Chicken curry (overcooked or left over from day's) warm every day until looks like this(who knows how old it was)

Bad taste, overcooked and I think about week old. Worst experience in 30 years and would everyone else to stay away from this place

Palak paneer: Chunks of homemade cottage cheese or tofu. Cooked in a thick creamy spinach gravy seasoned with garlic, ginger

Yall, I'm pretty sure Indian food cured my two-month long cold. I looked it up and apparently Indian food has a lot of natural antioxidants and boots immunity. I used to say I didn't like Indian food but now I'm all in, it's not as spicy as I thought it was and it is sooo good for you. If your hesitant to try new foods, you should try the chicken tiki-marsala or butter chicken. Oh and order some Naan while you're at it, 10/10 the best bread I have literally ever had.

I'm so glad that we are starting to get more ethnic foods here in Spartanburg. It's amazing to have Indian food. Right now they offer a buffet but soon they will be offering plates on their menu. They're offerings are a variety of different Indian dishes that are familiar to most people as well as several several different types of naan. The location has been the home of two other restaurants so my hope is that this one will stick.

Ok, not sure what I think. I love Indian food and I was excited that Spartanburg finally getting an Indian restaurant. HOWEVER, as of today it is only buffet and a very limited buffet at that. I paid for two people including drinks. The bill? $53.00. I find that very expensive for the limited selection. The food was ok but certainly not the best Indian food I've ever had. It was rather bland and absent the layers of flavor most Indian food has. Hopefully they will have a menu where I can get my food made to order. I might give it one more try once they have been open a while but I was disappointed.

Wasn't expecting a lot since it was new but boy were we wrong to expect anything. We ordered the 'feast' and a few other sides and when we got it, it was just a plate of meat, one member of our group asked after we were almost done, where all the other food was. She looked us dead in the eyes and told us that's all and you have to order more to get more. What?! We are not going to pay 45 dollars for a piece of half chicken and 3 shrimp! Another lady came over and told us the kitchen was working on it. 20 minutes later we get half the rest of our food! We had to ask 4 more times to get the rest of our food! I understand they're new but it was the whole experience that threw it off. Also the cucumber salad was just 6 cucumbers and we still didn't get our chai! After we were about done we went up to pay and we quickly asked why we didn't get our raita and they asked if we want it to go? To go?! With what food? I'm not just going to chug the yogurt! Food was mediocre Service was terrible The whole thing was off, get your act together! 1 star

Lunch (buffet) was pretty good. Dinner was quite disappointing except for the garlic nan. Also pretty pricey.

We had a birthday reservation for 8 people at 7:30pm, but did not get seated at least 15-20 minutes…read morelater. Granted, the restaurant was busy, however we expected our table to be ready around 7:30. This was our first time here, so we did not know how they ran the establishment. We got the all you can eat menu, but no one explained how anything worked/addressed our table until 10-15 minutes later. Everyone gets their own AYCE paper menu, however be sure to coordinate with your party on how many menu items are being ordered. We had to pay an extra fee for taking home our leftovers, but I do think the server could have confirmed with our table first before putting in all of our paper orders and letting us have an abundance of food. I believe there is a better system for AYCE than this. Service was a 0/10. In regard to the food, sushi was mid at best. The raw salmon was mushy, hibachi steak was mushy, and overall just mushy. For the price that we paid, we expected more premium food than this. Honestly, the only good and memorable food were surprisingly the french fries and yellow tail jalapeño appetizer Food was 1/10, presentation was 5/10. There is 100% better sushi than this within 30 minutes away. You're better off buying from the grocery store. I DONT recommend getting the mackerel either. For a Japanese cuisine restaurant, we could tell this was not authentic. We were there from 7:30 up until closing, in which they deliberately were trying to rush us out by turning off the lights and not even giving my brother a birthday celebration. They just hurriedly handed him a plain bowl of vanilla ice cream and explained how they "usually put a chocolate drizzle and whipped cream on it." I had to start singing happy birthday myself for the whole restaurant to join along. Then the server unashamedly came back to sing with us as if she was there the whole time... All in all, I DO NOT recommend coming here for AYCE sushi and I don't think you guys know what a bad day really is. I don't even want to look at sushi ever again.

The interior is really cute and little more upscale with a very cozy fire place in the middle and plenty of outdoor/patio seating. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. Appetizers didn't come out until about 15 minutes later for the crab bisque and a ceaser salad. The soup was good but there were multiple pieces of shell that I was pulling out. Salad was mediocre. After another 15 minutes our burgers came via a different server. They were pretty good! Not the best I've ever had but better than basic bar food. Our server was no longer to found after that. We waited for about 20 minutes and no one was to found. Overall the food was good but I'm not sure I'll be returning due to the staffing issue.

Fish & Chips from their lunch menu. You won't find any grease... it was cooked and breaded perfectly.
