This review is long overdue…read more Matt has been my agent for the better part of my adult life, at least 7 or 8 years. Obviously, there are reasons to stay with someone for so long. Please allow me to elaborate. Customer service Matt strives to make a customer for life, not just for a transaction. When you call, he typically picks up and if he doesn't, you can bet to get a call back shortly. If your buying a car and don't want to get sold on gap insurance, he'll offer to have everything lined up so after your purchase the insurance is just a phone call away, even on the weekend. If you have questions, he answers. All sounds pretty simple right? However, to find that level of customer service these days is pretty rare, and once you found it you want to keep it. So much so that it is because of Matt that I am with Allstate. I realize that Allstate is great insurance, but its even greater to have an agent like Matt.

I shot the agent 4 or 5 emails with different levels of coverage and he was more than happy to run the numbers for me. But this is not to say that you should go into buying car insurance blindly without having done your own research. If you want a great deal and make this process less painful, do your research, understand the terms and what coverage you get, and ask the agent questions!
