This Resto located in the Double Tree hilton so far has the best service!! From my late dinner service, to my morning breakfast they are sure to make you feel welcomed and have fast quick service for sure! Thank you so much to my "breakfast man!" Antonio!!! He always took care of me during the week stay that i was here for work. From my early morning run for a quick coffee he was able to assist me. Its the staff that makes restaurants like this that would make me come back!! Food is simple breakfast food. That you can get anywhere else but if you feel catered too like a princess why go anywhere else!! Great Job to the staff & keep up the excellent customer service!!!

Maine lobster! 5* service! Great views!

Impressive crew. A gem among all the skyscrapers and the concrete jungle. The service is top notch led by their breakfast connoisseur Tony! He embodies 5star service and making folks feel that OC SoCal hospitality. The views are really cool as you look out at the lake, wildlife and water fountains. Outdoor seating! This location is one of the best for a hotel restaurant. Check out their specials - Monday I had burger deals, Tuesday amazing fish tacos and today.... Maine Lobster! Wow! Appreciate the experience and top shelf service by all.

I found the cocktail to be slightly too sweet for my taste, but it was still very good (fragrant and well-balanced). The short ribs were tender and soft, cooked in a perfectly savory sauce with a hint of sweetness, and served over smooth mashed potatoes. The steak was also cooked and seasoned well. We all loved the maple pecan Brussels sprouts. I often find this dish to be overly oily or sweet, but this one was done very well. The Brussels sprouts were well-seasoned with the perfect hint of sweetness and cooked perfectly, not too soft or too crunchy. I will say that the restaurant's lighting was excessively dark. I don't mind dim lighting for ambiance, but it was so dark that I had to lean in close to my food and squint to see it clearly, which felt a bit excessive. Additionally, the green beans were slightly too old and fibrous, although they were cooked well. This was a shame because if they had used younger, fresher green beans, it would have elevated the dish and paired much better with the well-prepared meat. Overall great experience and would definitely come back! :)

The brunch menu was limiting, with only a few egg dishes, sandwiches, and breads. The French toast and waffle were nearly $20 each despite the small portions and standard toppings. *French Toast: the worst item of the meal. The bread had no flavor or egginess and left a strange sandy mouthfeel. The interior was so dry that it soaked up all the moisture in my mouth. A poor showing for a classic French toast. *Waffle: the batter was slightly sweetened but felt too dense. The fruit was fresh, although nothing about the toppings or overall quality stood out. *Steak Frites: hanger steak topped with chimichurri and fries. It was supposed to come with bernaise sauce, but I did not receive any. The steak leaned closer to rare rather than the medium rare I asked for. However, it was still tender, and the chimichurri was vibrant and herbaceous. I wished more sauce had been applied, as the dish was a bit dry. The fries were decent, though I would have preferred more crunch. Given the long wait, I expected much more from the dishes in terms of flavor and execution. I was disappointed by how flavorless and dry everything was.

Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor with a fireplace outside for those chilly nights and where you can just relax and unwind. It's a very convenient restaurant for the surrounding businesses that would like to grab lunch without having to drive, have meetings or want a drink right after work. I was reviewing some of the dishes a couple of months before our arrival and thought this would be a nice early birthday dinner so I went ahead and reserved the 5pm dinner slot. But now let's get to the food! FOOD Short Ribs Croquettes (Appetizer) These were delightful. Not only cute and presentable but the flavors were delicious, a perfect combination of everything! Especially the aji amarillo aioli. Don't be shy when taking a scoop of the aioli, be sure to give the croquettes a nice drench of it! Highly recommend! Sea Bass Crudo (Appetizer) Presentation may seem a bit flat but I promise you it's packed with flavor! Prepared with citrus ponzu, serrano and garlic chili crunch, the Sea Bass Crudo is definitely refreshing with a bit of a kick! Looking for a shareable seafood type appetizer? Then you should absolutely try this out! Streak Frites This one felt like it would be a nice balanced healthy lunch. Marinated steak with bourbon peppercorn sauce sitting on a bed of fries featuring a nice portion of salad. Had the steak cooked medium and it was just perfect. I wouldn't mind ordering this dish again! Work nearby and want a balance of everything? Then this is the dish for you! Braised Short Rib Probably my favorite one. Meat easily melts in every bite. Paired with those whipped potatoes beneath? Forget it! It may seem like a small dish but it gets filling pretty quick. I think this is another dish I'll be ordering the next time we visit! Peach Butter Cake (Dessert) I seem to have found myself in trouble when taking that first initial bite because I couldn't stop myself indulging its rich flavor! I was already full at this point but this was too damn delicious. It's got the same concept of a pizookie and I'm a sucker for this type of dessert! Love pizookies? Peach jam? Then you should get this! Guarantee you'll have it all to yourself! OVERALL Actually glad we were able to try this place out as I just stumbled upon it a couple months before. Great establishment for dates, small hangouts, big parties or an after work dinner. Spacious interior with comfy seatings and a modern look to the place. Oh and don't forget to get your parking ticket validated! Special thanks to the team and for the GM Chris Teng for checking up on us from time to time to ensure we were enjoying our experience. Wish they had a bigger selection of caffeinated drinks for a brunch place. Overall a good choice for brunch with family and friends.

From the…read moremoment you step inside, you are greeted by an adorable interior and decor that cleverly and beautifully matches the restaurant's theme. Every single item we ordered from the menu was exceptional: Beet Salad & Bone Marrow: Both made for fantastic starters, setting a high bar for the meal. Beef Tartare: Served with house-made potato chips that are a masterclass in texture--thin, fried, airy, and crispy all at the same time. Steak and Fries: Classic execution and wonderfully prepared. Duck Confit: Superb. The pairing of the rich mole sauce and sweet potato puree takes the dish to an entirely different level, complementing each other effortlessly. Baklava Cheesecake: A creative and delicious twist on a classic. The cream cheese filling is light rather than dense, and instead of a traditional graham cracker crust, it features a fantastic baklava crust. It is nicely balanced and not overly sweet, though you will definitely want to pair it with a cup of coffee to finish it off. Service: The staff is exceptionally friendly, highly attentive, and organized, making you feel well cared for throughout the meal. Portions: Portions are slightly on the smaller side. My husband and I ordered three appetizers and two main entrees to share, and we were still quite hungry by the end--so you may want to order an extra dish or side if you have a hearty appetite! Overall, a wonderful dining experience with incredible flavors and charming ambiance. Highly recommended!
