Besides the rocker panel work, they painted the passenger side mirror that was messed up when I bought the car. In addition, they replaced and painted the driver side mirror. Perfect match on the paint. Fast service, the work was done in just a few days. As this wasn't insurance related, I was pleased with the pricing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRR!!!! I have a Mercedes, and this shop was recommended by my Mercedes dealer but a pain almost from the very beginning. BTW, they won't be recommending this shop anymore. Bruce, the owner, has no filter, no customer service skills and no tact whatsoever! My car sat for a month while he blamed my insurance for not knowing how to use their software (snapSHIT, as he called it). He blamed the insurance for everything and threatened me and the insurance that he was going to lein the car if they didn't pay! When I went to pick up the car, I found out that they took my car to a 3rd party shop to have certain things done (re-calibrated and software updates) instead of to the dealer - AS HE PROMISED REPEATEDLY! There's more but I'll spare you. My advise, get back in your car and drive away as fast as possible!!!! read more

Over 15 years, I have had a car and a pickup with minor damage, and a Harley Davidson with a completely destroyed front end, repaired by Garlock Collision Repair Specialist. All three were returned to me, as good or better than before the accidents. As if it had never happened. Each time Bruce Garlock, told me what the insurance company would do. He knew their procedures better than they did. Bruce and/or Sheri kept me informed on the progress, and two times finished the repairs sooner than expected. The Harley took longer because it had several custom parts that I thought they would never find. But they did. I can't imagine the negative reviews on this page are about Garlock Collision Repair Specialist. They have always been professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. This is a very busy shop. Every time I've been there, I've seen a constant stream of interruptions, customers, suppliers, insurance, and employees. All needing something right now. Bruce and Sheri handle this chaos easily, and come back to me, picking up where we left off. Bruce always has every piece of paper, that applies to me at his fingertips. He answers all my questions, and makes sure I'm satisfied. If you are expecting to go in there and have tea and crumpets with Bruce and Sheri, you will be disappointed and might think they are "rude", they are WAY too busy for that. A deer ran into our car. We needed to get the hood/front fender/air dam repaired. The quote, the time estimate were all on target for us. They communicated with the insurance company directly and without issue. The repairs were done in within the estimated time and we had no problems. The quality of the paint job and dent repair and parts were excellent. The black paint job turned out better than I expected (looks original). The cost was reasonable and our insurance covered most of it. I would go back to this business again, but hopefully will not need to. read more

I went to Garlock collision to have a tailgate painted because the original one was stolen and the new one I purchased was not painted. This place tries to milk your money, meaning they try to overcharge you and if insurance is paying for your damage this place lies to you about the "repairs" needed to overcharge your insurance provider also. Customer service here SUCKS worst place ever, never seen more poor customer set ever. I was told "I'm for the people" by Bruce, and hes the most rudest person because If you ask him questions he gets mad for no reason, clearly doesn't seem like he likes his job.
