Took our Ram rebel truck the day after Christmas this year after mistakenly parking beneath a tree and it was peppered with bird poop. Staff was limited as expected. In fact it looked to be a slower day so the workers were not rushed. Overall a very good hand carwash for the price point. I got the deluxe package. The workers helped hand dry every crevice. Interior and exterior dressing. The only drawback is I'm not sure what interior dressing was used, but be prepared to slip and slide a bit. It was overly greasy for my taste. I had brought my car here to wash a few days ago but was not satisfied with how it came out. My car still was dripping a lot of water from the trunk, my windows still had water streaks and the inside of the bed was still dirty. I asked for ArmorAll in the inside and I paid extra to clean the vents and floor mats. When I got my car back the mats still looked dirty, and the ArmorAll was placed not neatly. I would've wished the service came out a bit better for the price I paid for. So disappointed. Really just wanted a good car wash and vacuum, but the exterior of my car is still dirty and the carpets are not well vacuumed. The really frustrating part is there is a goopy, disgusting film all over the interior of my car. It has been hours and it has not dried at all, and it has made my hands and shoes disgusting. I am so unhappy in my car now. These videos show the thick goopy film that has dripped down into the dashboard compartment and the streaks that are left with this oily stuff in other places. This was my first visit, paid $55 for a wash and wax. There is unwiped wax in various areas, dirt on various areas of white vehicle, side mirrors and windows not wiped clean. Back window was not cleaned. This is supposed to be hand wash. How do you miss that? Floor matts were not wiped, cup holder and console area untouched. Full interior detail. They did a great job on interior detail. When I picked up the car there were a few areas missed, I asked them to clean, they were extremely responsive to my feedback and cleaned it immediately. Excellent service. I am disappointed. This is the 3rd time taking my car and this last time was not a good experience. First of all, it took an hour and twenty minutes. That's a total of 80 minutes sitting and waiting. They did a terrible job on my center counsel and my windshield. I took it back at closing so they could redo my windows and STILL left them streaky both interior and exterior. I decided to check this place out because I live in Pomona and I've always seen it so I stopped by. I got the star car wash I think and it was about $27. I picked up my car & my car was still dirty. The floors were not vacuumed correctly, the interior like doorhandles, radio even dashboard had not been cleaned. They just completely rushed on my car. I paid $27, what did I get for that? The outside of my car did look nice but inside was horrible.. they also stole $3 in quarters from out of my cup holder. The gentleman who helped me wanted to give me his own personal money back I told him no it's OK they obviously need it more than I did. I would not recommend this place to any lady because they will completely I feel take advantage. I didn't make a big scene because I felt like it was not worth it and I will never come back. Update!! Garbage carwash. Do not go here. Directly across from Pomona hospital. Paid 20 for a carwash and vacuum. Wash was ok but interior looked like they didn't even vaccum at all. Asked the guy about it he said the vacuum is weak and not good. So I asked the owner about it. He said vaccum not strong enough customer should know. If I could give negative stars I would! They did the worst job I have ever seen. First. I think I noticed, there was water marks on my car and once I told them they said my car is like that and there is nothing they can so to help. Once one of the other guys got a rag to wipe it down..... It came right off! There was so many spots on my car I was just frustrated on the horrible job they did I just wanted to leave. When I got home, I was wiping down my car to do the job they didn't do.... They scratched my car!!! I don't know what they do to clean cars but it was horrible. Please beware!!! This car wash is now called Pomona Car Wash but since it was Gary car wash I've never had problems with the service.

Recently moved to the area and just went here for the first time today on 2/16/22 around 3:45pm. I made the mistake of leaving before inspecting my car as I was in a rush. When I returned home less than 5 minutes later I saw that one side of the car was not washed at all and still dirty (conveniently the non-driver's side) as you can see in the photos. I do not recommend this place and will not return there again. The inside was only adequately cleaned. This is a really bad business practice as I would have kept going back if they did a good job. I get my car washed here just about every-other week. They do a great job. The owner is always kind, courteous, and professional. The guys that wash the cars always do a great job. The windows are clean, they go over the paint a few times,interior is spotless and wheels look good also. They go through the car thoroughly and meticulously. I've never had anything missing from my car (unlike other car wash places). I keep coming back for a reason. I trust them with my car, plus I get a free wash every tenth wash. : ) As for the negative reviews on this business......this is a car wash! They don't perform miracles. If you want water spots or bird poop that's baked into your paint job, Pay For A Clay Wax! and you're really going to blame your car being keyed on the car wash? Only reason I know thats it looks like it wasn't washed at all was the car was super dusty when I took it in. The dust was still there in some parts of the car. I loved this place when the old owner was there and the old crew. Don't get me wrong the new guys are super friendly and that's why I gave 3 stars but man every time I take my car here it's like they're not even trying. I've been here a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt but each time is the same thing. When the old owner was here they used to leave my car spotless, now not so much. It's a hit or miss. I've taken my cars there and sometimes they do a decent job and other times the do a horrible job. I decided one day to splurge and get the $30.00 car wash and they did a lousy job. I would definitely recommend you not go anywhere near 3:00 which is what time they close. I understand that they just want to finish and go home but at least finish the car. They left streaks all over the windows and they only half assed the protectant on the dashboard and seats. I have always come here simply out of convenience. Was hoping the new ownership would be better, but it was not. I drove up at 4:05 and they would not take my car because they were "closed" even though their fully crew was still there drying cars. I called from my cell phone to see if they could take my car and they said no. When I asked why they closed so early and he said, "Those are the winter hours." Winter?? It's 92 degrees today! His response was----well, "one" guy has to leave early today so we really need to close early. Really??? That's your response? WTF? That's it....I'm done....never again! Then I yelp'd and found another car wash in Pomona on Foothill. They did a great job, not stingy with the soap or wax and they're open until 5:30. Now I no longer have to settle with Garey Car Wash.
