The gal that helped me didn't say anything about walking through that area and there was no visible signage. 10 steps in, a guy with his hands in his pockets and an attitude states to me that I need to walk around the shop area next time. I told him I didn't see any signage and again, their employee I first dealt with didn't guide me to where I was supposed to go. Put up signs and/or let people know the proper walking path. Treat your customers with respect and stop with the glaring look for something that I clearly wasn't aware of.

The $29 daily rental fee is misleading, as the company profits more from the miles than just the truck rental. They also dislike when customers drop off at different locations. The truck's cabin had a musty smell, and it appeared that it had only been lightly wiped down. Furthermore, the gas tank was left empty when we picked it up. I suggest filling these trucks up because most people who are moving simply want to start their journey without having to find a gas station first. The lock mechanism needs to be easier to open; it took four attempts before we finally managed to unlock it. The drop-off process was also lengthy, with multiple pictures taken instead of just one of the odometer reading, followed by acknowledging the truck's condition and dropping the keys off in the after-hours bin. It would be beneficial to simplify the process.

We are in the process of moving my son and we needed a 26-foot truck. Since we will be driving to his new home for three days, we had checked in early with Mr Patel, the manager, and discuss how important it was for us to get a newer truck that didn't smell like cigarette smoke. He explained to us that trucks come and go and he doesn't always have control over it, but he would do what he can. Mr. Patel was able to wrangle us a new 26-foot truck that doesn't smell like smoke and he gave us a great deal all around. It's a one way drop-off and he gave us tips on how to save money with leaving it in another state. He also gave us a great deal on a utility dolly rental. I have not always had great experiences renting box trucks, but Mr Patel did a great job and I highly recommend this U-Haul rental center. The Patels tried to be as accommodating as they possibly can be. They are very customer-oriented!

The Penske employees are very friendly and helpful and they follow up with you quickly. The prices for truck rental are reasonable and the truck was in great condition.
