothie/acai bowl place inside a floral shop. I stopped by for a little pick me up before the beach. The O.C. was refreshing and contains ingredients such as orange, mango, coconut milk, and carrot. I felt so healthy drinking this. read more
My doctor's office moved down the street and driving here I saw a sign that said Garden District Superfoods. I looked it up after checking in and saw that they are family owned, are a garden/flower shop along with serving fresh smoothies! I hadn't eaten so I planned to go here after my doctor's visit to have a smoothie for breakfast/lunch. I parked in the residential neighborhood and did not see shop parking but it was a Monday afternoon so I found a spot by the apartments. The layout and plants outside the store was so great to see, super stunning! There was a blonde employee that greeted me and took my order, though she gave me a moment to look through their selection. The items are super appealing, they had a special called the sweetheart smoothie, which sounded delicious. I opted for the Sweetheart Smoothie except I asked to not have the collagen and to see if honey and a vanilla vegan protein could be added. The employee helping me was super accommodating and I was very appreciative of the options and recommendations she gave me. They have an amazing patio, great lighting, the shop connected to theirs is Devyn's and thr floral arrangements were breathtaking. I will absolutely make this the spot when I got back to my doctor's! The smoothie was delicious, I adore real sugar sweet and this smoothie with my modifications was perfect! read more

Hey yelpers ! If you are looking for a place in the Long Beach / Seal Beach area who makes fresh juices or smoothies look no further. I started my cleansing and really like beet juice- I didn't have time to make one and so we were walking around the area and my friend said I could probably get one here. They have a good variety of freshly juices veggies and fruits. We'll my beet juice did not disappoint!!! It contained the right amount of apples so it was not too sweet. Perfect!! read more

I thought it was a flower shop or a plant store or a smoothie place, it's all of the above. You can stop by to buy a beautiful flower arrangement and grab a smoothie. Inviting, fresh, colorful, welcoming. Smiles on the workers, fresh flowers and flavors served daily. Includes a boutique that has everything from literature, horoscopic items & warm fall coats. A definite vibe. The energy is so serene, one could imagine spending a whole day out front sipping coffee and taking in the fresh flowers. read more

Omg really great acai bowl and smoothies here! I ordered the Pink Paradise and my kids had the Original. For my grand daughter we got her the Bapple smoothie. Everything was delicious and then we had some delicious flavored water to wash it down. We will be back!! read more

Great acai bowls! And fast service. I got the small og bowl and this was a great breakfast. I like the thick, sorbet consistency and adding peanut butter was a great way to make the bowl a little less sweet. The establishment itself is also so beautiful as well. read more

At first glance, Garden District just looks like your regular florist on the corner. But it's more than that -- delicious acai bowls, smoothies, and juices await you! Grabbing an acai bowl here is one of my new favorite weekend morning habits. The PB&J is delicious and makes a great breakfast, with peanut butter generously coating the bottom of the bowl and drizzled on top. The granola isn't too syrupy or crunchy, and is surrounded by plenty of strawberry and banana slices. While you wait for your order to be prepared, you can browse and buy their beautiful plants that add to the vibe and decor of the establishment. They take such good care of them too: every flower and succulent I see seems to be thriving! At the time of my review here, they have a check-in offer for 20% off your order. They are also on Clover, so you can earn points to buy your way towards exclusive rewards! More yummy breakfasts are in store for me and you on the horizon. read more

I live in Costa Mesa near the fair grounds and I drive all the way to the Garden District for an acaí bowl because it's one of a kind. I'm late to this party because I hadn't had one that just made me say "ok, now I get it" until now. It also helps that the staff here is absolutely amazing. I came 10mins before closing one evening and I think his name was Michael or Chris point is, he was sooooooo happy to help me and his happiness was catching. Instead of being upset that I came right before closing (as he was putting things away when I arrived) he was full of joy and it made my day!!! read more

First of all this place smells amazing when you walk in! Some great smoothie options with quality ingredients I went with the PB Nitro and it was delicious. Definitely coming back to try the bowls and juices. Also have 3 varieties Nitro on tap! Right off PCH in Seal Beach it's a must try. read more

A hidden gem!!! Do yourself a favor and run here. Stopped in for an Acai bowl and what a treat! All the fruit and ingredients were incredibly fresh. Loved the texture of the Acai. Toppings were delish. You can tell everything is very intentional here. The whole place is so adorable. Be sure to enjoy the gorgeous patio after you've ordered. Servers were also very friendly. I joked i wanted to try everything on the menu and then came back 3 hours later to try a smoothie and it was hands down best smoothie I've ever had. Can't wait to come back! read more
