And it's not like I could've asked to take the offensive ingredients out because most places don't post exactly what goes into their version of the dish and if I asked to hold the sketchy stuff, it would end up being closer to steam rice anyway. But some places like Scrambler's Cafe just know how to make it right. They load it up with meat only put the bare minimum of veggie mix, and portion it out like there's a hungry man ordering it. Every bite is tremendously flavorful and filling. I love their fried rice and it's quickly become a go-to dish at Scrambler's--first at the Corona location and now at the new location. The service is great too. Everyone was nice and the refills came fast without prompting. Every restaurant should have service this competent. Also, the ambiance was great. The tables were spaced out and the noise was very respectful. It's just a chill place all around, fit for large parties and solo diners. It's a good eating place for anyone.
