Trash Dumping: After they replaced my electrical panel they filled all my trash cans with the trash, including my recycling bin - with construction trash that would get rejected. I had to pull all of it out when I found it several days later and make them come back and get it 2. Communication / Coordination: After the panel replacement there was coordination required to get inspections and stucco done. I had to hound them, they were not responsive, dragged their feet. Every time you call you get a different person and they put a buffer between you and the project manager so you cant ever reach your project manager directly. 3. Work Quality: We had to run a new ground wire and install new ground rods. They did the bare minimum to make them code compliant, leaving me with sketchy metal spears sticking 5 inches out of the ground. I told them this did not work for us because we have young kids running around. I needed the GEC run below grade and the ground rods inside valve boxes. All of this was approved by the inspector. The way they moaned and groaned... They stopped returning my calls and sent me a $2000 f-off quote to change the ground wire. I have sketchy rods sticking out of my yard, open stucco around the panel, they dont take my calls and I have to hire someone else to come finish the job. Honestly up there with one of my worst experiences with a contractor.

Turned out to be a tripped breaker that wasn't obvious because of the safety bracket on the breaker. Wanted to convert an outdoor CFL fixture to LED. Instead of selling me a much bigger job, they explained I could simply use LED bulbs that plug into the existing CFL sockets. What could've easily turned into a several hundred dollar bill ended up being around $100. Really appreciate companies that still do right by their customers instead of looking for every opportunity to upsell. Great communication, honest advice, and quality work. Highly recommend.

They gave us a reasonable quote with basic breakdown after seeing photos and a short work description, and I accepted. They came on time and soon the additional staff came to assist. I was pleased with the thoroughness they took to assess, verify recheck, etc. without rushing or assuming anything. They were careful with the units as well as our floor and cleaned up after each main activity. As there was sufficient amperage to the previous oven, there was no need to modify any wiring. We were afraid of it catching fire, plus we had people coming over that night and we didn't have power in the kitchen and half the house. I called a few electricians, but none of them could come out right away. And then I found Ramon. He came out in less than an hour to diagnose the problem. He gave us a very fair estimate and said he could do the work the same day. He immediately went out to get the parts he needed and then got right to work. The job was more involved than what he originally thought, but the price stayed the same and he finished in a few hours. SCE ended up coming back out later that night because we had called them for service before we found Ramon and they didn't show up for like 12 hours. The SCE guy insisted on checking the work we had done because he was skeptical that it would be adequate. He checked everything and quickly left, saying the work was done perfectly.
