New York Strip Steak cooked Medium extra, shrimp plate with garlic butter, baked potatoe, and grilled corn.
    Veronica R.

My husband and I came in to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience! Our server Joshua was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. We decided to try the New York strip, and it was absolutely amazing--tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. This was about our third time dining here, and we've consistently received excellent service every time. Once again, we were not disappointed with either the food or the service. We look forward to coming back again

    Outlaw Ribeye

Came here on a Thursday and put myself on the onlinr wait list for 2 before arriving. Once I arrived, I checked in with the host. It was only 10min before I was seated and the place looked pretty packed. Once seated the server came by and checked in with us and asked for drinks. They then brought bread for us. The bread was okay, didn't seem too fresh but it was nice to hold us off while we waited for our food. I ordered the outlaw ribeye and my Dad ordered a regular ribeye medium rare. The outlaw was about $40. I also ordered a side of salad and a baked potato which came with the steak. The food arrived fairly quickly amd we dug in. It was very tasty. The streak was cooked perfectly but the baked potato could have used more toppings. I ordered an extra side of sour cream. The steak was bomb. It was well seasoned and delicious. It was a nice spot and the service was very fast as well.

Shrimp appetizer, smallest shrimp ever, but juicy and crispy

Came here for the first time. So disappointed, the service was just fine. There was alot of "I'll come back, I'm handling someone else", yet the return never happened. The drinks stayed empty until I was actually able to find our waitress. It was not busy when we got here at 2 pm on a Monday. We were a party of 11, here to celebrate our friends mothers 60th birthday, which was announced when we checked in. Usually this starts a signal to the waiters and the birthday girl should feel extra special. This was also disappointing. The appetizers came out hot and crispy. That is why I gave them three stars. The mushrooms were amazing. If I had a plate of those, I would be happy. The shrimp, were so tiny at least 25-30 count on the shrimp. But they were juicy and crispy. The French fry appetizer also came out hot and crispy. This place fell apart the when our steaks arrived. To be a steakhouse, a "TEXAS" themed restaurant and not even be able to make a rare ribeye is just sad. There were 3 other guest, who also received over cooked steaks. The birthday girl received an over cooked ribeye, that should have been med rare and came out well done. When I brought it to the waitresses attention, she said to just move my baked potato to the side and I would get my steak right away. It took 15 min to get my other steak, which was brought out with a sweet potato (not ordered). The mgr said to cut open the steak to see if it was cooked right this time. I did and even he said, " yeah, that's not rare". He asked me what I wanted to do, I said I just don't want anything. I will not be coming back here, this was just sad, to be a steakhouse house and not even be able to cook a good steak rare.

This is the top chrome part in the bathroom stall, it was dusty and I'm talking thick with grime.

The Food was a 5, but because I ate surrounded by dust, dirt, and food stuffed in the seats, it made me feel a little disgusted. I actually stopped eating and finished my food at home. This is BAD management! The bathrooms should be kept up every 2 hrs, think about Disneyland, they have 1000's in and out of those bathrooms and from the doors to the walls it is clean! You see housekeeping always in there checking. Well I'm about to show you the dirty truth!

Finally came back here and this time with my son. Im a huge fan of their ribeye steak and once again, was cooked to perfection. I was surprised to get seated so quickly knowing how busy this location is but really glad we did. The mood here is always got a good vibe so if you're looking for good food and a fun environment, come here.

We went to LongHorn Steakhouse in Rancho Cucamonga, and there was about an hour wait. Overall, the food was pretty good. I had the lemon garlic chicken with a sweet potato and salad, and my friend had the shrimp with rice, steak, and sweet potato. The meal also came with complimentary bread, which was nice. The food had good flavor, but both of our sweet potatoes were a little burnt on the skin, which we didn't really like. Also, the servers seemed like they were rushing around the whole time, so it felt like they didn't have much time to really check on customers. I would recommend that the restaurant slow the pace down a little or have more support for the staff, because the food was good and the experience could be even better. Overall, good food, but the service felt rushed and the sweet potatoes could have been better.

New York Strip Fresh Steamed Asparagus Loaded Baked Potato

It's a tradition we have to come here after Xmas shopping. I learned that you definitely need to put yourself on the virtual list (done online) or you'll be waiting for like 1.5 hrs so you have been warned. I mean does anyone say anything bad outs of wait time? Every single year this place hits. We come from San Diego so we aren't locals. Every trip has been perfect every single time. The sweet tea is perfectly sweet, always get one for the road trip back home too. This time around I had the NY steak, asparagus and loaded baked potato. The Mac and cheese was an add on because I really wanted to try it. Would definitely order again. Warm bread and butter are offer at the beginning after you are seated. The service has always been great. It does get loud just due to the amount of people inside but if you don't mind the noise it's worth the eat and worth the drive. We will keep returning every year. Keep up the great work and thank you.

If you're in the mood for a steak, look no further! The quality of meats is unbeatable. No steak sauce needed ! The flavor is amazing, all their sides pair perfectly with their steaks. I recommend ordering their porterhouse (mid-rare) ! Their service here is always top tier. The dim lights make it seem super high end without breaking the bank. I will always recommend long horn for steaks !

The steaks were definitely the highlight of the dinner, cooked well, flavorful, and worth coming for. The warm bread and cheesy sides were also a win. Drinks looked better than they tasted unfortunately; not bad, just nothing memorable. I ended up switching one of my drinks the spiked lemonade wasn't spiked lol to me it wasn't I got a lemon drop. Still, the atmosphere was cozy, service was solid, and overall it was a really good dinner spot. I'd come back for the food for sure. Lobster tail was good baked potato everything was good. Just not high end but good steakhouse to come back to as a casual night . :)

we just found our go to everyday steak house! DELICIOUS STEAK for the best price, just wow! got a perfectly medium done rib eye with 2 sides for $32! the service was very friendly and did not wait so long despite the business of all the graduation celebrants coming in. it was our first time, so our waiter was patient with our indecisiveness and hospitable making sure our waters were always refilled and checking in on us throughout. the ambiance is casual with texan decor and TV to watch throughout the restaurant. we will definitely be back!

LongHorn Steakhouse did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were even better than expected. I upgraded to the 9oz steak, and it was so good we didn't even need take home boxes. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Great food, great value, and great service--I'll definitely be back!

Baby back ribs, mashed potatoes and broccoli
    Manuel G.

The restaurant is very nice inside and always busy. We waited for over an hour to get into the restaurant. The normal wait time has been 2 hrs the other times we have gone there. Our waitress was nice although I can't remember her name. The hot wings were cooked well but they were very salty. We found out later that we could ask for less salt. The filet mignon and the lobster tail were cooked just right. Both were flavorful. The filet mignon was tender and juicy. The broccoli was a bit overcooked and soft. The sweet. Potato was very good. My wife enjoyed her baby back ribs but her broccoli was also overcooked.

Gristle from the steak, that's just the portion that was eaten there was a lot uneaten and as you can see how pink it is as well.

I did get pink in my chicken. We returned it to the person who brought out our food and notified them the chicken was still uncooked. They came back and gave us even more chicken. You get hints of lemon in the sauce and bombs of flavor from the seasoning and garlic. I like how the Caesar salad is over dressed. Some people don't like it like that. The family meal of salad was a big portion. I enjoyed it. The breadsticks are always good. Dip it in the sauce of the trip tip / chicken. So good! We also got carrot cake. The cake was delicious. With Diane in tow, we were pleased that a large parking lot was directly across the street from the restaurant. And as we entered and were seated in a booth in the bar area, an elegant but understated woodsy ambiance greeted us. Wanting to sample a cross-section of offerings, we began our dinner with soup and salad. Diane liked her bowl of orange-hued Lobster Bisque, and I enjoyed my bowl of hot and angry-red Garden Tomato Soup and salad of Field Greens with multi-colored Grape Tomatoes. Flatbread smeared with Herb Butter was very good, as well. A few Grilled Sea Scallops were warm and sizable enough as an appetizer, in addition to a side skewer of fairly large and tasty Grilled Shrimps. And Diane and I both raved about our chosen entree of Ginger-Sesame Glazed Chilean Sea Bass. The fish was flaky and cooked perfectly--in the league of the best we have ever had. At first I was disappointed that the restaurant was out of requested Tartar Sauce. But it soon became apparent that none was needed. A bed of Rice Pilaf served as a soft base for the fish for me, and Diane had Yukon Mashed Potatoes fulfill the same purpose for her chosen main. Specially requested French Fries were also gladly prepared by the chef. The skin-on variety, they were soft on the inside and okay overall. Throughout the course of the meal we received excellent multi-person service, led by our principal server, Marie. We expect to return for more of that wonderful Sea Bass. XXXX-1/2 stars overall for this initial outing!
