Gary was recommend to me, so I stopped by his shop in Beverly Hills and asked if he could tailor a fancy black jumpsuit that I wanted to wear to a holiday party.

Let me preface by saying "I don't do cardio" - I don't run and I most definitely don't spin. I've…read moretried it in the past a various different studios, big chains, smaller neighborhood ones, even ones like Barre Cycle or Yoga Cycle where you split the workout. By this point I felt like I gave it enough chances and it just wasn't for me. And that's ok. *Enter BeSpoke* I chose to try this studio because I work nearby and if you're like me, once I get home from work, I probably am not going to leave again to be active. Sign up was easy (online) as well as check in once you actually got to the studio. I don't know what I'm doing so I asked for him to set up my bike and even to clip in the shoes and the person at the desk that day (sorry I don't remember your name!) was super helpful. Class at any new studio, especially a workout you don't normally do, is intimidating, but I made it through my first class. And then my second class. And then after that I thought my office would enjoy the torture, err I mean cycling, so I ended up booking a private class! OMG TATYANA WAS THE MOST AMAZING HUMAN BEING. She helped me with every detail and made us feel extremely welcome the day of the class. She even had some refreshments for us! So sweet. Ok basically what I'm trying to say is GO TO THIS STUDIO. Even if you don't cardio or spin, give it a shot! All of the instructors I've taken so far have been great, Lynsey and Orlando to name a couple. I feel stronger and more confident only after a few classes. I don't do all the "moves" just what I can and I still have fun and get a great workout. The studio is located at Fig&7th, bottom level near the food court and across from Gold's. They have cubbies for your shoes and lockers in the restroom (this can get crowded for the after work people just FYI). They even have showers and some toiletries. I should mention that shoe rental is included as well as a sweat towel. They also have a water filling station or water for purchase if needed. No excuses! Super grateful to have had a really nice experience here and open up my mind!!! I guess I do cardio now ;)

I've taken a few different classes here now and i've loved all of them!…read more First of all, the facilities are great. They're clean, well maintained, and have tons of amenities. The best part is THEY HAVE TOWELS. When you go into the bike room every single bike already has a clean rolled up towel on it for you to use during class, and when you leave the room there's a basket of moist cool towels to wipe down with, and in the shower there's clean shower towels to use if you want to shower. If you've never taken a spin class before, you will sweat and you will sweat A LOT, so having towel service and not have to bring your own towels every single class is a HUGE bonus. Especially if you're coming often, if you had to bring your own towels every time you'll be constantly doing laundry just to wash your towels. The restroom/locker rooms have everything you need, including showers fully stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and by the sink there's deodorant, lotion, and other toiletries you might want to use. Secondly, they rent out cycling shoes included with the class! Here's the amazing part: after you've taken your first class, they remember your shoe size and the next time you sign up for a class they'll have your shoes waiting for you in the little numbered cubbies by the front desk when you get there! So you just show up and see what bike number you are and your shoes will be in the cubby that correlates with your bike number. Lastly, the spin instruction is great! The classes are super high energy and motivating and an amazing workout. They incorporate various positions on the bike as well as an arms workout using some light weights, so even though you're technically taking a spin class you're getting a full body workout. For those who have taken a spin class before but at a 24 hour fitness or something, this something entirely different. This place is also great if you're new because at the beginning of every class they actually have an assistant come into the room and help you get set up on your bike. Every segment of the class is set to music that correlates with the bike riding, as well as lighting in the room. It really is a whole experience and the time really flies by even while you're getting an amazing workout. For those who have taken Soul Cycle, I'd say this is very comparable though the facilities are not as nice as a soul cycle. All of the teachers I've taken are great but I have to make a mention of OT, who teaches the Thursday evening 6:30pm class. I was blown away by her energy and enthusiasm and motivation. Like I literally felt like I was riding into battle with her leading the charge and I felt so pumped up both physically and emotionally. She also had an amazing playlist. Lastly, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and THEY VALIDATE PARKING. The facility is on the first floor of Fig @ 7th across from the gold's gym. The only thing I don't like about the studio is that the music is a bit on the loud side. They have a free jar of earplugs right before you go into the spin room so there's always that option if it's too loud.

Bespoke Treatment is truly unlike any other mental health clinic I've experienced. From the very…read morefirst phone call, the staff was warm, responsive, and genuinely cared about what I was going through. I never felt like "just another patient" -- they took the time to understand my story and tailored a treatment plan that actually made sense for me. The clinicians are not only experts in their fields, but also deeply human and compassionate. I felt safe, supported, and -- for the first time in a long time -- hopeful. Whether it was TMS, ketamine therapy, or just having someone actually listen, every part of the process was thoughtful and well-executed. The space is calming, the team is incredible, and the results have been life-changing. I'm so grateful to have found Bespoke, and I recommend it to anyone looking for mental health care that goes way beyond the status quo.

I sought treatment from Bespoke late last year. Up to this point in my life, I had been struggling…read morewith my mental health for decades--cycling through bouts of depression, anxiety, and trauma. I had just about tried everything: diet, exercise, antidepressants, and countless rounds of talk therapy. And, while I'm sure these types of treatments have helped others, for me it was always short-lived. I kept making small improvements, only to end up back where I started. By the time I found Bespoke, I was so flooded with depression and anxiety that I could barely function in social situations or concentrate at work. I had low expectations going in. All I knew was this was my last ditch effort to improve my mental health and live a worthwhile life. What I experienced in their Intensive Outpatient Program was nothing short of transformative. The program offered a suite of treatments. But, what was most impactful for me was group therapy and TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation). Group therapy provided corrective experiences for the trauma I had endured. By processing together and learning from one another's stories, I was able to see myself compassionately reflected in other people. And, while group therapy helped me process and heal from past trauma, TMS addressed the long-standing depression and anxiety that was resistant to treatment for so many years. Finally what set Bespoke apart was the incredible staff. I felt genuinely seen and cared for by the clinicians, therapists, and the rest of the support team. They always showed great patience and empathy, and took the time to actually get to know me. That level of personal investment made all the difference towards my healing. I'm not the same person I was when I first walked through their doors. I'm much more healthier, more grounded, and for the first time can say that I'm hopeful about life.

From the very beginning, Jerry took the time to guide me through the entire process of building my first custom suit. We carefully reviewed every detail, from the collar to the cuffs, and I quickly realized just how meticulous the art of suit-making truly is or perhaps that level of precision is simply Jerry's signature. At the first fitting, Jerry proudly presented the finished suit and shirt, walking me through every thoughtful detail. He explained the stitching, pointed out how the trousers were subtly tailored at the hem to drape perfectly over the shoes, highlighted the custom embroidery, and even showed the sweat guards sewn into the suit--along with countless other details I would have never noticed on my own. His enthusiasm and pride in his craft were unmistakable, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about creating something exceptional for his clients. I walked away with an incredible suit and tie, and an even greater appreciation for the craftsmanship and passion that Jerry brings to his work.

This place is nice but maybe a little overrated…read more Jerry's not a bad guy and probably not a bad salesman. I thought I was coming in for a consultation, and I liked the fabrics and patterns we came up with, but he was disappointed that I was not ready to throw down $4,000 for the custom suit that day. (He convinced me that anything cheaper in his shop wasn't worth my time.) I can see why he likes to close the deal the day of. The more I thought about it, the less comfortable I felt throwing down than much for this suit... I had a few other reasons, too. Anyway, I sent a message to the store the next day, politely explaining why that I appreciated Jerry's time, but the shop wasn't for me. Jerry ended up calling me, and I wish I hadn't answered. He started trying to get me to get his cheaper stuff that had already talked me out of. He was pushy, dismissive of my reasons and all around unpleasant. I think they have some off the-rack suits available, too, and I believe they offer tailoring, but I am no longer interested. He'll probably respond to this and be dismissive again, but those are my two cents. He has a nice assistant. I won't pretend it's bad quality. Still three stars.

It was great seeing him and his team do their thing and make pieces that look incredible. I originally met him for a linen suit and a tuxedo for my upcoming wedding abroad. Johnathan was immediately a pleasure to work with. He is professional and at the same time easy going, which made the whole process fun. He pays attention to small details which I saw when doing each of the fittings. He made sure every detail of the suit was sitting well and fit perfectly. He even had design features that he put in the linen suit jacket to make it hold its shape. I've had other linen suits, and the one he made appears much more put together. The tuxedo he made also fits perfectly and looks amazing. I'm excited and proud to wear both of these at my wedding and look forward to showing them off to family and friends. Thank you, Johnathan.
