Visited this spot for a breakfast meeting. The menu is different from the Garden Table downtown but they do have some of the same items. King, our waiter, was very nice. The spot definitely has the Broad Ripple vibe... quaint, neighborly and eclectic. The best things were the bacon, the server and just being in a cool environment. The coffee wasn't strong and the I wasn't expecting the blueberry hotcakes to be like cornbread...not a fan. My client didn't eat all of her food either. I think she mentioned that the eggs had a slight aftertaste to them. Overall, we loved the vibe, service and bacon. We would definitely go back and try something else. I usually get the salmon toast when I'm downtown so maybe that will be my go to next time I'm in Broad Ripple.

We were excited to try this restaurant because of its farm-to-table concept and healthy dining approach--it's such a great idea and we love that they use local vendors to produce meals in-house. Unfortunately, we left a bit disappointed. While the food had potential it was lacking in flavor and nothing about our meal stood out as memorable, other than wishing for more seasoning and taste. This could be a nice spot if you're simply looking for a lighter, "health nut" type of meal but as someone who truly enjoys healthy food that's also packed with bold, delicious flavors this didn't quite hit the mark. I still think it's worth supporting for the mission behind it but hopefully they can elevate the flavors to match the great concept.

Food was good! I recommend the breakfast Sammie! The "pancake" was more like a corn bread but nevertheless was delicious! Service was fine and the ambiance is more "coffee shop" vibe than brunch.

Somehow I've never been to garden table in broad ripple, but it was delicious and quaint. Ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and it was one of the best I've had, massive. I also got a latte that was tasty and my husband enjoyed the breakfast burritos. Service was fast and friendly. Great vibes inside & will be back

Coffee isn't brewed. Nor is it self-serve. Nor will someone come serve it to you. There is no coffee. Abandon hope.

I wanted to like this place. I live in Broad Ripple, and I like to support local. But they committed so many cardinal sins of breakfast joints that I just can't recommend it. I'll give them a star because the food was well-prepared. And that's about it. Staff vacillated between brusque and fully ignoring us. My coffee went dry and was left that way for a very long time. We finally realized they hadn't brewed any more coffee even though it was 9am on a Saturday. Since we had no service, we got up and got ourselves some decaf. Which prompted one of the staff to notice us and say "No. That's decaf". I could only reply "I have to drink something ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Then the unthinkable happens. I ordered hot cakes. Admittedly, I didn't read the description that well, I guess. It said something like "hot cakes with maple syrup and blueberries". Great! What they brought me were four individual corn cakes that were warm. These were in no way shape or form pancakes, as hot cakes is usually taken to mean in the States. These were tall, square corn cakes. I have no idea how one was meant to put the syrup on them as they were tall and not flat. I guess dip them. I wanted to send them back and call it a breakfast, but my girlfriend didn't want to be rude. So she ate them and we soldiered through to the end. This is a solid no from me.

This location has recently become my second favorite, it was bumped after dining twice at the Carmel location (fuller location review coming soon!) I've dined at the Broad Ripple location countless times and it's consistently delicious. I always get the juice flight ($13ish and you get to sample four juices!) and the breakfast stack with crispy hash browns, smoked salmon, avocado, mixed greens, and egg! I've had their lattes a time or two and it's truly hit or miss, depending on who's making it. Still a 5/5 for me! The staff are always kind and I'm able to receive my food hot and in a timely manner. You place your food and drink order first, then choose a seat. They have both indoor and outdoor dining and service at both. Save for the restaurant being a bit smaller (not ideal for a party over 5/6), it's a great food and coffee destination for broad ripple, especially when the weather is nice. One of our favorite spots is to dine in the window and people watch! Another point is that parking can be tricky during event times and weekends. Since they don't have dedicated parking, you may have to park a few blocks away or circle around a few times. P.S. Outdoor dining is fabulous and pup friendly, BUT usually are not far behind. Just an FYI.

    Garden Benedict

Garden Table is nestled in Broad Ripple, walking distance to so many good restaurants and shops. We came in for Sunday brunch, and were seated right away. The footprint of this location is smaller, and they had some indoor and outdoor tables. You order at the counter and they bring your food out once prepared. They have speciality coffees and juices available. The menus are a bit unique from location to location. I tried the garden Benedict, and enjoyed it. I like that they have so many healthy options and can work around diets and restrictions. Service was excellent! The atmosphere is great, and I love that they source so many ingredients locally!

    Andouille Sausage Hash

Wonderful brunch, offering a variety of options. Servers are attentive. Had the Andouille Sausage Hash that was well prepared and had a New Orleans flair. The, roasted peppers, andouille and onions, were stuffed in russet potatoes and topped with poached eggs, and cajun hollandaise. "Ohh lawd" that meal was good!

This little restaurant is a hidden gem in Brod Ripple. It's small, but a quiet little spot tucked away on the street with a great atmosphere. We had great service and our party of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our brunch! They have a great variety, and we especially loved the fresh juice bar.

Still one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots in Broad Ripple. Service is always excellent, and I've never had a bad meal here! The selection of creative and healthy food/drinks is quite diverse. Sparkling collagen? Cold pressed juice? Matcha tea? Specialty coffee drink? All available here! This time I chose the quinoa breakfast and a regular coffee. Eggs were poached perfectly; the quinoa was lightly seasoned and very flavorful. I appreciate the self service coffee bar on the east wall, too. Easy to get a quick refill.

    Yam bacon and Mediterranean sandwich
    Grace J.

Wonderful service and menu. The Mediterranean sandwich was outstanding, veggie sandwich but great, and filling, for veg and non veg eaters! Peppers, zucchini, feta, pesto, and greens. A MUST! The breakfast burrito (not pictured) was also great. The yam bacon is always a fun add on, the charred warm yam is a fun filler to any meal.

    Mimosas
    January O.

I've heard so much hype regarding Garden Table and I should've visited sooner. I was joining friends for brunch and it did not disappoint. We started with two pitchers of mimosas. They were absolutely delicious and for three one pitcher would've been enough. We ended up staying for a couple hours so you've been warned. I decided to do the pancakes. They were different but I loved them. The star of the show not pictured was the salmon fried rice my friend ordered. Seriously it was so good I had order envy. I'm still thinking about the next time I'll get to have it because it was that good. The overall vibe here is great but they don't have a ton of seating. I can not wait to go back the service was excellent.

    Sweet potato hash bowl
    Megan W.

Came here on a Saturday for brunch. 30 minute wait for a table so we put our names in and walked around the village while we waited. Everyone loved the food. I had the sweet potato hash bowl but I want to try several other menu items. Tried a sip of someone's chai latte which was also delicious. The bottled juices are expensive but fresh as can be. There was a little snafu with someone's order and they didn't receive their food with the rest of us. The server gave us that item on the house to make up for the misunderstanding. Great service and delicious, healthy options. I'll be back!

The gentleman who helped us out was super friendly and helpful. When I mentioned some of the things I like, he suggested the gyros plate which comes with salad, rice, pita bread, and hummus. The hummus might be the best I've ever had. My SO had a beef shawarma sandwich with yellow rice. Delicious. Everything was delicious. I love the combination of flavors. The gyros meat was tender and amazing. For dessert, we had the best baklava ever. Seriously. The layers were perfect. It was sweetened perfectly. It was the first visit by my SO who was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the delicious taste and great service. I wish I lived closer to this place but am glad the great restaurant is still great after all these years.

Requesting something other than pizza and burgers is a big deal! I ordered the beef shawarma and the chicken shawarma, just so we could try both. Both looked like a burrito, which is familiar to my kids, so they went with it. We liked the beef, but the chicken shawarma was mind-blowing, and we will definitely be ordering this again. You can get the shawarma by itself or as a meal, which means it comes with fries. I also got the gyro, which comes with sliced beef and lamb, yellow rice, hummus, salad, tzatziki and pita. Because we got our food to go, the pita came separate from everything else, and I had to assemble my gyro myself like a little taco. It was delicious, but so much food! Honestly, the gyro plate can feed two people easily. Because I can't pass up a baba ganoush, I ordered a small one. They have some excellent baba ganoush at Sahara! I think this might even be my baba ganoush go-to now. Ordering online is very easy, and my food was ready to be picked up even before it was supposed to be. The only thing is that Sahara is located on the Broad Ripple strip, so parking can be iffy. I didn't find any parking in front of the restaurant, so I had to circle the block a bit before I found a spot.
