The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. I saw that he read my text message but he did not reply back. The next day I texted him again that I will be informing his office of my interaction with him. He texted back right away that he is out of town for training and he apologized for the late response. I told him that I will not be using his company for my repair/replacement due to his lack of care and commitment. He texted me by the name of Trina and Angela, although all he had to do was scroll up on the text messages for my name. I had another estimate from a different company who said I needed to have my roof replaced immediately and that they couldn't believe that my inspector said the roof was okay. However, Ofek agreed with what the inspection report said and stated that repairs and partial replacement in a small area of the roof is sufficient to get me through this next rainy season. Ofek was very communicative from the beginning, and ensured to keep me updated throughout. When there was an unexpected additional cost, he walked me through the solution and gave me an estimate right away. The crew did a fantastic job and even finished earlier than expected. They were also so friendly and nice, and even offered to help me move some of my heavier boxes outside once I had moved in.
