Went in today to get my bosses watch repaired. I found them via Yelp. I was happy to find a clean shop that's been well taken care of! The young lady behind the counter helped me right away and fixed the band and replaced the battery in a timely manner. The owner was there too and very friendly. I think I've found a new watch place since my hubby is a watch fanatic! I only paid $10.00 for a new battery and $2.00 for the metal band clip!!! read more

I love this new store right next to my nail salon!!!! The staff is super friendly (they even gave me coffee and a donut) and the prices for the watches are really GOOD! I got a silver Fossil woman's watch for a REALLY GOOD price because they have some sort of discount since they are new to the neighborhood. This has been my 8th or 9th time visiting and I can honestly say that I am never disappointed. The selection of watches is crazy! I have went in for repairs over the years and the staff remembers me and when discussing the type of watch i need fixed automatically introduces a conversation about the previous time I had brought my watch in. I can honestly say that I am comfortable leaving my watches here because the business is just very professional and I know that they will take good care of my product. The older man who actually gets to the nitty gritty is personally a classic legend. He knows his stuff and right of the back he makes you feel comfortable because he knows what he can do to help your situation and if he cannot do the work himself he shares that he can send it elsewhere so it may be repaired. This is a great shop and I know with the technology and shopping methods we now have that business like this is being replaced, but please, give it a shot and continue to refer people to come and check this spot out. read more

After reviewing yelp i decided to go to the watch repair closer to work for sizing of two new watches. Everything yelpers are saying is correct. He is friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. I happened to walk in when he was eating lunch. Even tho he had a napkin in his hand to wipe off excess food...he said excuse me, I'm just going to wash my hands. Happy he did that to not get any food particles or leftover grease on my brand new watches. He gave me a great deal , took links out of one watch and the other he did so quickly without tools , he said this one is free.. I just didn't know it was possible..he could have lied and charged me for that one too but he didn't. Anywhere there is honesty is the right business for me. This is his business and he takes pride in it. You can tell when you walk in. read more

Go here for a quick battery replacement or a link removal. 3 star for me, because he does not polish or buff scratches out, also made a slight scratch on my Versace watch, (one of the links) while removing the links. I was charged $30 for 1 battery replacement and a link adjustment. read more

I just stopped by earlier today for the first time to have my battery replaced. Not only was Garo quick and friendly, but he gave me a discount! So sweet! I asked him how much he would charge to size my watch and he said he didn't recommend it because the watch already fit perfectly. Honesty goes a long way. My mom was with me and said she was absolutely coming back with all of her watches based on the quality of service I received. Not only is the shop flawlessly clean, but there is such a WIDE variety of watches and clocks. Definitely not hard to find something awesome. Lots of beautiful pieces, as well as more modern watches and functional (saw some great sports watches as well). Bottom line: honest owner, great prices and wonderful service. Garo seems to be very honest and experienced. For once my Dad bought a watch, that had a band to fit him, right off the shelf. Garo even offered for free to add a link, so my Dad would feel more comfortable. We went other places and they said we only remove links. Will come back and do business again. read more

I came here because of all the good reviews on here. I went in just wanting to change the batteries on two watches. Very nice man and the woman that was there as well, i took in a Vince Camuto which he charged 10$ and 8$ for a Guess. I was satisfied i mean i didn't want to pay more at the mall. I had been comparing prices for a G-Shock both online and local stores when I finally found it rightfully priced at this store. I came across it just in time for Valentines! I was impressed by their selection (they carry watches for men, women and kids) and came across a beautiful fossil watch which I placed on layaway! Ran out of battery on my G Shock, went to Mall Time Stonewood Center in Downey to find out how much for a replacement. The guy told me, this watch takes six batteries, and its going to cost me $60, I told him last time I changed the battery, I did not pay that much! I left the store and checked on yelp for watch repair stores around and found Garo's, called him first to make sure he works with this kind of watches. Went to the store, was greated by a nice young lady, she took my watch and passed it over to Garo, went on working and showed me the inside, to my surprise the watch took four batteries and it costed $30 minus the $15 check in coupon, ended up paying $15. Great service, great attitude. I will be back for my other watch needs batteries too. I hope the greeter will be there! read more

Got a few watches sizes and only one fit the way I asked. i asked him to leave the second watch just like the first (same style watch) and he replied "sure I'll take the link out" but then only moved the pin on the clasp. He kept insisting that that they would fit too tight if he took another link out of the 2nd and 3rd watches. So I left having to get the remaining watches resized somewhere else. Place is good if you only have one watch to deal with and if you are stern with him. Nice enough guy but I'd rather have the job done right. read more

I do apologize for the late review. I do want to add that this is the best watch repair shop nearby. I was surprised by the offer he gave me and the discount for replacing the wrist band on my watch. He replaced my battery, the leather band, and I got a Hamsa keychain under 25 bucks. What I notice is that he replaced my synthetic watch strap with a genuine leather strap. Honestly, I could not ask for more since I am still wearing it as if it were brand new. He is a great person, and he can work it out for you. On the plus side, he knows what he is doing and he will give you advice on maintaining longevity for the watch. read more

I came about this buss through yelp. I had 7 watches that needed repairs, adjustments & batteries. So I decided based on the reviews on yelp give this buss a try and was not disapointed. Owner very nice, staff very knowledgeable about watches. They told me the prices for each watch before hand. No traps straight out honest bussiness. Unaware one of my watches was damaged due to a corroded battery. Shop owner showed me the damage, explained why it was damaged but repairable, gave me a price and told I could come back when ready to get my watch fixed. They repaired my watches in a timely manner. They got a very good inventory and layout. While I waited I looked around the store and spotted my next watch. They have watches for all family members. Family friendly buss.
