I would caution anyone from ordering online. Be sure to familiarize yourself with their very strict return/exchange policy. Customer support was absolutely lovely which is the main reason for my high stars. The dress I ordered was 5" smaller than the size chart range. I actually thought it must've been an unlabeled petite but was told that batch just came out smaller. I spent $15 to ship the dress back to them in exchange for another colorway. Thankfully, the one I received does fit, but it's still 2" smaller than the max size chart range. I'm happy with the dress, but I wouldn't order from them again. Everything that they have is drop shipped. And what makes it worse is that they jack the prices up a lot. The first picture that I'm attaching was from a creator on Instagram over 2 months ago. The dress is 299 rupees which is about $4 GardenBelle is charging $72 for this dress. I have ordered from them three times. And everything that I've gotten from them falls apart within weeks. I learned my lesson the last time. I just keep getting their emails which are about to be blocked. This is predatory sales practices. And you should be ashamed of yourselves. Anyone that sees any of your clothing should take a screenshot and then backtrack the image. Because everything that I have bought from you has been sold elsewhere for much cheaper. And their Cliffe shortalls, is actually free people's "we the free high roller shortall" ! so they copy their designs, and pretend it's THEIR design. Terrible customer service. I ordered a bunch of things online and nothing fits or looks like the pictures. I understand they don't accept returns to be eco friendly but then they shouldn't be mailing things in the first place because now I'm stuck with $300 worth of clothes that I will never wear. I had a horrible experience with this shop. I ordered some dressed and I realized I used my old adress. Back then their "policy" was that you can cancel your order within 30min after ordering. So I messaged then immediately to tell them I gave them the wrong adress. Yet they ignored my message and send out the order anyway. I messaged them immediately again asking to cancel since I live 5 hours away from that adress. After going a bit back and forward they canceled the orders but didn't refund me for the shipping! Now they changed their very customer unfriendly policy that they do NO cancelations or adress changes whatsoever. So okay I try this again and order the dresses. They take a long time to arrive but okay I'm patient. When I recieved the dresses they where HUGE! They where both XXL instead of the regular size I ordered. I messaged them again explaining the dresses are not the right size. They answered me that they don't do returns and that I should just sell it online myself. I got really pissed at this point on how horrible their costumer service and policy's are. I measured the dresses and send proof with Pictrures showing them they send me the wrong size and that they made the mistake, not me. After going back and forward they finally agreed to refund. They would refund me after they recieved the return. So then they recieved the return and I message them again asking for my refund. I get ignored and no refund. Luckily I payed with PayPal and I managed to claim my money back from this shop. Sadly I had to cover the shipping cost myself for their mistake even tho I asked them many times for them to cover it since this was their mistake. They also deleted my review since I returned the dresses. I thought I was supporting a slow fashion and ethically buisness but their costumer service is just horrible and unreasonable. Seriously screw this shop. My girlfriend bought something from their etsy shop and they sent her the wrong size and refuse to exchange for what she ordered. Quality was decent, but not willing to right something that the company y got wrong says enough to me. I'd suggest staying away from this shop unless you're 100% guaranteed you're ready to lose your money if they send you the wrong thing. I even contacted them to correct the situation and got ignored. Gardenbelle's clothes are super super cute. They are made out of very nice materials as well. Unfortunately I'm unsure of the quality of the products; the patchwork pants rip easily and, the silk clothes have so many loose threads that also tear easily. I ordered a matching outfit, skirt and top. When ordering it said it would take 2-3 weeks to be shipped out. I had received the top about a week after the order, the skirt was estimated to arrive about 2 weeks later. A month later, I still hadn't received my item and the tracking was incorrect. Gardenbelle had not even received the skirts yet and failed to reach out and say it was delayed. Mind you my tracking order said it had been delivered and they do not accept returns/ exchanges so at this point I was worried. I had reached out several times to express my concerns and I was given several different answers. I was told they would send the skirt later that week, and that they would be getting them that week. I requested that I have a new tracking number sent when they got them. Another week later I still had no updates. I wrote several emails stating that they are a money hungry company who does not care about their customers. I mentioned that customer service is very superficial and I did not think they handled responding to my emails very well. The following email only asked if I wanted a refund. All I wanted was to be updated like an organized business would do. The owner called me and told me about the process of being a small business. She also stated that orders go in chronological order. When I told her I have received multiple different answers throughout the email chain, she told me she was the only one responding. Why would she send me different answers just to say that those were all wrong? While this all makes sense, why couldn't an update had been sent out about the arrival of the skirts? I practically had to beg for customer service and my product. I will not order again, I have heard many people express the same concerns as me. This business has good ideas and all but I think they have become money hungry. I doubt those who make the products are paid well, which also doesn't make sense when the price of the items are more expensive than others. read more
