The Beso Burger, created by a chef whose name I don't recall but who apparently is TV-famous, is the reason this review is getting written when normally I wouldn't take the time for this kind of location. Put simply, it's a must-try. It comes as a whole plate, with fries and a milkshake designed specifically for dipping them in. The whole thing is beautifully put together, and everything complements everything else. It's an experience. Word to the wise: After trying both the single and the double burger, my pick is the single. Better balance across the meal, and the second slab of meat makes the burger gigantic and tougher to eat without a knife and fork - which in itself would be wrong and ruin the experience. The bottom of my bun held fine on the single but disintegrated before I could finish devouring the double, and my afternoon food lethargy was definitely amplified by the latter too. Productivity... not so good. The location is exactly what you'd expect from a hotel bar, with nice lighting, plenty of seating and 3hr parking validation when you stop by for food so there's no rush to eat except your own work schedule.
